    Honey garlic kbbq wings
    Larissa J.

Came in hungry after a hike. The restaurant was pretty much empty since we came between typical meal hours. Ordered the honey garlic KBBQ wings. They were sooooooo salty! And that's a lot coming from me because I usually like my food on the saltier side. It may have been better if I ordered rice to balance the taste, but I didn't, so it was miserable. The others in my party were also unhappy with what they ordered.

The food was very disappointing. The noodles in the ramen were bad, and the miso broth was bland, watered down, and lacked flavor. The shrimp were tiny and there were very few of them. The second bowl we tried was with pork slightly better, but still had a cheap, artificial aftertaste. I strongly do not recommend this place. If it's your first time here and there's nowhere else to eat, go for the pork tonkotsu ramen it's the only somewhat decent option. It was also very expensive $48 for two people.

My first time to try. Did not disappoint! Owner and staff are so nice. Place is ideal to have a meal with family and friends. Price is reasonable. Will surely be back to sample other things on their menu.

Delicious food and great service. Walk in and order first, then sit down. Their kitchen is fast! Complimentary barley tea :) and kimchi The ononomiyaki was a lot of cabbage but it felt lighter than average so I really enjoyed it. Fried noodles are a good appetizer snack. Light on the salt. The croquettes are fried just right! I'd say the seafood pancake is a bit more doughy than I like.

This place is sooooo yummy! The ramen is very good. You can dine in or take out. There are seats/tables inside and outside for sunny days. This place is my go-to for a ramen fix. There is parking along the street and a back parking lot behind the building.

10/10!!! Randomly came across this place after our short hike in the area, and we were desperately craving soup to replenish us. The service was amazing and completely attentive to our needs. The food...the food no words to describe how delicious everything was.

This place sort of fell off my radar - our first visit was terrific but somehow we got distracted by other places. Returned tonight and fell back in love. The quality of ingredients is fantastic- and the service is excellent. The ramen is just fantastic- a miso garlic dim dish with pork belly was exquisite l. My bi bim bop was so flavorful. And the dumplings were cooked perfectly. I'm going to make it a point to come back at least twice a month and work through the menu. I rate this place above Stone in Redmond - better flavor, fresh ingredients, and better value.

Friendly service and good food. What more can you ask for? After visiting Snoqualmie Falls, we stopped in for lunch. Cozy place with good selection of dry and soupy dishes. Ramen was non fried Japanese style soup. Yummy and soothing. Kimchi pancake was not spicy and perfect dip in the sauce that came with it. We're definitely stopping by again next time we visit the area again.

The food was awesome. My husband got the spicy ramen with pork belly and I got the shoyu vegetarian. We both truly enjoyed our dishes and the environment was so welcoming. Very fast and kind service. Limited drink options but that's ok.

Unlooked-for driving through the mountain pass, Yelp reveals something new. Korean lady owner, very welcoming and gracious hospitality. Home cooked Korean food, not that Asian fusion stuff. Recommended: Hot Pot Bap ~ comes in the hot stone bowl. Slightly crispy rice texture, filled with veggies and house hot sauce on the side. Korean Seafood Pancake ~ huge. Packed with seafood. Not salty, almost bland but the sweet dipping sauce makes each bite delicious. Spicy Ramen ~ light broth, just a mild spice kick. Plenty of noodles and pork. Traditional Korean artwork and music makes it a fun stop. Good stuff.

Came here 6 PM on a Monday, I had a 5-10 minute wait so guess we got super lucky! I'm not a ramen…read moregirl, so it has to be a damn good ramen to convert me. I ordered a miso ramen and my parents ordered the tonkatsu ramen. As someone from the Bay Area, I was so surprised by the richness of the ramen and it definitely beats some of my usual spots. Each bowl was ~$15 and a smaller bowl, so would definitely advise getting an extra batch of noodles. The chashu is melt in your mouth tender. The broth wasn't very salty or over complicated itself with a burst of spices, but highlighted the simplicity of a good ramen, tasting the long simmer of the pork. My dad was honestly pretty pissed circling around the area for an hour for parking, but said it was all worth it, even waiting in a long line.

We walked into a casual, compact space with a mix of counter and table seating that fits the quick ramen shop style. The interior is efficient and well organized, though it can get extremely busy, and the wait times are often one of the biggest parts of the experience, especially during peak hours. Once seated, the space feels functional and comfortable, designed around getting a bowl of ramen in front of you without unnecessary distractions. The ramen is built around rich tonkotsu broth with a lot of customization options. We appreciated the ability to adjust things like noodle firmness, richness, and spice level, which made each bowl feel more personalized. The regular tonkotsu ramen stood out for its deep umami flavor without feeling overly heavy, and the noodles had a great texture that held up well against the broth. The vegan options also stand out, including miso-based bowls with flavorful broths that give non-pork options more depth than many ramen shops offer. The toppings are generous, and the soft-boiled egg was cooked to that perfect jammy consistency. Beyond ramen, the menu has a few sides that complement the meal well, including gyoza that came out crisp and well filled. We also grabbed mochi ice cream for something sweet afterward, a light finish after the rich broth. The seasonal ramen options are worth checking out since they add variety beyond the standard bowls, giving regular visitors a reason to come back and try something new. Service is generally quick and friendly, especially considering how busy the restaurant gets. The ordering system is straightforward, and the staff handles the constant flow of customers efficiently. The team kept the pace moving without making the experience feel rushed, and they were attentive to refilling water and checking in on the table. The biggest downside is the popularity, since the lines can sometimes feel long for a relatively quick meal, but the wait tends to move faster than expected given the efficient turnover. Ramen Danbo is a reliable spot for a satisfying bowl of ramen in Seattle. The customizable bowls, strong broth, and consistent noodle quality make it a place worth visiting, although planning around busy hours can make the experience much better. The balance of customization and quality means you can dial in your bowl exactly how you like it, and the focused approach to the menu keeps the attention where it belongs.
