Recently bought a car from Right Choice. The experience was the best we've had in purchasing a used car. Both men were professional, straight forward and willing to disclose ( and show) the information they had on the vehicle. They take pride in selecting the vehicles they have on their lot.

Right Choice Auto is the right choice! First, they are very experienced, so they choose the cars they put on the lot carefully. Second, they are straight up honest. They gave me a CarFax and all the information they had on my used car. Third, they don't play games, sure they were willing to negotiate, but this is not some slimy bait and switch shop. They pride themselves on being honest with their customers. I was Leary about going to a smaller used car lot because of past experiences... But these are Good Guys. I highly recommend them!

Unfortunately, my experience did not match the promises that were made. Throughout the car-buying process, I was told several things that either turned out to be untrue or that I had to repeatedly follow up on and fight to have honored. After the sale, I found myself being ignored and eventually had to show up at the dealership in person just to get results. That was incredibly frustrating, especially after believing I was working with people I could trust. The final straw was my recent service visit. I was under the impression that my extended warranty covered the damage I brought the vehicle in for, only to find out that wasn't the case. Even worse, when I left the dealership, my side mirror was literally hanging off my vehicle while I was driving on the highway. It was not like that when I dropped my car off. It became a serious safety hazard, and I nearly had an accident because of it. I even have video of the mirror hanging as I drove away. I ended up taking my vehicle to another mechanic, who was able to secure the mirror properly in a matter of moments. It was incredibly disappointing that my vehicle left the dealership in worse condition than when I brought it in. I do want to recognize that my service advisor was excellent. They were communicative and treated me well, and I appreciate their professionalism. My frustration is with the overall experience, the broken promises, and the quality of the work performed. I had originally planned to recommend this dealership to friends and family because I believed everyone was being genuine. Unfortunately, after everything I experienced, I can no longer recommend either the sales department or the service department. Kindness is appreciated, but honesty, integrity, and quality workmanship matter even more.

Made a Yelp account because I really couldn't stand my salesperson's ugly and slimy attitude…read moretowards us. This was easily one of the most unpleasant customer service experiences I've had in a long time. What should have been a simple test drive turned into an unnecessarily uncomfortable experience because of how dismissive and sarcastic the salesperson became once he realized we weren't buying a car that day. I called about 30 minutes before arriving and specifically asked if the car I was interested in was available to test drive. I live about 40 minutes away, so I wanted to make sure the trip would be worthwhile. I was told the car was available and that I was welcome to come in. When we arrived, we worked with Maroon. We were completely upfront from the beginning that we were there to test drive a couple of vehicles and continue our research. We never claimed we were buying a car that day, and we even asked if it was okay that we were just test driving. Maroon responded with, "Of course, it's free." Ironically, after driving 40 minutes to get there, we weren't even able to test drive the main vehicle I had called about because the battery in the key fob was dead. At that point, I decided to test drive a backup vehicle I had also been interested in, but that's when the experience started going downhill. Once it became clear that we weren't purchasing a vehicle that day, Maroon's attitude noticeably changed. He seemed less interested in helping us, less engaged, and generally annoyed that we were there simply trying to evaluate vehicles before making a major purchase. The moment that really stood out was when my brother asked where the restroom was. Instead of simply answering the question, Maroon pointed and sarcastically replied, "That's free too." It was such an unnecessary comment that it genuinely caught us off guard. Between that remark and the overall change in attitude, it became pretty obvious that he viewed us as a waste of time because we weren't ready to sign paperwork on the spot. What I don't understand is how dealerships expect customers to make a decision without first driving the car and comparing it to other options. That's literally the purpose of a test drive. Not everyone walks into a dealership ready to spend tens of thousands of dollars within the next hour. Honestly, if you're looking to test drive vehicles and actually get a feel for them without pressure, I'd recommend CarMax whenever possible. In my experience, they're far more relaxed about the process and typically let you take the car out for around 20 minutes so you can get a real impression of it. I would have gone to CarMax for this vehicle too, but unfortunately they didn't have the specific model I wanted, which is why I ended up here instead. This experience has honestly turned me off from traditional dealerships and salespeople altogether. Going forward, I'll probably stick with CarMax or private sellers whenever I can. At least there, I don't feel like I'm being judged for wanting to do research before making one of the biggest purchases most people make. If customers who simply want to test drive a vehicle are considered an inconvenience, then maybe that's something management should address. No customer should feel mocked or dismissed for wanting to make an informed decision. If customers taking a test drive are viewed as a waste of time, then maybe don't invite them in after they've called ahead and driven 40 minutes to get there. Maroon had also told us that the vehicle I originally came to test drive would likely be ready by Monday and that I could come back then. Under different circumstances, I probably would have. However, after driving 40 minutes to the dealership, discovering that the vehicle I called ahead about wasn't even ready to test drive, and then being treated like an inconvenience for simply wanting to evaluate my options, I really had no interest in returning. If this is how potential customers are treated before a sale, I see no reason to give this dealership a second chance.

Shout out and a huge standing applause…read more I continue to return to this dealership because of the exceptional service I receive every time, and a huge part of that is Josh. He consistently delivers the highest level of customer care and professionalism, and he is absolutely the reason I keep coming back. In my opinion, he is management material and sets the standard for what great service should look like. On my most recent visit, Josh had already left for the day, but Talin stepped in and took outstanding care of me. The transition was seamless, and I felt just as valued and supported. Nick made the checkout process easy and efficient, and Kadence greeted me when I arrived with such enthusiasm and warmth that I felt like a celebrity walking through the door. My vehicle is older now, but this team still treats me as if I purchased it yesterday. That level of care and attention is rare these days and speaks volumes about the culture of this dealership. The entire service department is honest, transparent about needed repairs, and provides competitive estimates without any pressure. What really stands out is that Josh even followed up after my service appointment to make sure everything went well. That kind of commitment to customers is why he has earned my trust and loyalty. This has to be one of the best service departments in Arizona. Josh, Talin, Nick, and Kadence were all outstanding, and the entire team deserves recognition for the incredible experience they provide. Kudos to everyone involved you've built something special here! Thank you all. Being based in California, I was also pretty hesitant about buying a car out of state from Bell Lexus in Arizona, but David Jensen completely changed my mind. Right from the start, David never made me feel pressured. He took the time to listen to what features and packages actually mattered to me, and he was completely transparent about both the car and the pricing. Finding a 2026 Lexus RX 450h+ locally was a nightmare--dealerships across Northern and Southern CA (and even NV) acted like they were doing me a favor just talking to me. Half of them didn't reply to emails, took days to return calls, or refused to give a written quote. David, on the other hand, was lightning-fast with his responses over text, phone, and email. What stood out the most was that he didn't disappear after the deal was signed. He kept me updated while finance finished up, walked me through the shipping process from Arizona, and even made sure I knew exactly what to do for California DMV registration. After buying several cars in CA over the years, this was by far the smoothest and most stress-free experience. If you're looking for a Lexus, do yourself a favor and reach out to David Jensen at Bell Lexus. He's as genuine as they come, and he's definitely my go-to guy for any future purchases.

Extremely Disappointed…read more I brought my Subaru to the dealership because it was experiencing a transmission issue. Instead of focusing on the actual problem, I was presented with an estimate totaling over $16,000 in repairs. Some of the items they claimed needed to be repaired simply did not make sense. For example, they said my radiator needed to be replaced. If my radiator had actually been failing the way they claimed, my vehicle would have been overheating--which it wasn't. I knew several of the recommended repairs were unnecessary. Because the estimate seemed so excessive, I sought a second opinion from AAMCO Transmissions & Total Car Care on Van Buren in downtown Phoenix, Arizona. They inspected the vehicle, confirmed the actual issue was the transmission, and told me that many of the repairs recommended by the dealership were not needed. AAMCO repaired my Subaru Crosstrek for roughly one-third of what Subaru wanted to charge, and two months later the transmission is running better than ever. In my opinion, the dealership lost my business because they attempted to sell me thousands of dollars' worth of repairs that my vehicle did not need. A trustworthy service department should diagnose the actual problem and recommend only the repairs that are necessary--not overwhelm customers with an inflated estimate. If you need transmission work or want a second opinion, I strongly encourage you to contact AAMCO Transmissions & Total Car Care on Van Buren in downtown Phoenix, Arizona.

My experience this past weekend with Showcase Honda was easily the worst experience I have ever had…read morewith a car dealership (already such a low bar), and probably the worst I have ever had with any sales organization of any kind. I'm willing to bet that I speak for most Americans when I say I HATE shopping for a car. I would rather eat gas station sushi. I would rather walk across a football field of legos barefoot. BUT, I had to buy a car for my family this weekend. I already knew basically what kind of car I wanted, what features I needed, what my budget was. I looked around online and found a car I was really happy with at Showcase Honda. I didn't want to spend half a day in the dealership. My Grandson is only a week old and I wanted to go over to their house and spend the day with them. But I need the car taken care of this weekend so our family can function heading into the week. So I call the dealership, let them know I just want to buy it, I'll to it online, send over the contract, I'll wire the money, I don't want to haggle on the price, I don't want to come see it, I don't want to take it for a test drive, but I do want to buy it asap and I am super serious. I'll pay extra for it to be delivered to my house, I don't want to spend any additional time on this project than I have already spent. I'm literally holding the money in my hands. I'm texting with someone from the online sales team and I schedule a call for 10 AM the next morning, as it was getting later in the day on Friday night. Saturday morning i'm waiting by my phone at 9:45 to wrap this deal up and no one calls. Thats okay, they just opened, I'm sure they need to get a coffee....10:15 and still no one, 10:30 and still no one. So finally I call them and get on the phone with one of the sales managers. I'm sorry, I didn't take down his name, I wish I did. I think it was Steve. It doesn't matter. He tells me he would love to help me finalize the deal on that specific car, he will draw up the paperwork and they will put it through the car wash and have it ready for us as soon as we get there! I quickly explained (Again, and feeling strange because surely a large successful dealership like this uses a CRM with notes about their leads?!) I re explained to him that I don't want to come in, I want to do it all online, I'll pay full price, I don't want to haggle, send the paperwork and the wire instructions and I'm ready to close right now. He said okay, he would get the paperwork ready and get back to me soon. An hour later I hadn't heard anything, but a different sales person texts me, asks for my ID and the correct spelling of our names, which again, I thought was strange as we had done the online loan application to see if we could get a better deal financing the car vs paying cash. So they had all of our information already, but I gave it to him again. He said he was working on the contract but it never came. About an hour later I text again and say I'm excited to wrap this deal up, whats the issue, what do they need from me next? No response. 30 minutes after that I called and he said "Oh yeah, the sales manager is going to call you right now, he is just finishing up another call and he is going to call you to finish this up." An hour later, still no call. I try calling and texting again. Nothing. Finally, around 4 PM, after I have wasted my entire day, I get a different sales manager who calls me. After I have spent my entire day away from my Grandson trying to beg this dealership to take my money. This sales manager let me know that they actually sold the car last night and its not available. I asked him why have I been getting the run around all day, and he tells me that it isn't his fault because he was not the sales manager on duty at that time. I'm sure they are going to counter with this, so I'm just going to come out and say it. Yes, I raised my voice at this point. I was angry that this dealership seemingly intentionally had wasted the most previous asset I have. The one single thing I was desperate to protect: Time. And they stole it from me and I lost my temper. I don't care whose fault it is. What I care about is that I wasted 6 hours of my day when they could have chosen honestly and transparency, and it is the perfect picture of what I (and I think other Americans) HATE the most about buying a car.
