I applied too much pressure and ended up cracking the water line inside the wall. Jerry Catania came out with his son and quickly diagnosed the problem. He cut a small, neat access opening in the garage wall to reach the leak, replaced the hose bib, and made sure all the new piping was securely fastened to the wall stud. The quality of his work was excellent, and it was obvious he takes pride in doing the job right. Jerry and his son arrived exactly on time, were friendly and professional throughout the job, and charged me a very fair price. The tech quoted that me I needed a duct clean on a 2 year old home, and put a quote for an April Aire that I did not ask for nor discuss into the quote in addition to the APCO X. The quote was an eye popping $11,000 dollars! Not only is this insulting to my intelligence but when I called the company they didn't care.
