in February, I purchased a car a I uploaded a picture of it of course I did not buy it way it looks in the picture, but that's how it ended up. I bought it on February 4 and on 22 some girl hit my car and totaled my car, but I talk about the experience. I had buying this car at a dealer by here. The price is right my first experience and women when you go out and buy a car on your own when you heart tells you when they put that key in your hands, there's something wrong with the key believe it cause that key cost me $350 a week later which I should've not paid for and I believe that the dealership should've given me the key for free for the inconvenience of giving me a faulty number one but number two was when I took the car off the lot as a woman that I am because I'm gonna say I am a woman I wasn't thinking like we never do the had a little missing I asked him to put it sure but I didn't get home that night before 9 o'clock and I got the car at 5 o'clock in the evening. I had three flat tires with three nails one nail in each tire boy was that a big red flag at 9 o'clock that I couldn't get home in my new car next day I went and brought some tires and now that my car was totaled, and I have the receipt of the tires that I had just put on that van you won't believe that I won't get my money back on the tires. I spent 552 .00 at Tire Outlet in East Palatka and when I claiming that now in the accident or whatever you won't believe if I get $250 is too much for those tires because everybody wants a piece of the pie I recommend to anybody never buy a car in a pay here make the sacrifice even if you get into debt it is not worth it the headaches and the aggravation that we go through and I don't like being taken for a fool and I don't think anybody does, but I will never recommend in Waldo this Car Dealer or any other Car Dealer for that fact, unless if you go with somebody who knows about cars because to buy a piece of shit I'd stay at home and find something around my own neighborhood and not have to go so far to be disappointed. read more

I would not say I had a vehicle when I did not have it in my driveway. Then when the car came they presented me with a Bill of Sale that had a price ticket that was $2000 over the price of what I agreed to pay. I was afraid to say something about this to them because I just wanted the car delivered. And besides why kill the messenger? The guy who delivered the car was not Tim. I was willing to pay the extra to get the car. The car is a 2013 Nissan Altima that had low miles. I paid over bluebook but not by much. The car price had just been lowered by about $2000 when I noticed it on kellybluebook.com. So I was happy with the purchase even if I paid more than Bluebook. If you go to this dealership I would only deal with Ronnie and stay away from Shady Tim Adams!! Because I purchased the car online the finance company got paperwork for the amount I was intending to pay. I will not have to pay this additional $2000 because I did not agree to this. The car I bought from here was absolutely awful. It was a total lemon and I had to have the transmission replaced only 3 months after buying it. I was also told that the Carfax was clean, but turns out that it had been in an accident bad enough to crack the transmission and bend the frame. I bought a mazda6 from this dealer and was told by Matt it needed a cv axle for $60 so I bought the car than the drama started 1st the dealer messed up the paperwork for my tags which they fixed after a bunch of running around at the last day of my temp tag. 2nd the quote Matt told me was incorrect it's almost $200 to fix my axle they also didn't inform me the car had been in an accident and is still damaged inside they fixed just the cosmetics my windows don't roll down, my a/c vents don't work, my door is a different color the list goes on and on. The guy Matt doesn't want to fix any problems even tho I just want the cv axle done for safety. I wouldn't recommend anyone buy from them unless bringing a mechanic. read more

THE WORST BY FAR, used car lot I've ever dealt with. I bought my mother a car and payed cash money. I told the salesman what I wanted and he guaranteed me he would put his own mother in the car and not worry about it going anywhere. On our way home the check engine light came on and the car started to surge. It was the O2 sensor. I called them for a week and got no answer and no response. When the owner Matt, finally called, he argued with me that I bought the car as is, and I did, but his salesman assured me if I had any problems within the first 30 days let him know and he would surely make it right. I have the text between he and I where I told him my mother was newly widowed and I wanted her in something she did not have to worry about leaving her on the side of the road, in which he responded to, he would not hesitate to put his own mother in. After I told the owner Matt, that I was in the market for a truck with a budget of $20,000 he had me take the car to his mechanic and have it fixed. The day we picked it up on the way home the check engine light came on once again, it barely made it home when the alternator went out. Once again I played phone chase with these people and finally got him on the phone a week later and he flat out refused to fix the car, mind you the car had made two trips, one from the car lot my moms, one to the mechanic, and one to my moms again. Matt informed me that if I had financed the car it would have a two year bumper to bumper warranty. So I guess a hand shake and a promise mean jack squat these days. So I had to come out of pocket for the alternator work. This guy gets my cash for the car and must think I may never buy another car or just don't give a sh!t. I will indeed buy another car but it will surely not be from these shysters. He wasn't even polite about the whole ordeal, made it look like I was the a-hole for buying with cash and not financing the POS car. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE, ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY THEY COULD CARE LESS ABOUT WHAT HAPPENS ONCE YOU LEAVE THE LOT.... Buyer Beware! My sister dealt directly with the owner Matt and it was a horrible experience. He deserves zero stars. She paid for the vehicle on Nov 16 with a written guarantee that the seat would be fixed prior to pick up. She also paid for the extended three month/3000 miles warranty. First he claimed the seat had been fixed but upon pick-up it was still broke and there was another 200 miles put on the vehicle than was recorded on the warranty. He was extremely rude to my dad and refused to give the money back on the car. He claims he wrote the mileage down wrong and that it was a mistake but never fixed it. She finally got tired of waiting on them to fix the seat and picked up the car on Dec. 7th without the broken seat. Matt sent it to Bonnie's automotive for repair. My mom picked it up last week and its still broke. So to sum it all up, he screwed her over on the warranty, as she didn't even get to drive it for the first month plus they put an extra 200 miles on the vehicle. He never came through on his guarantee on the seat as it is still broken. He was horrible to deal with and rude when problems came up. Save yourself a lot of grief and go someplace else!!!!! read more
