This is my second five star review for him, and how many times do you ever give anyone two five star reviews, right? That tells you everything you need to know about A-Advantage Plumbing. We have unfortunately been having some irksome plumbing issues in our house this year, and that's no fun! We had a clogged toilet in one bathroom at the same time that the toilet in the second bathroom needed a new fill valve, so we had to keep turning it on and off. After that, we had a massive kitchen sink clog from hell during massive summer heat. Most recently, the flapper chain and handle on one of our toilets broke right after the completion of a pee. The bad news on every occasion was that Bill wasn't currently available, and so my brother kept nagging at me to just hire any old plumber, but I insisted every time on waiting for Bill because who wants to risk being overcharged by a plumber you don't know or trust? We put up with the kitchen sink issue, the toilet that was constantly running, and even the broken toilet with the hideous stench of rancid urine until Bill became available, and I'm so glad that we waited because Bill only charged us $200 for the fill valve replacement and there was no charge at all for clearing the clogged toilet in the other bathroom. It would've easily cost us $300 total with any other run-of-the-mill plumber. The price to clear the clog from hell in the kitchen sink was only $500, and he only charged us $164 total to resolve the broken toilet handle/flapper chain issue. Moral of the story? Take advantage of A-Advantage and hire them whenever you can, even if you have to wait, because Bill is well worth waiting for! Bill's wife Karen is a gem too and she works wonders juggling Bill's very busy schedule.

I selected Right Solutions Plumbing from the phone book because I wanted to install a hot water re-circulation pump atop my hot water tank of 20 years and noticed that RSP featured Bradford-White water heaters. I figured they would know whether this robust recirc. pump that bolts to the top of the hot water tank would eventually damage the Bradford-White tank or it was OK. I had a same day response call that the plumber was available that day at noon. I liked that. Gabriel arrived and quoted me the cost of installing the pump atop the tank and replacing the copper flex pipe and valve, I considered my options. Here I had a 22 year old water heater and a plumber that could install a new, same brand and size heater unit same day. If I bought a new heater unit, coupled with my new recirculation pump, and the custom installation, plus a catch pan that I didn't have with my old unit, I could be good for another 20 years, but better yet the new heater would be a selling point if I sold the home in the next few years. From my Air Force years I recalled "Proactive maintenance keeps them flying". I also happened to have some cash in my pocket from my mandatory IRA withdrawal. A happy coincidence. I signed up for a new Bradford White water heater, same size as the original that had faithfully served for over 20 years. By 5:30 pm it was installed. The installation was a thing of beauty. As an aerospace engineer in another life, I recognize excellent workmanship when I see it. The copper piping installation, new shutoff valve and my recirculation pump installation was professional quality. It just looked good. Gabriel helped me out with a problem of my own causing. While Gabriel was installing the new heater and recirc. pump, I went into the front bedroom, furthest away from the heater, and installed the "turnaround manifold". I had four new hoses from Best Hardware but one was too short to loop-around from the shutoff valve to the manifold. Gabriel swapped my new hose for another longer one from his truck stock that worked. When we turned on the water, I had a leak from one of the hose connections at the hot water valve. I had cross-threaded the brass water valve and repeated attempts to install it correctly all failed. The steel hoze fitting was fine but the valve needed replacement. Gabriel brought another valve unit from his truck stock and installed it in five minutes using "a special wrench" for just this purpose. He charged me for the valve, about 10% more than the price at the hardware store, but no labor. His kindness enabled us to finish the job and test the connections without me having to go to the store the next day to get a new shutoff valve. This is a long review, but I was very impressed with both Gabriel's workmanship and his pro-active problem-solving that saved me time and aggravation. This is the kind of company and personnel a person likes to find. I will be using RSP for all my plumbing mis-adventures in the future. I don't expect how professional this 2 young technicians (John and Kileb). Upon arrival, they introduce themselves, and go on step by step on what they will do to my water heater. Just that time, I told to myself that these 2 technicians can be trusted, and of course the company will be credited because of their training... They started the job, and left them in the garage doing what needs to be done. John will ring my doorbell and tells me what they will do next, or what I need to do next (water will be turnEd off for 20 minutes etc...) These 2 gentleman got me more relaxed during this time... which I am thinking the cost of the heater, etc. During the duration of their work, I don't have any problems with them, they did it right, and I was updated at least every 20 minutes of their work progress. These 2 young gentlemen have a good Team Work. Outstanding services, outstanding quality of work, and a very professional company workers. A while back I had some new flooring installed in my upstairs bathroom and after the flooring guys left there was a leak at the base of my toilet. I was freaking out. It didn't start right away so I was envisioning water penetrating the new flooring, the subfloor, my drywall and I imagined the worst. I called Right Solution Plumbing out convinced that they had cracked my toilet while reinstalling it and would have to buy a new one. James came out and took apart the toilet and found that they had bent a washer while removing or reinstalling it and that was where the leak was coming from. He replaced the washer, checked to make sure that there was no major leaking that would lead to structural damage or mold, reinstalled the toilet and caulked it. We called Right Solution yesterday when our toilet bowl wouldn't fill up after flushing. We had tried to fix this ourselves, but the tank mechanism was unfamiliar to us. Our appointment was scheduled for the same afternoon, and the technician arrived within the given timeframe. He only took a minute or so to find the problem (a misplaced tube) and fix it, and he charged us nothing. Mark and Steven arrived early today to find the leak that sprung up beneath my condo and repair it. Done and done. I didn't find Right Solution Plumbing off of Yelp but I really wanted to write a review for them. My toilet in my only bathroom was clogging and coming up in my bath tub. Our toilet was leaking from the base on a Sunday afternoon (of course), we had just moved out towards the Beaumont area and didn't know of a plumber out in this area. I decided to call Right Solution Plumbing and got an answer right away, dispatcher was helpful and understanding and was able to send someone right out. My bathroom sink wasn't draining so I called Right Solution Plumbing. I spoke with Amanda who was able to get the technicians out to my house within a couple of hours. Both technicians were super nice and professional. They had the problem fixed in about 20-30 minutes! They even wiped down the bathroom with Lysol before they left which was greatly appreciated. We had two Cedar trees removed recently because of the plumbing damage they continued to cause on our property. The part of the sewer that is closest to our home was showing signs of needed repair. Several years ago Easy Rooter took care of the sewer line that was on the front side of our property. It's still working very well after 6 years. This time it wasn't a simple task to just dig up the dirt to access the sewer line. There was cement to remove, very large tree roots to remove, and old sprinkler pipes to remove. They replaced old plumbing that was connected to our laundry room and a bathroom. After scheduling for them to do the work a week in advance, they changed the schedule to accommodate us for the following day. The reason they did this was because our shower backed up that very night. Jonathan was at our home the next morning to discuss what they could do in full detail. I so appreciate that Jonathan took the time to spell out everything. When his employees arrived he introduced the guys who were going to do the work and then took them to where the work was to be done. I was pleasantly surprised that this whole job was done in one day! Jonathan has a kind and gentle demeanor. I can see why his employees bring that same attitude to work. Wildman came and started digging to get to the alleged leak only to find out that there was nothing there . Wildman plumbing did eventually find the leak. He made sure to stop the leak and do the necessary repairs. Wildman made sure to keep me informed of the progress and any setbacks that happened while he worked diligently to get the job done.
