We purchased a home here in Hemet just over a year ago, so of course our air conditioning would start acting up within a couple of months after the homeowners warranty expired! I called Right Way Air & Heating & Pavlo came to my rescue the next morning. He set about inspecting my unit & just like a car making a strange noise, the loud "banging" I called him about didn't happen during his inspection! Pavlo was very knowledgeable and even made sure to put on shoe covers before entering my home. My AC unit is at least 20 years old & not even in production anymore, is inefficient, doesn't cool as well as it should & although it technically works it pulls too much power from my solar w/back up battery system, so we discussed updated options to bring my home into the 21st century. I had multiple issues with my hvac system and also attic power is off without obvious reasons, and had no clue where to start. When I found Right way Air and Heating from Yelp with good reviews, I. contacted them. They responsed very quickly and arranged free evaluation right away. To my surprise, their free evaluation report is very thorough and price is very reasonable. They found blower capacitor was broken, air filter was dirty and restricting airflow, evaporator coil required cleaning due to dirt buildup, reducing system performance, a natural gas leak was detected at one of the gas pipe connections and requires repair and etc., After they did repairs, AC in and out air temperature improved from 7 deg to 17.1 deg, which is normal now. All these repairs with very reasonable price. On the other hand, another company asked me to replace whole system with cost of over $10K. I highly recommended this company, they really deserve those good reviews. read more

These guys are great. I got a quote from them and 3 others about 4 months ago, in the off season, to replace my 24 year old system. Their quote was the best, for a Daikin Fit 4 ton unit - a very efficient US-made heat pump from a premium brand, with a great warranty, and priced comparably to more basic units. But I decided to wait and do the work after the summer. Then in June, on a Friday, the old system failed dramatically, losing all its coolant and freezing solid. I had paying guests in the house (it's currently an Airbnb), so I contacted Right Way to see if their quote was still valid. They said yes, and that they could maybe even work me in the next day, on Saturday. They had to work with Daikin to get into the warehouse after business hours, but they pulled it off. They arrived at 8 AM Saturday, and the system was fully installed and cooling by around 6 pm. I was so relieved, and so happy. So were my guests. Right Way's communication was organized and professional throughout, and the results were better than I could have hoped for. It's rare to get the best quality, fastest service, and lowest price all from the same contractor. But that is what they delivered. This review is my honest way of saying "Thank You"! read more

Very satisfied with our choice to go with Right Way Air and Heating, to replace our aging HVAC system. Their quotes were competitive, the team was very professional, and the job went smoothly from start to finish. A+ all around! Our original (20+ years) AC unit died on us for the third time in four years. Rather than put another band aid on it, we decided to just replace the unit. We used Yelp to find an HVAC company, one of which was Right Way Air and Heating. Right Way scheduled Vlad to come out for an evaluation and quote. Vlad was prompt and even communicated when he was on the way. He evaluated our AC unit outside and the furnace/ducting in the attic. He was very knowledgeable and pointed out things I would have never thought to even ask about. He gave us his honest recommendation (that an electric heat pump would be sufficient and that we don't really need a gas furnace; ie save more money) but told us he'd provide quotes for several options. Quotes were very competitive with the three other companies that quoted us. We opted to replace our HVAC system with a heat pump and furnace dual fuel system. Once we signed with Right Way, we were able to schedule an install two days later! I was honestly surprised/thrilled about the timeline, considering we were in the middle of a weeklong 90* heat wave. Scheduling was done by Dana, who was so polite and easy to work with. On the day of the install, Zhenis was the main technician and Pavlo arrived later to assist. The install went smoothly and everything tested out perfectly. The guys were very knowledgeable and professional throughout. Zhenis explained to me the system and even took me to the attic to show/explain everything that was done (admittedly I have never been up there haha).
