He walked me through the entire process with patience and clarity. I waited a full year before writing this review, just to make sure everything held up--and I can confidently say, even through heavy rains here in Medford, NJ, my basement has remained dry. His work speaks for itself: solid, clean, and reliable. Second project: I still had high humidity in the basement, so Elliot suggested and installed a whole-house dehumidifier (AprilAire E100). He connected it directly to the French drain system, so I no longer have to worry about emptying water or dealing with moisture. It runs efficiently and quietly--even when I'm traveling, I have peace of mind. Third issue: Recently, I had water flooding in the finished part of my basement. By 2:30 they installed a French Drain and cleaned up so it looked like no one had even been here. They also installed a sump pump. AJ is a real professional. He is courteous, and reliable. They spent 2 days at my house working (3/30/26 & 3/31/26). When they were done, they told me that they would need to come back in a week to tighten some bolts because they had to pour some concrete and needs longer to cure. I said OK and just call me when they were coming back. Work finished 3/31/26. 4/8 - I texted the salesperson asking when they would be coming back. I was told that she would reach out. Nothing further. 4/30 - I texted again asking when they would be coming out. I was told to let her message him. Nothing further. 5/11 - I texted again about their return. She said that she would reach out again. 5/25 - At this point I was annoyed and texted her to just forget it. Told them now that they are paid and got their initial positive review that they don't seem to care . That I was disappointed. Doesn't give me hope for their yearly inspections for 5 years to make sure everything is still running well. So, I am taking away a star from my initial review.

DO NOT HIRE THESE GUYS! We had a recent horrible experience with this company. A few years back…read morethey had successfully waterproofed our basement with sump pumps/French drains. I should've realized they were incompetent when we had to correct the workers who incorrectly placed a discharge pipe. Nevertheless, we had a dry basement. Then we hired them again for a new sump pump and 30 foot discharge pipe for new construction on our home. The discharge pipe was incorrectly installed, causing water in the crawl space, drenched insulation, water pooling around the foundation and the A/C units (which sunk into the ground!), dead plants and a constantly wet yard. When they came out to take a look, they attempted to seal the discharge pipe at the foundation (when we weren't looking) WITH CONCRETE rather than inspect what was wrong. We ended up spending 3 days uncovering their errors, shopping at Home Depot and fixing this ourselves. The owner of the company, John McManus, offered me $1000 (on this $3500 job) as restitution, which I accepted. He paid me only $100. HORRIBLE customer service, poor workmanship and John was condescending and rude throughout. I have been disappointed with many service providers but these fools take the cake!
