Today the second part they replaced at the same time failed. It has only been about two weeks, maybe three at the most. So, I called to be told it will be a week before they can fix it. So I am speaking to a guy there, not going to name him, and he is questioning me on how I knew the power steering went out. I am a female, not stupid. I can't turn the car, that's how I know. The other part was the starter, well guess what! The car is doing the exact same thing. No noise, nothing. This person said to drop it off. How am I getting home? Uber he says. I said Uber is 30.00, are you paying for it? No was the answer. I was told they get the parts from China as if that is helpful. If the car wasn't under warranty I would never go back there. Rating of triple zero for how I have been treated.

Huntington bank is a very horrible bank all the way to customer service and up. I'm telling you "do…read morenot become a member of this bank"! They are completely horrible in so many ways! They are the worst institution of any kind that I had the misfortune of dealing with. Never in my life have had to experience what I'm going through or have gone through as I have with this bank, WOW!!! As I complained to customer service time after time, believe me for good reason, they finely out of the blue, closed my account down band me from all Huntington properties. I had a checking account, credit card account, mortgage account, and line of credit account... For no good reason closed down my accounts and this action has put me in a very bad position! I have direct deposit for my social security and my pension and will be without money for sometime, while I put in for a change off address to receive my checks! I am completely blown away by this action from Huntington! I have stories after stories of nonstop screw-ups that Huntington has done that will make your jaw drop, I'm not kidding!! This bank is absolutely terrible!!! I will be writing more details on this later, you really need to hear this!
