I recently replaced the 25-year-old flooring in my home, which included carpet, tile, and linoleum…read more I did extensive research on flooring types, materials, padding, etc., and received five estimates, ranging from $9K to $25K. Through that process, I learned that much of the price difference comes down to the quality of the materials and the installation. Granada Floors offered a great balance of quality materials, reasonable pricing, and superior personal attention. It's important to me to support local, small businesses, and I was excited to learn that Granada Floors is also a women-owned business. That's when I met Mona, and from the beginning, she was a joy to work with. Mona is a warm professional who clearly takes pride in the products she offers. Her family has been in the flooring business for decades, and she now owns Granada Floors. With a background in interior design, she doesn't just sell flooring--she comes to your home to consult with you about what will work best in terms of colors, materials, and budget. She is honest, diligent, and very easy to work with. Communication was excellent throughout the process. The installation was completed in just two days in my 1,400 sq ft home, installing 12 mm waterproof laminate flooring throughout. The floors look beautiful and have completely transformed the space. I highly recommend Mona and Granada Floors!

We came here over a recent weekend and I had a photo of a Shaw flooring that I liked. The manager…read morewas nice enough to find a matching color but they didn't carry the Shaw brand. The manager said all the flooring was just as good but unfortunately this doesn't actually give us comparable facts (veneer thickness, overall thickness of flooring, etc.). My feeling is that the brands here are limited. I looked up a brand of flooring they recommended and it was a lower end brand probably made in China. That may be just fine but I am also weary about off-gassing. Where the product is made and where the materials come from does matter to me. I'm currently looking at online venders where products come from Sweden that actually end up being similarly priced with very little off-gassing and is sustainable. I found some good contractors off Angi online and will be overseeing the project myself. While the quote given to me was reasonable (9500) for the first floor of my home, I would feel more comfortable having more choices in the material that I walk on and breath in everyday.

We were dealing with ugly bathroom tiles and a big hole in the wall. I contacted three contractors…read moreand all three were comparable in pricing. One contractor didn't make a site visit. Another contractor couldn't start until two weeks later. Alex made a site visit and was very personable. With the lead time, we chose Alex. Right when we chose him, he wanted to start that day! I said OK. That afternoon the demolition began. In two weeks he completed the job. He will work around your schedule. We had a family incident and needed to push back the work a day. We also had to wait a few days for the faucet to be delivered. The hours are up to you. We were OK with his team working into the late evening to get the job done because we were down a bathroom. Vitali and Alex work really really hard and long hours. There were some up sale items, but we picked which ones we wanted. Our vanity was in bad shape; so we updated the vanity, sink, backsplash and faucet. Alex quoted us a great price and offered to do tile flooring which would have made the bathroom even nicer, but we decided that the flooring would be fine. Maybe save that for the next remodel. Going through any type of remodel or home update is emotional and risky. We did a home remodel years back and that's when we learned you can really only choose two of the three: quality, cost, or speed. With Alex we were able to get close to all three. Obviously your home is very dear, and there are small little things that you can sweat over. Your home will never be perfect. Not a year goes by without some work that needs to be done to my home. Things get old and break down. There are many things that I would do over, but everyday I go into my newly updated bathroom and smile.

The team completed a job even with all my furniture still in the home which was amazing! But when…read moreit comes to following up or fixing something they did wrong no return and kept saying we will come fix things but never came!!! FOR ME TO GIVE YOU OVER $30k in cash and not follow up is messed up!!! NEVER AGAIN!

Cal Tile Co - Cal Tile did a beautiful job on my steps!

Cal Tile did an amazing job working with me to fix and finish and job that had been stalled because…read morea previous contractor had been unable to do it properly. For years I had a vision of tiling the risers of the front steps of my house, and Cal Tile made my dream come true. I already had the tiles, but they helped me pick the right rims to protect the tiles and the precise grout color to match my house paint. They were easy to communicate with, they really know their stuff, and the team that did the installation - Lulu and Heber and their team - were very professional, skilled and explained exactly what they were doing each step of the way. The outcome is beyond my expectations! I love it, and I get wonderful comments from neighbors, friends and people walking by. I would highly recommend using Cal Tile for your tiling projects!

I would give a zero if possible! Shop somewhere else. Let me start by saying I was given the bate…read moreand switch when searching for a bathroom tile. When i went in to purchase the tile I wanted owner showed and priced out a very ugly tile being discontinued and gave my contractor the wrong tile. When i asked about the price of the correct tile he said it was too expensive for me and refuse the give the price for my project. He became angry when i asked several times and said he had the right to refuse my business. It was clearly racist assuming I could not afford the tile I wanted to purchase. I will not recommend shopping at this establishment, clearly they have drank the new trend of acceptable racist behavior and sexist behavior towards women shoppers.
