Buyer Beware: This company has serious communication issues within their organization. As a client, if you send pictures of what you want, they may or may not communicate within their team. I would not trust that Neli will communicate with Michael. Nor you may not want to trust that she will confirm the install date. She will however, offer her best guess of install date but in my case she did not follow up with a confirmation, and surprise, surprise! they were at my door, when painters were still not finished. If you decide to use them and are a homeowner that doesn't read drawings on a daily basis, I would suggest you hire someone to read their drawings because their communication was really bad with me. Attached is the photo I sent to them, and another attachment is what I got. If you are still considering hiring them and would like to see my drawings please PM me and I will show them to you. There were no follow up questions from them about the photo I sent the day after Michael was here. Please do not assume there will be any communication within their team. Michael offered to make this right by tiling my fireplace, but then Neli emailed the next day saying they would discount my fireplace to $900.00. All details of what I wanted were given to them before I signed the contract. Yet they said they left out some details and didn't charge me. I am happy to pay for work that any contractor does according to my specs. Again, I experienced no communication between themselves and horrible communication with me. I'm not sure how they ended up with a 4.8 rating. I decided to redo my countertops through Costco and these are the guys that Costco chose. I decided to redo the countertop and tiles for my backsplash. It was about $13k. First off they're not professional, in my opinion. When the old countertops and backsplash was removed it was done without care. The surrounding area was damaged and they refused to fix it. Because it was in their FINE PRINT, that below a certain amount of damages they're not reliable. Second, they hired another company to install the tile backsplash. These guys who installed it were had no idea what they were doing. Cuts were terrible, uneven spacing and leveling, They had to redo the tile backsplash because it was so terrible. When they were finally done with the work it wasn't exactly the $13k I expected. Their cuts for my outlets didn't line up. I have to cut or make adjustments so I can install my outlets properly. What should've been done in a week or two took months. I had to deal with Costco customer service and with this unprofessional company. If you want a professional, quality and value look elsewh I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!!!! read more

We initially found this company through a Costco email...and we are so happy we took Costco's recommendation! We know how hard it is for a company to be vetted to be a Costco representative, and we have used their suggestion before for our solar installation. We had put off replacing our granite counter to install a new sink for 15 years, since we we're sure it was going to be terribly expensive and also impossible to match our existing granite. Boy we're we wrong! Alex came out for an estimate and we were so impressed we went to their offices the following day to look at granite samples. To our extreme shock and surprise, they had almost an exact match to our existing granite!
