A place not made for eating inside. Usually 2 tables. I sat down and both the tables looked like it hasn't been cleaned in a very long time. The pizza came out on time and the service was average, not bad but not great. I ordered the cheese pizza and it was very good, very greasy. Would not recommend if on a diet and it's your cheat day. I discovered Riko's after living in Stamford for several years and getting tired of the busy signals and lack of delivery at Colony. The pizza is every bit as good as Colony (despite what the haters are saying), and the crust is actually not as greasy which I now prefer. Its also nice that they have salads. The staff is very courteous and even on the busiest Friday pickup is not usually 25 min, and delivery has never taken more than 45 min. I have NEVER gotten a busy signal or been hung up on. I also like that they started a loyalty program so you get $10 off for every $100 you spend, which is nice if you're like me and its you're Friday go to. read more

The pizza at this location is awesome, I don't think we've ever gotten a bad one like others have stated in their reviews. However, the salads can be a bit of a different story - it's a real hit or miss depending on the day (or cook?) you go. Usually they're jam packed with all the awesome ingredients stated on the menu, but sometimes you might be searching for 'em - along with the chicken being really overcooked. Riko's is definitely deserving of a five star review, it's just that their consistency is a little off when it comes to certain menu items. I recently got a salad from Stamford (Newfield) Riko's and it was terrible. It was a chicken ceaser and the chicken was sooooo dry my teeth were killing me from chewing. It looked like it was yesterdays leftover chicken. Also, if they are going to charge $9.50 for a small salad they should at least use the good shaved parmesan and not the grated cheese from a shaker. Sorry this pizza is below sub-par. It's similar to a frozen microwaveable pizza but I think I would actually prefer one of those to Riko's. The crust is thin like a piece of cardboard and the cheese is like the cheap already grated type. The worse part was the meatball topping which was just a ball of tasteless and unseasoned ground beef. No way would I order from here again. read more

Awesome Colony style pizza. I was a huge fan of Colony, but went back recently and I'm starting to like Riko's better!

I grew up a loyal Colony devotee throughout high school and college and only tried Riko's once or twice out of their Stamford location. I recently moved to Norwalk and can honestly say now I will probably never go back to Colony again. First off, Riko's delivers. By and away more convenient than dealing with the overcrowded parking lot at Colony Stamford. Secondly, my hot oil pizza was more hot than oily- i didn't feel the immediate need to shower after eating it. Thirdly, even after waiting for a 45 minute Friday night delivery from Riko's my pizza was delivered nice and hot. I have actually been at Colony eating during a busy Friday night and my pizza has been served to me cold. Lastly, and probably most importantly (as other reviewers have mentioned) Riko's customer service is excellent. They are polite and courteous over the phone and their delivery guys are friendly and professional. Don't even get me started with Colony's customer service-rude bartenders, over worked waitresses on top of that whole not answering the phone thing ( I mean, I get it but still it's super annoying). I don't mean for this review to sound Colony-bashing but in the on going Fairfield County pizza war, I'm siding with Riko's. read more

I've gotten quite a few pizzas from here, and have never been disappointed. The absolute best pizza they have is a simple hot oil and sausage pizza, which is superb, and isn't overwhelmingly spicy. Their buffalo chicken pizza is one of the best around. Also fully recommend Rico's Favorite (ham, bacon & cheese) and Walter's Favorite (pepperoni, cheese & basil) too. Almost the same as Colony pizza in Stamford and Fairfield and closer to my house. When I am craving Colony, this fills the void if I can't make the trek to those establishments. No seating at this location, take out or delivery only. I usually pick up my order and have learned that when they tell you it will be about 25 minutes, it really will be about 30-35 minutes. A couple of times they accidentally burnt my pizza. Both times, they noticed on their own and just baked me a new one and gave me both pies to take home. I've always had good customer service and the staff has always been friendly. I like this type of thin crust, crispy pizza, so I'm a fan of Riko's. If you like Colony pizza and you are looking for a similar product, this is your place. read more

Omg this pizza is amazing. Thin crust style like colony pizza. So many delicious options to get from their menu, and way more variety then the simple pizza. Only issue is they are small personal sized pizzas but very expensive for being thin crust. Lower the prices by 2-4 dollars a pie and then I would be happy getting more than one at a time read more

Hands down MY FAVORITE PIZZA EVER!!!! I've been eating Riko's since they first opened and now get take out from them every Friday night. My order is Always the same BACON HOT OIL (Ask them to chop up the bacon) and a Riko's salad. Their pizza is consistently delicious and the salads are always super fresh and crispy. read more

Food isn't that bad But please keep in mind they are sneaky!! I ordered a (12 piece of chicken) and asked the woman taking my order named "KAREN" if I could order my (12 Piece) by having half buffalo and the other half BBQ. She avoided answering the question and instead asked me "if that were going to be all I want to order". I Said "Yes" assuming my order where complete and correct. When my food got here I noticed the price had Drastically changed from the $11.99 (for a 12 piece) all the way to $6.99(for 2 separate orders) which ended up coming out to $ 15.90...!!.... See what I mean about being sneaky!! The delivery man better take his tip out of the money that his company bamboozeld him out of because I darn sure weren't giving NOT Even Another Penny. The pizza is consistently good as well as the salad. In my experience all of my orders have been correct. Delivery is quick even during dinner hours and I have never had to wait long for takeout. The staff is friendly. Overall this place is good across the board. read more

This was the worst pizza we have ever eaten. We ordered two pies at about 3pm and didn't get them until nearly 4pm and we live nearby. That hour is not exactly the height of the busy lunch or dinner trade.. But that aside, I suspected something was not like real pizza because the boxes were very light. The pizza was like soggy matzohs with a little sauce and a little cheese, and the toppings were very sparse....like maybe 3 pieces on each. the pizza tasted like it may have been microwaved or something as it was rubbery like bread gets when microwaved. We will NEVER call them for pizza again and would NEVER recommend them to anyone. For the amount of money they charged, I expected something closer to real pizza. It will be Planet Pizza for us again. They have good pizza and fast delivery. I really don't understand why anyone would give this pizza positive reviews unless they have a vested interest in the business or something. It is terrible! read more
