To be fair I only had a small cheese pizza BUT the man behind the counter and potentially the owner stayed open and made a smaller pie just for us and it was a delight. Great fresh crisp dough. Zingy sauce and gooey molten cheese. Didn't feel like I ate something synthetic after. I would totally come back and so should you! read more

Ordered again thru ubereats. Large white pizza thin crust with eggplant and spinach. Order arrived on time but pizza was cold, not due to restaurant fault. The cheese texture is odd and not like a pizzeria texture. Followed thin crust request. Toppings were frozen food service breaded eggplant and frozen spinach. I love the pizza here! It's a family owned pizza shop with a very traditional interior. I ordered a medium house special pizza, and it was so good! It was a slightly higher proportion of veggies than meats which I really liked. The crust is also a good balance between super thin New York style crusts and the ones with thicker dough. Everything was freshly made and piping hot when I arrived for pick up! The owner was really welcoming and took the time to introduce his menu as well! read more

Lots of places in the area to Choose from..... Pizza I ordered was a margarita- it was surprisingly good. I did not get a pic bc I was starving sorry. I wish I had bc it is the only reason I'm giving 3 stars. I ordered a small which could feel 2 ppl My main issue was with delivery and my wings:(see photo). The wings were supposed to be extra wet and BBQ.... the fact that 1/3 aren't even covered is pretty sad. I asked about ranch and the man informed me they were 1oz ramekins- and so I asked for extra... they were 3.5oz ramekins so paid extra for something because they store didn't give to correct info which is written on the container:/. (what a waste of money and the store should know it's products.) The delivery took about and hour- had issues with the driver leaving the food contactless. I was staying at a hotel and just asked they leave the food at the front desk- and they still had issues... I had informed the front desk of my delivery and they were expecting it- but the driver called me several times trying to get me to come and get it. They Didn't leave a receipt (which I asked for) or napkins which I also asked for. With covid going on and money being tight for a lot of people - it just felt like a waste of money. So bad would not recommend first of all over priced as you see in the picture this is the "appetizer sampler" btw $15 almost $16 and this is what you get... very sad doesn't even look appetizing and I can for sure tell you it didn't taste good at all overall disappointed my girlfriend got the chicken tenders or whatever and they were slimy. We ordered pizza and chicken wings. The pizza was okay- the pepperoni one was good but the bacon/onion was over cooked. We asked for the wings to be well done because we hate rubbery skin on wings. They may have originally been well-done but then they dumped about 1 1/2 cups- literally- of barbecue sauce on them. So, the skin was all rubbery - no crunch at all. I guess I was expecting the same type of taste and ingredients as the one in Bridgeport Ct. One of my all-time favorites from Cross Roads is their Supreme Salad w grilled chicken, gorgonzola cheese, bacon & their house dressing. Since changing jobs I have not had the opportunity to go back to the one in Bridgeport in some time. I was so excited to find out they opened a third location in Norwalk. I ordered the salad I was craving for in almost year and was little disappointed the salad dressing was not the same nor were the ingredients. Don't get me wrong it was good but not as good as their other two locations. This is the reason why I am giving the rating that I am. This place don't deserve any stars!!!! Under cook and sagging pizza really $16 for a pizza!! Taking one off the fridge will have a better taste. I also order the muchos Nachos and I got some chips and cheese with a few pieces of chicken and they charge me more that $10 for that!!! I order to pick up and with the brown bags you can't see if your order is done correct but you will think that they should be able to complete your order with no problems. I try to call and get some explanation to see if they just make a mistake on my order but the have me on hold for several minutes then terminated my call. Is a Thursday night and not a busy day. My company ordered out from here for our holiday party and the food was pretty good, so we decided to give it a shot. 2 pluses right off the bat - they deliver AND you can order online! My roommate ordered a large calzone -and it was very large! Easily enough for two meals or two people. The crust had a nice doughyness to it and the cheese was wonderful. We ordered a hot oil pizza. It's not as hot as the other hot oil pizzas that we have had, but it had a nice flavor. The crust was great - crunchy on the outside, but lovely on the inside. I can see how people would say that it is greasy, but I thought it had a nice, buttery texture that reminded me of a deep dish pizza. I expected this pizza would be good, but it was even better than that. Can't wait to order from here again! read more

We got a large delivery order from here. Most of us were disappointed with the pizza. It wasn't terrible, but there was something off about the crust, or maybe the sauce. I think they were going for a Greek style, but if that's the case then Jordan's is definitely better. I got a personal pizza (10 inch) and the garlic bites. We have ordered there before since the new ownership; first time was good, second time not so much. We ordered delivery at 8:10 PM Sunday; pretty simple order: 1. Tortellini Alfredo 2. BLT 3. Large Pizza w/ Hot Cherry Peppers & Hot Sausage 4. Chicken Parm Grinder w/Hot Cherry Peppers The pizza came with Sweet Red Peppers and without Sausage so I called back and they were fairly quick to send another, but after I hung up I tried the Chicken Parm Grinder... the peppers were not Hot Cherry Peppers as ordered, but some kind of large, mushy, sweet red pepper and the grinder roll was covered with sesame seeds; I called back again and was told sorry, but we won't replace that part of your order...? * I received the replacement pizza... The peppers are still not Hot Cherry Peppers; maybe jalepenos, but really hard to tell due to all of the grease/oil that drips from the folded slice. * Upon delivery of the replacement pizza I showed the grinder to the driver and he said he would have the owner/manager call me to correct the problem, but there was no call. Not sure what else to say, but I kind of feel like I got robbed; I ordered something, received the wrong something and was told to suck it! Not a huge deal, just half of the entire $50 order was wrong and when I called to discuss it I was treated badly. 2 orders, 1 good, 1 bad; The odds aren't too bad I guess, 50/50 maybe hopefully. read more
