Don't be put off by the fact that he works out of his garage - it is a fully converted, legit home business. I was so impressed. Tip: When you put the address in Google Maps, go one house further. It's the house with the Ace engraving truck and Ace engraving on the garage. Ring the garage door bell vs. the main door bell. Highly recommend. I'm going to be a repeat customer for anything I need engraved.

We decided on a particular color, style, etc and I left. Within a few days, I got a call saying they were ready to be picked up. When I got there, I was thrilled to see that they had gone way above and beyond! They actually came up with "Texas Rangers" colors and font, and used them! The technician who came out placed sugar bait inside to eliminate the colony. He told me that an exterior treatment was not necessary at that time. I accepted that recommendation, due to potential exposure for my active dog. Months later, I called to follow up because the ant problem had not been resolved. I was then told the $216.50 treatment of simply adding sugar bait for the interior also included exterior treatment during the original visit. That was surprising because I was never told an exterior treatment had been done. When I asked where it had been applied, they did not give me a clear answer regarding the exterior. I have also come to find out that we had acrobat ants (not carpenter ants) as I expected when talking to a few other pest control companies. Paying for another treatment isn't the issue. If the ants require another visit, I'm happy to pay for it. My concern is that the explanation of what was actually done has changed. Now, they're saying I have to pay another $216 for their services again. Something just isn't adding up. If there's a reasonable explanation, I'd like to hear it. Based on the conflicting information, I have little confidence in their service.
