My experience there was just so-so as I felt I was not getting the best deal though the salesman there insisted this was the best he could do for me and said that he was so confident with his pricing that I can shop around. I then drove up to Riley and was immediately greeted by a very nice young lady who is the receptionist and she introduced me to Hunter Smith. Hunter is a very friendly and no nonsense sales consultant; not pushy or aggressive at all. I knew exactly what I wanted (a CX-5) and he did not in any way try to sell me anything more or less than what I asked for. He was very patient with me, answered all my questions and was readily available to me by phone/e-mail throughout the process. I just picked up my 2017 CX-5 three days ago and I am very happy with it. I also met with Trevor who did my financing and he is just as nice. Thank You Fatos of Riley Mazda When I called Riley Mazda after seeing a car I was interested in on their website, I was wary. For the last few weeks I had encountered dealerships who refused to put an estimate in writing due to hidden fees and those who did put estimates in writing which exposed additional costs that only benefited the seller. Not so with Fatos. He immediately emailed a breakdown of all costs and an out the door price I'd pay. Everything went just as smoothly at the dealership. The certified pre-owned Mazda 3 i Grand Touring model was in beautiful shape and Fatos patiently answered all our questions and stuck by his written estimate. A few days after the sale, Fatos came through once again. My local dealership's price on an extra transmitter key was unexpectedly high. Fatos used his pull with Riley's parts and service departments so that I'd get the key for about 40% less. What can I say? This was by far the beat car buying experience I have ever had. I emailed Dennis about a specific car and he got back to me within 20 minutes as he did with all email correspondence. I have had Porsche BMW Audi and there sales people all pale in comparison to Dennis White. I can't talk on the phone during business hours he was kind enough to do almost the entire transaction via email. Riley had a great selection and ended up having exactly what I wanted. He worked up numbers a fast as I have ever seen. I told him at 11:00 am I was buying the cx5 and he had me written up and put the door with he car the same day at 1:00. Riley Mazda sold me a painful car and had no problem keeping my money anyway when I brought it to their attention. After avoiding me multiple times I showed General Mgr Curtis Riley Jr a disabled parking permit and images of my spine and he did not care. I asked to speak with the owner but was denied. When I continued to complain they reported me to the Police. I needed a car to consult with medical specialists, attend physical therapy and buy food while unable to work. Brought in my CX-5 to get my tires rotated and the guys took a look at my entire car and made sure everything was working well from top to bottom. I went to Midas to get my oil changed (big mistake) and my light came on 2 weeks later.
