I will now have to buy a whole new unit for my door just to be able to roll up my window. On top of that, I had three missing valve stem covers and have proof that it left the shop this way. they're nicest can be when they want to offer you a payment plan for almost $2,000 worth of work but can't keep basic things about your vehicle intact. I would definitely recommend any other shop in town and reading reviews before you go. Don't always take someone's word because you'll end up in the place that I'm in

The owner and servicemen were very polite and helpful everytime I called or came by. I would 100% use them again. They even offered to drop or pick me up if needed. I ended up just getting a diagnostic with them and they ended up charging me less then estimated. all the employees talked to was very polite and patient. they sent way too many advertising and surveys to both my phone and email after was done with service with them. even after I left reviews and feedback, they kept sending more, feels like continuous spams

They also said I needed front brakes and that would be $1000. The gas tank has nothing to do with the sensor and does not need to be removed to replace the sensor. Big time ripoff here. My 2007 Dodge truck had a pretty loud exhaust leak on the passenger side. Just bought it on…read moreCraigslist. The seam of the catalytic converter was cracked and I was hoping for a cheap fix, but realistically my truck probably needs a new Y-pipe with both cats. I chose Marty's Muffler based on some good Yelp reviews. I called Marty to get an opinion over the phone and he told me they would be glad to take a look at my issue to see if welding it was an option. I showed up about 30 minutes later. They had me pull my truck in the shop, lifted it up and immediately noticed the coffee can shaped catalytic converter top seam was cracked all the way around. I asked about a replacement converter. They offered to try welding the seam on the converter for 25 bucks! Wait a minute... Most shops won't even look at you for under 50 bucks let alone fix anything! They were able to weld all the way around the converter while it was in place and now it sounds brand new. I gladly offered to pay double for the repair but Marty politely refused my offer and explained that's just how they do business and they never charge for looking at people's vehicles or for estimates. Please go here for all your exhaust and muffler work to help support these guys. It's not often I fell blessed to do business somewhere but I did today. We need this shop around for many more years!

Both visits were fast and the right price. If I had known of this place before I bought my exhaust I would of had him build me a custom one. Will definitely get all my exhaust business until I move. Only negative I have is that his welds aren't that pretty, but who cares? They are outta sight and are solid. Lastly, he runs by first come first serve only for the most part. If you go there and he's busy and decide to come back later he will do his best to get you in asap on your next visit.
