While driving my daughter's car out of town I got a nail and luckily made it into the shop. Lordy they were busy for a Friday. However, customer service was professional and friendly. Staff looked at the car upon checking in. Unfortunately the promised wait time was 2.5, but all good in their nice month AC, outlets and complimentary bottle water. My deduction was over the Men's room which was dirty, had debris on the floor and no soap or paper towels. I did let staff know. The car tire was pulled and a single nail located which the tech showed me. He was friendly and efficient. My problem was solved and back on the road with no charge as patches are complimentary. I didn't get any pictures because I was engulfed in conversation instead. I was lucky enough to meet an owner and another patron. Such lovely people. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the lady at the desk. She was nice. Funny too. The office is neat and has chairs to sit and wait, drinks and candy. Way better than most shops I've been to. I'm so happy I ventured here. It is local and the staff is wonderful. I definitely found a place where I will take my car for repairs, upkeep etc. Highly recommend!!

Finding a good and trustworthy auto shop is always tricky. After doing some research, I took my…read morecar here and was thankful for such a quick appointment. Making an appointment was fast and easy and customer service was great up to this point. So far so good. I made my appointment for 8am for a diagnostic and was told i could expect to hear something back around noon. After not hearing anything, I called close to 1pm and was told my car was next for service. When 4pm came around and I didn't hear anything I called again only to find out my car still wasn't looked at. At this point I was told to expect my car to be kept overnight but only because I asked about it. I was pretty frustrated considering I had an early appointment, all I needed was a diagnostic and for the simple fact I had to call for all updates not to mention having to now coordinate a ride home. I called again first thing in the morning and was then told I would have answers around 9. I was convinced then that my car wasn't looked at, at all the day prior. I did get a call shortly after 9 and I was apologized to and did get the answers I needed on my car. When I picked up my car, they were super apologetic and assured me this was not the normal way they conducted business. Because of the inconvenience, I was not charged for the diagnostic. While I was thankful, I was really disappointed with my whole experience. I understand things happen but good communication makes all the difference. Maybe my case was really just a one off, but this trip made me want to take my business elsewhere.
