Note the lady did use some polish she brought out of a little box, I was happy at the time because it was "new", but perhaps it wasn't a good brand. Where to start. The establishment was gorgeous , clean , renovated and modern. All of the employees were friendly , had great conversation and professional. Liz did a gel pedicure and full set for me. She is awesome ladies and gentlemen!! Great at communicating , my nails and toes came out better than I was hoping. Went to Rina Nails as a first time customer and did not have a good experience. I got a basic pedicure for $27. I got cut and when my cuticle was being removed. I left the salon thinking it wasn't a major cut. It was hard for me to tell how much actual blood there was because my polish color was red. But throughout the day it was still bleeding and was painful. You can take your chances getting service here but I will not return for the unfriendly service and no apologies for the cut. read more

I love Rina's. I've been coming here since I've moved on this side of town 8 months ago. Everyone is always super friendly and professional. I never have to wait for extended periods of time to be serviced. Very well staffed. They even offer you a bottle of water while you wait. My favorite service to get is the pedicure. I walked inside and this girl behind the counter was giving me the dirtiest look you would think that I had sex with her man like we had beef like she knew me and then someone told me oh we're close like would you like to make an appointment very kind very professional but I really hope they have a good service because I'm customer service I definitely felt like I wanted to leave the second I walked in there. Went to get my nails done here after reading mixed reviews but decided to come here because of how close it is to where I'm staying for the month and because it was already 5:30pm. Their website clearly stated they're open until 7pm which is clearly false as I showed up here at 6:10pm to get a quick solid color manicure and they were closed. Worst experience ever. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau. Owner quoted me a diffrent price over the phone. After my nails had been completed I was charged additional fees. The terrible experience continued with additional charges resulting in nail removal. Sadden nail tech or owner didnt stand behind their work. Negative comments like what do you expect with regular polish. To be condescending and misleading to customer is terrible customer service. I was charged $40 for a fill... I was told $17 over the phone. Then charged $5.00 for the removal of my nail polish smh. The place is beautiful inside but I was a tad disappointed that my items used to cut and clean my feet were not fresh from a package. My usual salon uses a new package that's been sterilized. If they did- I did not see this. The "pumice" was reused as well. The girl who did my pedi was very nice. Be cautious when picking out a pedi from the menu- if you look at the "second" menu they hand you and pick a scent you like it automatically puts you in the $65 category. I was unaware of this, $75 for a pedi was a bit much with tip and all. I did get a cut on the top of my toe. It wasn't bad at all but I dont know how that even happened. I think she grabbed onto a piece of skin and pulled and it started bleeding. Didn't hurt but not beautiful to look at. She glossed over it and didn't say sorry or anything. I use to love Rinas but it has gone down hill. Everyone is very nice, but i got a pedicure the girl only massaged one of my feet for less that 30 seconds, the water was cold, and when trimming my cuticles she trimmed so close that is hurt. My family and I were having a girls weekend at Disney and decided to get our nails done here impromptu. They all got pedis while I got a gel refill and they were able to fit us all in without a reservation which was nice. The girl doing my nails, although she didn't speak very much English (mainly Spanish) was very sweet and did an excellent job with my nails. The prices were also great for the quality of the service. For me, she left me soaking in acetone for 25 minutes while she did a pedicure, then rushed to finish my nails when another woman walked in to get her tips redone. Overall, she did a decent job on my nails but given the long wait time and how expensive it was (I am from NYC, so for me to say something is expensive is rare), I would not recommend it. First time at Salon requesting a fill for my acrylics. I should've left as soon as the nail tech got irritated with the task of a fill. She reluctantly told me to pick out a nail polish and gave attitude. She started to file down the existing polish and when it came to the shape they all were different. I originally asked for French tips with alternating colors but as she applied the polish the tip was painted too thick when asked to do a higher peek for the French tip design I was told she could not do it because she didn't have a nail art brush which should be a standard tool considering this is a nail salon. Because of that I opted for the nails to just be painted the alternating colors. The gel polished was placed too thick and each nail got wonkier and developed alternating shaped. I believe the nail artist name was Christina I left upset and paid because I just wanted to leave and avoid confrontation. This was done on 03/20/22. Honestly beyond shocked at how they treated me and my friend. We are here on a work trip and have only a few hours of the night for free time. Me and a friend chose to spend that time getting our nails done. We called and they said they take walk ins and we were on our way! So they close at 8, we got there at 7:35. We picked out our colors, one girl wasn't doing anything, another girl was just finishing up with a customer. Perfect, right? Wrong. We waited in the salon seats for 10 minutes with our colors ready to go only for her to ask us if we can come back tomorrow morning now because they don't take people in past 7:30 now? No we can't come tomorrow morning, we have work then we are heading to the airport and I really need my nails done because my powdered nails have grown so far out they're about to fall off and this is the only time I can get them done. So they got us settled in only to kick us out. Waste of a $15 Uber there and back to our hotel. Unfortunately for them, we would have tipped extremely well and they missed out on some good money and a good review, now they lost business. Long story short, this girl was not in the mood to do any work and wanted to go home. This place should focus a little more on customer service and being more up front or maybe close earlier if they're employees aren't in the mood to work. And I would be shocked if they didn't think I wouldn't share this experience to save someone else from wasting their money. I am still in utter shock at what happened. Florida is something else. I live 3 hours from this Orlando spot. We were visiting the theme parks and realized how hot it was outside and that i needed some much needed waxing. I called around different nails places on a Sunday at around 5:15pm and most places were closing at 6pm. I was staying at the Clarion hotel and Rinas nails was the only salon that was within 10 mins and that was super friendly over the phone and welcomed me to come over although they were closing soon. When i came in Rina welcomed me and greeted me by name. The place seemed clean and had plenty of space for large parties. The waxing went perfectly fine, Rina was pleasant, friendly and professional you can tell that she cares about her business and how things are done!
