Best first apartment in San Francisco! Rincon Green was our first apartment in SF and the experience here was simply the best. We've been here since July 2016, first in an executive studio and then in a one bedroom with a den. We made in international move from Korea and even had a baby here, and the Rincon Green team was the most helpful in easing us through the transitions. Simply put, they have a great community here which I feel is rare in new apartment complexes. We've been spoiled and our friends have pointed out that it would be hard to beat this place! Pros: - Excellent staff: leasing office is always open to talk about issues whether it's moving into a different unit or getting parking. Front Desk is friendly and helpful with any questions and maintenance crew is prompt. The concierge service is perfect for heavy amazon users. - Great location: walking distance to the Financial District and Embarcadero. Philz is one block away and Woodlands Market, Whole Foods, Target, Trader Joe's, Safeway all in 25 minute walking distance. - Clean Building: the grounds are always clean and the units themselves are very modern with high ceilings. The walls are thick and it's very quiet - perfect for sleep training a baby! - Beautiful park in front with a gated playground which is perfect for small children. Our one year old loves it there and there's a group of moms to hang out with. - Lots of amenities: Free Peets coffee, yoga classes and boot camp classes. There is also Zipcar in the garage which comes in handy. Cons: - The traffic in front gets a bit heavy because of the Bay Bridge. We are so sad to be moving (to a different city) and will miss everybody here but if we do move back to SF RIncon Green is our top choice. I have been living in Rincon Green since 2013 and it has really been great on so many levels. I lived in one of the bay facing studios for the first three years and then moved to a larger studio facing the garden and have been really happy in both. I work in tech and there are google and facebook shuttles leaving from 2 blocks away which makes it great. Caltrain is also a 20 min walk away or you can hop on one of those city bikes and ride the embarcadero, which is a really nice meditative way to start the day. Apartments are secure and quiet (thick walls) and the facility is clean. Gym is great if you want to work out here too. Reception is super friendly and there is free coffee until 10ish to get you started with the day. As with any review, I also want to give aspects that could use improvement but honestly I can't think of anything about Rincon Green itself. The neighborhood (since it's right by the bay bridge) can get a little trafficky and congested during evening rush hour 4-7pm but you can always hop on the muni rail from the Embarcadero to go to other parts of town. read more

I lived at Rincon Green for a little over a year and had to move due to personal reasons. Room: I lived in a studio apartment. Studio was modern and new with great sunlight. All modern appliances and can't beat having washer/dryer in unit. Common Areas: Rooftop deck was a plus. Great on a sunny nice day. Gym has everything you need and more. Staff: Joe at the front desk is great. Jairell and Luis always have a smile on their face and getting repairs done inside of your unit extremely fast. Overall, I have had a great experience here and if you are looking in the Embarcadero area, I found recommend Rincon Green. read more

Really enjoyed my two years here. The staff is very friendly and extremely attentive. They host after business hours events for the tenants and they're very engaging. Fantastic first home in SF! I can't say enough great things about Rincon Green; everything from the friendly staff to the cleanliness of the building made my first home in SF (after 11 years in NYC) a great one. To add, it's a modern-but-cozy building that has a great community atmosphere (they've hosted a few lobby parties, have folks come in to teach yoga and bootcamp at the gym, etc). I recently bought a home and (sadly) have to move after living in this lovely building for two years. The staff was incredibly kind about the early move. I haven't had any financial stress in this building - they barely increased my rent when I renewed. I'll miss this place! read more

The apartments are great and some even have a view but here's the sticky issue: these guys will raise your rent by a truckload by luring you in first. They'll act nice, compassionate, and sweet. Once they've got you, they'll increase your rent by 20-30% the following year in this non-rent controlled building. Rent is $2600/mo, parking is $300+/mo, renter's insurance is $50-150/mo. Get ready to lose all your money in a place you'll never own. If you're wondering why all the reviews below mine are nice, that's because the building *was* reasonably priced. I have been living here for almost two months now and could not be happier. The management team is kind, responsive, and (surprisingly) creates really nice opportunities for the residents to get together. You need to live here!! I have lived in Rincon Green for the past 3+ years, would give 100 stars if I could. Out of all the places I have lived, Rincon does pretty much everything right. Laila and her team are great, and super responsive. I wish all managed properties we run like Rincon Green (@ 333 Harrison) Pros (not in any particular order): 1. Top notch management team, everyone from Laila to the maintenance staff! 2. Super clean, do a great job keeping the common areas spotless 3. Timely maintenance, any issues with anything in your unit, its pretty much fixed the same day! 4. Handling packages (lockers in basement) 5. Front desk concierge, super nice! 6. Green space, no other rental in SF that is so close to the Bay Bridge has a green space for their residents to enjoy. 7. Rooftop access with grills (and a great view) 8. Garage parking 9. Gym + open yoga space 10. Amazing views of the bay bridge 11. Rent is reasonable considering the location and overall rent prices in SF. The other new buildings near by try to offer incentives, but rent is jacked up the next year. Plus all the amenities offered are pretty similar (gym, parking, etc...) Rincon is the only one w/ a green space) 12. Unit is up to date w/ modern / higher end appliance 13. Extra Storage Cons: - Honestly, none I recommend Rincon to all friends looking to move. read more

Lived here for 1 glorious year and was so sad to leave (moved to NY). I owe so much to several members of the leasing office for making my stay here so amazing. Now, what you're looking for: the pros and cons: PROS: - Super thick walls (can't hear your neighbors up/down/left/right). - Incredibly responsive and personable management team. Karl, Chante, Laila, Sarah, Tim, Matt, and Jerry are just some of the amazing people who you can go to for help. - Extremely convenient to the Financial District and pub trans if you need to go elsewhere. - Great gym (lots of machines and different types). - Zipcar right in the garage (tho a con is that they're almost always being used). - Free social events hosted by the complex (i.e., Holiday parties, ice cream socials, Breakfast To Go, etc.) CONS (Not Really): - Rent is not so damn high considering where you're living. It is not a rent controlled building so your rent will go up after the lease term (this should not be a surprise to anyone). BUT, the management team will work with you to help you find another unit within your budget. I know because before I realized I had to move to NY, I asked the management team and it felt like they stopped everything to make sure they could help me to stay. - There is construction going on nearby that was a bit annoying to deal with during the day. But hey, that's temporary! The nearby buildings were almost finished as of May 2014 so I'm sure that the construction issue will be moot by the time you're reading this. - Limited garage space + you have to pay extra for it. I originally was going to buy a car when I moved to SF, but I decided against it since I had to pay extra for parking. There was also a wait list at the time (not sure if there still is one). I've been at Rincon Green since May 2016, and had to leave recently due to work relocating me. I could not be happier with my experience during my stay at Rincon Green. From the start, the staff was nothing but helpful and excited to aid with my move in to get me all setup and comfortable. Anytime I needed something fixed or if I had any requests, the staff was on top of it and acted appropriately. If you are a huge Amazon user, you will LOVE the package concierge system that they have in place. You'll be promptly notified of any packages and they are all safely stowed in lockers. I have never had a single package go missing. The location of Rincon Green is perfect, as you're a quick lyft/uber ride away from literally anything in the city. My apartment itself was flawless, and I had a beautiful bridge view to wake up to everyday. I couldn't be happier with my experience here, and would recommend it to any of my family or friends. If I ever come back to SF, Rincon Green is my decided Bay Area Home. :) 5 starts without a doubt to Rincon Green and their exceptional service. I have lived in San Francisco for over 6 years and I have lived in about 7 different apartments. Rincon Green is my favorite place to live in this city. For starters the staff is exceptionally courteous. The staff also works 24/7 to help accommodate each individual. That alone would make it a top apartment in S.F. But there's more, they have the best gym I've seen out of all the apartments I've both lived in and visited. Everything in the gym is new top of the line equipment. The most beautiful part of the apartment is the rooftop. The rooftop has top of the line grills. Beautiful furniture to be able to sit and eat your meal. It also has a spectacular view of the city. My wife and I lived here for about a year since I got a job in the city. It was our third experience of living in an apartment complex in the bay area and by far Rincon Green was the best. The staff, concierge and security members are all super friendly and nice. The bridge view from the building at night is just stunning. In my opinion, the rent price is relatively better than other high-rises around the area. I'm pretty sure it's very hard to get this high-quality with great location under the price I was paying. We are moving out not because we no longer like the property but because we just purchased our first new home. We are sad to leave Rincon Green, but also excited to become homeowner! From the friendly faces and inviting atmosphere to the awe-inspiring finishing touches and amenities fit for a five-star resort, you will undoubtedly be pleased if you make the same decision I did to live here. Prior to moving in, the building's aesthetic appeal instantly caught my eye from the very first time I passed on by. From its unique architectural shape and colorful exterior to the zenlike landscaping and courtyard surroundings, I couldn't help but stare each time I strolled down to the nearby corner store for a cup of joe and jelly donut. Caught up in my own imagination of how glorious it would be to one day call Rincon Green "home," many a times I found myself snapping out of la la land to be faced with an onslaught of oncoming traffic in the busy thoroughfares of Harrison and Fremont. Well, last month - on move-in day - as I finally sauntered down the hallowed halls of "the Green" (as I fondly refer to it as), I pinched myself to make sure I was no longer dreaming and sighed aloud, "Ahhh yes...I've arrived." Since day one, I was impressed with the personal care, warm greetings and prompt service with a smile I, and noticeably everyone else, received from both the front office as well as maintenance and security staff. With each passing day, I've been cynically waiting for that initial thrill to wear off, but as each hour and minute keeps ticking by, it seemingly would appear that "the Green" is permanently etched on my sleeve. Okay I don't normally write reviews but this place deserves it! TLDR - It's AMAZING! Now for the why. This place has everything you want! I moved from Virginia and knew no one when I moved to San Francisco. Now, some of my closets friends are the people I met here! The entire leasing team is super friendly and genuinely want help you in anyway they can =). They also host super fun social events for everyone in the complex to meet each other (if you want). It makes the vibe here feel more like a community. The leasing team is definitely what made living here great but here are some other reasons too: - All new! Everything from the bathrooms to the kitchen and appliances, lighting. - ROOFTOP DECK! It has two grills, plenty of space and a hot tub. So after you bbq with friends and neighbors you can all chill and relax, which I loved taking advantage of. - 10 min Walk to the bart! Yay public transportation. Also walking down to the Embarcadero and walking to the ferry building is like 15 min. Farmer's market is on Saturdays, btw. - Super clean, and easy access garbage, recycling, and compost shoots - 24 hour gym, which has all new equipment and free weights. Super convenient when you want to workout at awkward hours. - Garage Parking! - I have a car and finding a place with parking is difficult, you have to pay extra, but I think every place in the city makes you pay extra. At least here you have automatic garage opener and security so no one breaks in. I love this place and you will too! read more

Rincon Green is by far one of the best places I've ever live. The amenities such as the gym, the rooftop deck, the hot tub were put to frequent use. The place is very clean and quiet. I never once had a complaint about my neighbors. For me the best part of the Rincon Green, was not only living there but the staff and the residence. I made life long friends during the year that I lived there. Sarah, is great! She's very kind, competent, and helpful. Her long time boyfriend is actually my business partner. We met during my stay there and decided to start a company together. Which has started to gain traction. Rincon Green is great for startup people like us. Vanessa another leasing agent there is one of the sweetest persons I've ever met. I sincerely can not say enough about how great Sarah and Vanessa are. My husband and I lived here for almost a year and we really liked it. pros: 2 zipcars in the garage, 2 bike rooms free of charge, great fitness room, good insulation (we never heard any neighbor), complimentary peets coffee in the morning and tea in the afternoons, hot water that comes out fast, brand new eco appliances. The maintenance guys are really nice and they solved my issues really fast. The building is always clean, altough the trash rooms need a little more attention, sometimes they were really dirty or smelly because of some not so clean or respectful neighbors. And the last but not least important thing is the leasing office, they are very kind and the building is very well administrated, Laila and Vennessa make sure of that. we left the aparment the same way we got it and our deposit was fully reimbursed, that tells you how straightforward they are and not trying to get money from you as other buildings do. the cons: the heater is noisy there's too much construction in the area going on.. there are some mice in the green area, but they are taking care of the problem the rise in the rent as all san francisco is experiencing, I would have liked to stay there but the money we needed to stay was a lot, it is a shame this is happening. read more

I lived in Rincon green for the last 3 years and have really enjoyed this place. It is a great community and the location of the building is just amazing. It is one of the best apartment complexes that I have lived in. There is a park right in front of the building in the middle of the city, how awesome. The maintenance team is really quick to resolve small issues that come up, usually the same day or the next. They provide yoga classes, gym classes for free on certain days of the week. I also like the fact that this building allows a quick 1 hour parking inside the building to allow unloading and loading. Rincon green also has immediate access to zipcars in their basement. The street parking in this area is also manageable and not as competitive as some of the other parts of the city, I almost always find a spot in five minutes of searching. The only reason I am having to move out of Rincon is to look for a place outside the city. I will greatly miss living in this building. read more

I have been living here since they opened up in early 2013. Management here is super friendly - they go above and beyond the needs of their tenants. They have lots of good amenities (large gym, rooftop lounge, bbq grills, jacuzzi, package lockers, dry-cleaning lockers, Zipcar) and the grounds are always kept clean. This apartment community is next to the Bay Bridge but you don't hear a single sound from your apartment, even if it's right in the back. The walls are insulated and I never hear a peep from my neighbors. Not a single thing I can complain about. Prior to RG, I was living at Avalon Mission Bay, who would hike up rent 15-20% even if you were a long-term tenant renewing. RG has more appreciation for their tenants who renew. Their hikes are significantly lower and I am happy to say that I am getting an awesome deal as a renewal tenant compared to current market prices. I had the best leasing experience w/ Sarah. She was awesome to work with & really looked out for me. Not only was she patient in answering my numerous (even some silly questions), but she was able to secure an unit to my liking. She was very reasurring throughout the whole process. Rincon green is lucky to have such an amazing employee. The unit is awesome, love the view, friendly front desk staff, & not to mention daily coffee/tea services. Compound is kept nice & clean. Since the complex is located near the financial district, there are not many options for groceries or restaurants. However, it is within walking distance to the pier & embacardero. It's definitely safer area compared to other complexes that I have seen. Also, great insulation within units, can't hear my neighbors up or down. read more

I've been living here for a couple of weeks now and find it awesome. There isn't much to complain about and never needed any external services. My daughter loves the mini-park inside the premises. I am an original tenant of Rincon Green. I leased my Executive Studio unit while the building was still under construction. I visited the leasing office (trailer) and picked my unit from a map with the help of then Manager Karl, Assistant Manager Ashley, and Leasing Agent Venessa; all three were very professional and friendly. I have the perfect unit because it has 50 extra square feet of living space and overlooks Rincon Park in the front of the building. I have enjoyed living at Rincon Green for the past two years despite all the construction in the surrounding area, but what part of SF is not under construction these days? I am moving because of a change in job to Southern California. Manager Laila is very timely with responding to my questions and concerns. After my business trips, it's good to return to Rincon Green and be greeted with friendly faces who know me and notice when I have been traveling for more than a week. The maintenance team does a great job of keeping things operating smoothly. My request for a burned out lightbulb was addressed within 24 hours. Perks include a resident portal where you can schedule maintenance requests and recurring rent payments - very convenient for frequent business travelers who may not always be in town during the 1st-5th of the month, in-unit washer/dryer, concierge/security guard 24-7, locked room for package deliveries, two zipcars in the garage, bike rooms, well-equipped fitness room, and great insulation between the units - I do not hear any of my neighbors on either side, above, and below. Rincon Green is conveniently located to the Folsom Muni stop and the Embarcadero. Good restaurants in walking distance include: Epic Roast House, Local Kitchen and Wine Bar, and all that the Ferry Building has to offer. Postmates, Instacart, Caviar, Eat24, and Safeway deliver to 333 Harrison Street. I've recently relocated to Rincon Green, and I am highly satisfied with my choice. (1) The leasing office members are highly professional, kind-hearted, sensitive to my requests for accommodation, and responsive to my inquiries (e.g., always addressing my questions within a couple of hours during office hours). (2) As for the amenities, one might describe them as relatively modest compared to those of the neighboring high-rise complexes. But the facilities at Rincon Green are still top-notch, modern, and very well-maintained--I have everything I would possibly need on a daily basis and some more. (3) As for the apartment itself, the price-value balance (that is, after accounting for the ridiculously inflated SF rental base) is really unbeatable among its peers in the area, given the space and layout of the unit. They maintain the equipment and flooring on a regular basis or upon request, and so far my maintenance requests have been heeded immediately. (4) The superb location (although the neighborhood is highly "residential," without the convenience of nearby restaurants and grocery shops--which I find ironic), personable and responsive staff, communal and friendly vibe, and the emerald park, among other things, all add up to making Rincon Green worthy of the high Yelp ratings it boasts. I have very recently joined the community, so much is still to be seen, but I am quite excited about my stay here =) read more

We have moves into this APT 3 years back, and call this our home in the city. Nothing can beat the location, and the amenities in the building. We are moving out of the city for a new job and hence moving out of this awesome place we call home :( Great place to bring friends, nice community and offers to the community members. The staff is really helpful and get stuff taken care in less tan couple hours. Special thanks to the leasing team (Venessa and Laila), maintenance team, 24/7 packing and concierge team.. Some of our fav activity in the building, Free Yoga classes, Free Peets Coffee every day, monthly free breakfast, onsite zipcar, laundry, omini, and delivery services. Best of all is the jacuzzi, and BBQ area on on the top floor, we had endless parties and memories in this building. There is a community area to work from and vending machines, and a park for you kids to play as well. We will be missing Rincon Green, and many friends in the building. read more

I'm sadly moving out of my fabulous Rincon Green studio to live with my partner, but I wanted to write a review to show my gratitude for the team here, and for the amazing building they maintain. The apartment: I loooooooooved my studio. Though it wasn't large, it had sweeping bay bridge views, full hardwood floors, brand new appliances and granite (!!!) countertops. As the daughter of an architect, I have pretty high standards when it comes to modern interiors; after checking out some of the neighboring buildings, most of which were far more expensive and had units that were not nearly as nice, Rincon Green was by far the best bang for my buck. Also, THE WALLS ARE INCREDIBLY THICK. Seriously, it took me half a year to realize that I even had next door neighbors, and it was only because I saw them leave their apartment. And despite facing the Bay Bridge, sound stays out due to double-paned windows. Fellow light sleepers will certainly appreciate this. And though this won't matter to anyone but the most paranoid, I have a serious earthquake phobia and did a ton of research on this particular block, building, and the surrounding buildings and bridge to ensure everything was seismically sound before agreeing to live here -- you can rest assured that Rincon Hill is one of the safest places to be in SF when the big one hits. The people: When you walk into the building, there are usually multiple people at the front desk just standing around talking to Joe, the night concierge, because he's awesome and we all love chatting with him. Most of the other residents I know in the building I know through these conversations, and it definitely lends itself to a sense of community. Cam, the daytime concierge, is also fantastic and friendly, though I don't see him as often due to my schedule. Emyli, Venessa, and the ladies of the leasing office are also absolutely lovely and were always completely honest with me about the building and the lease without trying to force me into signing -- I can tell that they actually care about their residents and about making us happy. Even though Rincon Green is technically run by a corporation, the leasing team were able to be flexible and accommodating when I needed them to be -- which is something I'd never expect from a corporate-owned building.They even planned resident events every month or two, although I wasn't able to make it to any unfortunately. And while I haven't gotten to properly meet most of the maintenance team, it's nice to still always be greeted with a smile whenever we cross paths in the hallway. The amenities: Do you love hilarious collages? Check out the walls of the gym. And the rooftop hot tub sure ain't something to sneeze at -- I've spent a few nights up there and it's never too crowded. And though I may only be the only woman in SF who isn't a yogi, I do think the free yoga classes are a pretty sweet perk for many people in this area. read more

I have lived in a couple of different places here in San Francisco, but this place has beat them all by a lot. I've lived here almost two years and have thoroughly enjoyed living here. The front desk staff is always helpful, going above what you normally experience with a concierge desk. In addition, the maintenance crew is top notch, always quick to resolve any issues that I may have such as light bulb out and can't reach it or figuring out why my outside patio light isn't working. The team is trustworthy and reliable, always looking out for the residents. The building is safe and living by myself, I've always felt like I don't have to worry about sketchy people wandering in. If you don't belong to a gym, the gym in the building is brand new and well-appointed with the latest equipment including a pilates reformer. The location is ideal for people who work downtown and easy transportation options to all parts of the city with caltrain just up the street. don't forget about the hot tub on the rooftop deck with lounge chairs!! Overall, I loved my year at Rincon Green. The building is beautiful, green, and clean. The gym was pretty sweet and I only ever had to wait for a treadmill once. I didn't ever use the rooftop so I can't say much about that. Now that I have moved out (I left SF for personal reasons), I have to say the best features of the building are the thick concrete walls and the constant fresh air pumped into each unit. I NEVER heard my neighbors - there was a guy who practiced electric guitar and the only time I ever heard him was when I was out in the common hallway, walking to the elevator or trash room. Also, I initially thought the whole fresh air filtration thing was silly. It wasn't until I moved out that I realized how nice it is to have fresh air constantly flowing throughout. The management was always super nice and responsive to my e-mails. They really seemed like they enjoyed working there and wanted to be helpful to residents. They held monthly events (e.g., breakfast to go, mimosas and cookies, etc.) which was nice. There was also free coffee and tea in the lobby at all times. One thing that sucked was the bridge traffic during game days or when there were conferences in town. On one of the Dream Force days, I had to go to the airport to catch a flight. I normally leave my apartment two hours ahead of time and this time I didn't realize that the conference was going on. My UberX took an hour and a half to go seven blocks to Rincon Green and then another 45 minutes to get to the airport. Granted, I should have planned ahead but if you're thinking about living here, just know that the traffic can be bad. It was not unusual for my husband to take almost an hour to drive from Market & Fremont to the parking garage on game nights. Another thing was that in one year, the fire alarm went off at least seven times (maybe more when I wasn't home?). It happened at different times of day and a couple times it was because the fire alarm system was broken. I assume management has fixed that problem. Other times it was because people burned food they were cooking and opened their apartment door to let the smoke out into the common hallway. We were explicitly warned by management not to do this when we first moved in (which we thought was a weird warning at the time). So the bottom line is, I would choose to live in Rincon Green again if I was still in SF. Sure, the rents are high but they are high everywhere in the city, especially in SOMA. read more

When I told my friends I lived near bay bridge, they all think it must be very expensive. But actually it has the lowest price among all the apts in this area, without sacrificing the living quality, community service and etc. So if you want to find an apt in this area, I'd like to recommend Rincon Green. The best thing I love here is the extra space: 'study room', which is not another full room, but has all the functions of another room. It means you only need to pay for 1 b1b's price, while enjoying all the functionality of 2b1b. The staff members of Rincon Green are very nice! They prepare coffee in the first floor everyday, they have warmable tips in the elevator, they arrange different activities often and they send you beautiful card on your birthday. This is a great place to live. We lived here for about 1 year, and the only reason we left was because after 6+ months quarantining during the pandemic, we felt that a change of scenery would be good for us. The best thing about this place is the management and customer service. You can't see this on a website or in pictures, and it can be a bit of a wildcard when choosing a home, so I just want to emphasize how great the people who work there are. Every single person who works there is friendly and quick to respond to any concerns. I once had a very minor leak in a washing machine (that leaked into a drip tray), and they came to clean it that day and had a new machine installed a few days later. This is just one example, and I could list many more. It also has a great gym with free classes, and a great rooftop area with barbecues that are never crowded. Great location too, making it easy to walk to local restaurants or just down to the Embarcadero. read more

We are three months in our lease with only positives. Great community with a lot of great activities for tenants and yes, it's as green as the name suggests. Love the fully equipped gym (although I hope there is a real bench and barbells). Hats off to Venessa, Allison, Joe, Cam and all the maintenance crew for proactively keeping this community as great as it is! read more

I've lived here for almost two years and this is absolutely the BEST renting experience ever! The location is unbeatable. A few minutes walk to FD, Downtown, Ferry Building, Waterfront, Bart/Muni etc. The apartment is well maintained and has awesome amenities (large gym, rooftop BBQ, jacuzzi, laundry locker, package locker, Zipcar). The beautiful park in the front is absolutely refreshing. SF is not cheap. But Rincon Green has attractive price compared to peers with same quality and standard. And most importantly, even Rincon Green is not under rent control (I think), they only increase your rent by a reasonably small amount when you renew your lease. This is much better than many other apartments who increase the rent by 40% (what happened to my friends). So my experience was I got to renew the unit at a price lower than the market price. The leasing office is super! They are passionate, helpful, and so nice. They made the leasing process and renewing process pretty easy. The maintenance team is awesome. Whatever is broken, you just simply fill in a form online and it will get fixed within 24 hours! Even with tons of constructions going on nearby, the noise level is very low , especially if you get a odd number unit which faces the yard. And the good news is most of the construction will be done by spring 2016. read more
