I started going to Rio Chiropractic in November for shoulder and neck pain from working at a computer everyday. Dr Rio put together a treatment plan for me. I mentioned that I was having severe TMJ pain on the left side of my jaw, so she offered to try a treatment too on that as well. I'm thrilled to say that my neck and shoulders are doing so much better! And my jaw! That wasn't my main reason for going to her, but with her suggestion of a treatment for it, and continuing to treat it, after several months of pain, I'm am so happy to be able to eat without severe pain. I had an accident before and went to the chiropractor around the area but because of the poor service of the other clinic, i did not pursue going to my treatments. Thought I would have to live with extreme shoulder and neck pain, on the computer for most of my day at work and takes its toll on my neck and shoulders; all but disappeared after frequent treatments. Very important to keep on track, when I have missed days from being out of town, etc. I do notice a difference. At first I was considering setting up an appoint to have my wife meet with one of the Orthopedists I worked with but decided after tons of research to give a Chiropractor a try. I have to agree with my fellow Yelpers. Dr. Rio and her staff are SPECTACULAR. Super kind staff and very understanding physician. I set up the appoint for my wife and was impressed and she is looking forward to her future adjustments. In addition we are looking into getting our baby daughter adjusted if appropriate and I am considering having myself adjusted as well. I live a somewhat active lifestyle and have luckily never experienced any major injuries resulting in back or neck pain. Sitting in front of a computer all day at work sometimes causes some minor back ache, so I decided to visit a chiropractor for an adjustment. I did some research and watched tons of Youtube videos on chiropractic adjustments to get a better idea of what I was getting myself into. Dr. Rio was recommended by my family and I decided to setup an appointment for a check-up. I will be 40 years old in a few weeks, and figured now is a good a time to really start focusing on my health. - Dr. Rio was extremely professional with a great bedside manner. She was patient and took the time to answer all of my questions. - The office staff was very organized, courteous and pleasant to work with. - Office and rooms were nice, clean, and modern with a very comfortable atmosphere. - Wait time was minimal. I made sure to set up appointments for my visits and did not experience any major delays or having to wait. - Adjustment: Dr. Rio is an expert and adjusted my back and neck without causing me any pain. It was quick, easy, and over before I knew it. - Dr. Rio and her staff took the time to explain the entire process, from the science behind chiropractic medicine, to identifying my individual treatment regime, best methods for moving forward and their different pricing packages. I did not feel pressured to purchase products or services that I did not want or need. - The office building was easy to find, with a large sign very visible from the street. - I was able to take advantage of a new patient discount for my initial check-up and then decided to pay for three adjustments in advance. I did not use my medical insurance and paid for everything out-of-pocket. The prices are extremely reasonable and my New Year's resolution is to get an adjustment every month! Lots of parking good with schedules get you seen quick staff specially Dr are super friendly place is clean they have x ray machine which is a plus they have massage therapy but its not the greatest only about 15minute a session fully clothed also the therapy consist of 15 minute electro pads in the targeted area in the same room with other patients you can't help it to feel a little awkward overall you will have a good experience read more

I was referred to Rio Chiropractic by a coworker who is a patient of theirs. At the time of my referral I was recovering from a sports injury that had kept me from playing for a few months. Love this place! I believe in Chiropractic and when my daughter and I were in a car accident, we came here for treatment because it was close to home. It has been a pleasant and healing experience. I love that everyone in the office has a positive energy. Daisy and Cynthia are very friendly and easy to talk to. Dr. Rio takes time with you. She is always very attentive to your concerns and a very kind and thorough Doctor. I feel like they treat us like family because they really care and it shows. I never feel rushed. I get an adjustment and tens therapy. They are very accommodating which is so helpful to be seen when hurting and you don't have an appointment. They also offer massage, but I haven't had one yet. My boyfriend and I travel for work, we can't be sure how long we will be in one place so it's difficult sometimes to find a good chiropractor. After having x-rays done it was clear that my boyfriend needed long term chiropractor's care. We sat down to discuss our options with Rio Chiropractic. They first of all were much more concerned with money than care, and tried to talk us into buying a huge package. We were told we could get a refund if we couldn't use all the visits, but then were told they don't refund the discount, so if we didn't use all the visits we wouldn't really get anything back. After explaining why that didn't work for us they continued to insist that we buy a package. We didn't, and I'm glad we didn't because they called the other day to let us know they would be closed five days a week for the rest of the year and wouldn't be there at all for the first two weeks next year. If we had purchased a package we wouldn't have been able to use it and would have been screwed. The staff was rude and unconcerned. The therapy that is charged extra was a girl who put stickers on my boyfriend's back and pushed a button to turn on the electronic stimulation. She didn't talk to him, she didn't massage or touch him at all except to apply and remove the stickers. They charged extra for that and insisted on how important it is. Another thing was that they told us they would bill the insurance for as much money as they could, even more than the cost of the visit and if they got extra money they would discount our co-pay. I really felt that this office was shifty, and unprofessional. I have been to many Chiropractors, because we travel for work, and I have never been so disappointed in a service provider. We didn't go back and I don't recommend this office to anyone. read more

Dr Rio is a great chiropractor. I needed adjustments for neck tightness from stress from work and the treatment worked great. I came in for a couple of adjustments. No waiting time and everyone is nice. I received a massage from a massage therapist before the adjustments. Everything is A1 now. I'm so happy I came to this office ,as a busy college student my time is very important and I hate going to the doctor!!! After hurting my self in a soccer game I went to see Dr. Rio and the office was so nice. The girls offered me water, coffee and even had donuts for their patients by the coffee buffet in the hall. I was in too much pain but the offer was nice. As soon as I filled out my paper work I was taken back right away. Dr. Rio was so nice and I really felt like she actually cared about how I was feeling. After three adjustments my sharp pain in my low back was gone!
