For those of you who are not familiar with the meats (carnitas, tripas, lengua, barbacoa, and so on), they will make anything with a shredded chicken filling, similar to a tinga. I've had the tacos, tortas, soups, and tamales, and I would recommend them all. It's so nice to have solid Mexican food here that isn't smothered in cheap, cheesy glop. I've yet to try the desserts, but I'll edit and report back when I do. While you're eating, you can enjoy an agua fresca, Mexican soda, or a cold cerveza. In short, if you're expecting bottomless chips served with mild salsa, check that desire at the door of this bright hole-in-the-wall.
