In fact, the 5-8 staff members who walked by us including the manager in the pink shirt never acknowledged us at all. No "Hello," no "Welcome in," nothing. Not exactly the example I'd expect a manager to set. We ordered two mini yogurts with lids, two sides of Heath topping, and a couple of other items. When our order was placed on the counter, neither yogurt had a lid, and none of the toppings were included. The employee walked away, and we had to wait for her to return so we could ask for the toppings and lids. When she finally came back, she handed us the toppings with what felt like a passive-aggressive attitude. One container was full, while the other was only about a quarter full and tossed into a bag. When I asked for the lids, she smirked and said, "They're in the bag." Maybe they were, but it would have taken very little effort to either finish the order properly by putting the lids on the yogurts or simply hand them to me when I asked. Unfortunately, the lack of customer service and attention to detail made for a disappointing experience.
