I took my 4 year old and my 13 year old and it was a perfect little outing for them! They definitely were not disappointed!

It looks like they are mid-renovation. Much of the interior is either outdated or under construction. On the ground level there are a couple kiosks to purchase your ticket and a ticket taker employee before you get on the long and steep escalator. At the top of the escalator you have a hallway of theaters. There is a concessions area, but I had to ask an attendant at the top of the escalator where the concessions was. It was located on the other side of the wall (of the hallway). The concessions is fairly small in size, but they offer most all of the typical Regal treats The staff were helpful and professional. And it's not a bad movie going experience. I think I was just put off by the construction and the confusing layout. There wasn't a usable escalator to get back to ground level and I had to use an elevator (I only saw one), and this felt like a fire hazard, but there must have been stairs somewhere Some tips: Join regal rewards to earn points with every purchase. I am also a huge advocate of the Regal Unlimited Pass. If you're a frequent movie-goer like I am you can see virtually unlimited movies and you get a discount on concessions Cheers!

I am not the biggest fan of their recliners though, as your feet don't lay flat and are instead a little bent. A little uncomfortable for me, but I'm sure other people love it.

Swiftly declining in cleanliness…read more This has never been the cleanest of theaters, but in the last several months it's been absolutely abysmal. The buttons on the theater chairs are slick with popcorn butter, there's frequently water pooling outside of the main lobby bathrooms and up the carpet to the ticket check, and the bathrooms themselves are literal biohazards with several stalls unable to be used due to the severity of the 'disasters.' These, amongst other things, are not one offs or occasional occurrences; the dirty theaters and bathrooms have been a consistent recurrence every time I've visited to watch a film recently. This last visit was the worst it's been and I left feeling horrified and disgusted as the place was so unsanitary. I've been going here for a while now as the $5 Tuesdays are admittedly an absolute steal, but I can't say how much longer I'll continue to see movies here if at all. This theater could benefit greatly from a dedicated cleaning crew.

Located right in the heart of downtown San Antonio, close to all of the great tourist attractions and the Riverwalk, you'll find a whole host of big chain stores, and also the school theatre (voice dictation again... I meant to say "this cool theatre") which shows all kinds of stuff, including tourist type stuff. It's pretty run down and has been here forever, and it seems like it needs renovating in some ways more than others. But overall it's a really cool addition to downtown, and if you're not looking for something brand-new shiny-smelling-good and state-of-the-art then you'll be fine here.

FIVE for the Yelp Elite screening of WAKANDA FOREVER!! Well done and THANK YOU! What a lovely tribute this film was to the actor and late Chadwick Boseman who passed from colon cancer at the too young age of 44. This film made me cry. It was great and yeah, there were ton 'o graphics, animations, etc but folks it's a MARVEL COMICS film so back off. I SHOULD have taken a photo of all the overflowing trash post movie. Hey IMAX folks, when you have a filled theater, make preparations for more receptacles and make your workers lives easier as well. That is all.

I wanted to do this pretty badly...but alas it was all locked up and looked pretty desolate. I wonder if it is ever open, or if someone would buy it, or if there are plans to do this at some point in the near future because it is a neat place. I see no other reviews for this place, so I am just curious. Interesting note- there was a stature of venus on what looked like a stack of pancakes inside. I love old places like this. I hope it gets preserved.
