This was a fun bar to watch live music. Lots of space, big windows letting in the cool breeze, and of course people watching. If you are getting a table along the bar be sure to hold your table while ordering from the bar, folks will steal it up for a place to sit. The food came out quickly. I was expecting the ribs to be a bit bigger/meatier since it advertised RIBs outside but the dry rub flavor was good and I liked the Bbq sauce. Not too much vinegar! The sausage was excellent.

Went on a Saturday night around 8pm. The 2nd floor was a great vibe. A little less quiet than the main floor. The Hog Platter was amazing! Plenty of food for a few! The service was great! Definitely would go again!

I've walked by this place many times over the years but never stopped in... until this recent visit when a co-worker wanted BBQ and we were on Lower Broadway. They were rather busy when we got there on a weeknight around dinnertime. We found a table for 4 upstairs and about 5 mins after sitting down, the bartender waited on us. He was busy being bartender and as such, service was a little slow throughout the stay. The menu is loarge with many options. I was in the mood for nachos and got their Southern BBA Nachoes. They were decent, lots of peppers, which was nice, but slightly on the bland side when it came to the smokiness and flavor of the pork. A co-worker got a platter which came with their sausage and he shared that... this sausage was AMAZING! Smokey and sweet - packed with flavor. I wish they would dice that sausage up and put it on the bland nachos I got! The venue is the typical dirty, dingey place that many are on Lower Broadway... the music was horrible upstairs when we visited as it was a band that had a terrible single and played out of tune. Overall, it's what you expect in a touristy, non-original place.

Live bands, multiple floors, good food and a party atmosphere. BBQ Nachos - savory, salty and sweet. 4/5 Catfish Sandwich- large piece of perfectly seasoned fish on a hoagie roll. 5/5 Great spot to eat, drink, listen to music and have a great time. Highly recommend a visit

I had an opportunity to stop by on a recent trip to Nashville and after walking Broadway for a while, it was the sounds of the band that drew me in. I sat at the bar and Ordered a PBR and a two meat platter (sausage & ribs with a side dish of greens and another of Mac and cheese) and came away a happy boy. I do love traditional BBQ and this place does not disappoint. Overall: Good food, great service and awesome music. I'll be back!

We just happened into to this bar & grill. The live music was a bonus. Drinks were outstanding and the service here was phenomenal.

Great time all around! The service was excellent and the atmosphere was a lot of fun--live music and everyone just seemed happy to be there. I got the grilled chicken wrap and really enjoyed how it was cooked--great flavor, and the ranch was the perfect finishing touch. I had a side of mac and cheese that gave total nostalgic vibes. Our group also shared the tenders (really well done) and the pulled pork sandwich, which was delicious! The only miss was the coleslaw--wasn't a hit. But the potato salad had great flavor.

Good food Good music Loads of fun! GET THE POTATO SALAD! When I tell you somebody's mama put their foot in it. Yeah! They did that. Food was so good. We had it for lunch during a bachelorette party. Shortly after we came in and got our food the band started playing. The music selection was amazing and baby girl could sang! As well as the guys that was her band mate. He was a powerhouse as well! Did I mention the potato salad? I was concerned but it was spot on and a little sweet! Yum! A must try if you ask me! Also our server was great! I forgot his name but he was super welcoming and accommodating. He hooked us up with a basket of fresh pickles. lol we had options! Spears and chips! Such a great time!

Our first go at anything along Broadway in Nashville. Very mediocre BBQ and mediocre music performance by some passionate musicians. Just comparing the stages and performances of other performers, this fell quite far behind. Service was a bit slow upon our arrival, so I got up to ask two chatting cocktail servers about how to order. Instead of saying, "I'll send a server right over", they both said, "Oh, someone will be with you shortly". So I went back to my stool and waited another 3 minutes. Needless to say, we were treated much better at the several other bars we visited that evening. CritDicks We finished our food and moved on down the street.

As we walked up and down broadway, we had our eye on this place for ribs and bbq! We stopped at almost every honky tonk and this was our last stop! Did we save the best for last?? Hmmm, but it was sure up there for music and food! Great service, friendly smiles. We had a "rip" roaring good time, despite the odors wafting around us. I will say, it was pretty smelly, I guess between the poor sewage, the tourists b.o., weed and the copious amounts of spilled PBR - phew!! But thankfully, I guess, we sat by a window! We had the bbq sandwiches, cole slaw, corn muffins... yeah! Bring it on!! The pulled pork bbq was perfect with the tangy slaw! Slap your mama good!!

Our waitress was amazing. We weren't fond of the fried pickles but everything else we ordered was delicious! The portions were huge without breaking the bank. We sat on the second floor and loved it. Will definitely be back!

But if you're looking for an authentic, old-school Nashville music experience, this IS the place! It's crowded. It's hot. Personal space does not exist. Claustrophobics should plan accordingly. The night we were there, they had a bluegrass jam going, and it was fantastic. Close your eyes and you could imagine yourself sitting in some West Virginia holler listening to a bunch of incredibly talented musicians just playing because they love to play. It was uncomfortable, crowded, hot, completely authentic--and I enjoyed every minute of it. The Station Inn is Nashville the way you hope Nashville still exists.

Once inside, people make a mad dash to claim their seats, and they squeeze in as tight as they can. Popcorn, Jack's-like pizza served on paper plates and buckets of beer are available, and the line is long. The music here IS phenomenal, without a doubt. That alone is worth the visit, but be prepared to wait in line and feel like a sardine stuffed in a tin. Not for the claustrophobic,

However, a voice came from the bar area with directions. We chose to to the flight. The choices were selected with a little help from the bar. They came out pretty quickly. The tasting started and it out of 5, only one did not have a nasty and strong hoppy/bitter after taste. The select were Passion fruit, Hippies and Cowboy, Southern Wit, Urban Hiker, and Wildwood. As we spent our time no one seem to as if we needed anything or if our selection were ok. We got some "why are you in here type" looks. I was not impressed by this brewery. The customer service and my sensing of being not welcome was high. Note we were the only patrons. I would not return.

We absolutely loved hearing the people behind the music in such an intimate venue. There is ample room in the theater for seating and dining. The food was very reasonably priced and good quality. The doors to the venue open 30 minutes before the show, but the lobby area opens earlier. We were there in plenty of time, but thought our digital tickets would get us in.
