They also offer free seafood consume, which taste great on the fish taco, as a tortilla chip dip, or just on its own to sip on (although a bit on the salty side). This is a food truck, so there are limited amenities. They do have a couple of tables under a canopy where you can stand and eat if you wish, otherwise, you can take your food to go. It came with one of those delicious sausage patties, but also a terrific slice of brisket and a side of homemade sausage gravy. This in combination with a perfectly prepared handsome slice of brisket and that sausage patty; well you get great levels of flavors and textures. By the way, the gravy comes on the side, so you have the option to pour it onto the sandwich or dine on with a spoon out a container.
