After talking to some of the locals they said this place is very shady! And owner. Even my neighbors told me to stay away from this place . I took my Mercedes in for just minor service, oil and filter, inspection, etc. The very next day drove home and oil was everywhere, see photos attached. I was obviously pissed and called them and had it towed back. Caleb was calm and let me know he would take care of it. They put it on the lift, located the problem, fixed it, and cleaned up the mess in and around the engine. It was a brand new O-Ring installed on the oil filter that failed. It was one of the rare "shit happens" incidents. He even gave me some oil sand to take home to use to clean up my garage. My trust has been reestablished with an auto service shop. I will be going back!

Repair shops in the area were 3-4 weeks out, so while searching Google Maps, I noticed that Jiffy Lube changes all types of fluids, including differential oil. I called them, no appointment was needed, and we drove it to their shop, where we met Chuck and his coworkers. They were knowledgeable and friendly, replaced the differential oil and even replaced our turn signal light that had stopped working on the road for just a few dollars and a minute more. And we didn't even have to get out of the RV! Fortunately, that's all it needed and we were able to continue with our vacation worry-free and without spending a fortune. Thanks, Chuck & friends.
