On our most recent visit, we had a check engine light came on, and a local automotive retailer ran the code as a purge valve issue. Here Bruce's ran a pressure test, and it came back negative. I took my Mercedes in for just minor service, oil and filter, inspection, etc. The very next day drove home and oil was everywhere, see photos attached. I was obviously pissed and called them and had it towed back. Caleb was calm and let me know he would take care of it. They put it on the lift, located the problem, fixed it, and cleaned up the mess in and around the engine. It was a brand new O-Ring installed on the oil filter that failed. It was one of the rare "shit happens" incidents. He even gave me some oil sand to take home to use to clean up my garage. My trust has been reestablished with an auto service shop. I will be going back!
