Made me feel at ease knowing the kid's will be at the right care. The cleaning was thorough but gentle, and they checked in a couple times to make sure the kid's was comfortable. The office itself was very clean, kid friendly, and organized, which we appreciated. Overall it just felt like they genuinely cared about their patients, not like we was being rushed through an appointment. Definitely glad I found this place and sister Portia from our LDS church recommended. We'll be coming back for any future visits. Our must have dentist in the valley. They requested that I email the updated insurance information which I did. The following morning my daughters showed up for their scheduled appointment and were told their appointment had been cancelled because Blu Oasis didn't have their insurance information. The staff member told my daughters that a voicemail message had been left advising of this. This was a complete lie. No voicemail message had been left and Blu Oasis had received the insurance information via email. I called to ask why they cancelled the appointment and they couldn't bother to answer the phone or return my voicemail message. I scheduled with another dental practice in La Quinta and would suggest you do the same. Blu Oasis is rude, unprofessional, doesn't tell the truth and has no consideration for their patients' time. All they had to do was ask my daughters for their insurance cards when they arrived but they turned them away and lied about notifying about the appointment cancellation. Stay clear of this place!! After moving to the U.S., I experienced serious bone loss and ongoing dental problems. I've seen many dentists across the country, and most of them focused on temporary fixes--adjusting, extracting, or patching things up without addressing the root cause. Dr. Daneshvar was the first to really look deeper. She explained that the foundation--my gums and bone--needed to be treated first. She walked me through multiple options, took the time to educate me, and approached my case with a level of honesty and expertise I hadn't experienced before. Her office is equipped with advanced, top-of-the-line technology, and you can immediately tell you're receiving high-quality, modern care. Recently, I went in with severe tooth pain. My Son has been unable to get his wisdom teeth removed, due to this offices inability to keep a basic schedule. On two separate occasions, after checking in 15 minutes prior to our 2PM appointment, we were left WAITING in their waiting room in excess of 2.5 HOURS! This happened on our initial appointment and again on our re-scheduled appointment! It appears to be this offices standard operating procedure to schedule two appointment times for everyone, some at 8AM and some at 2PM. In this way, they always have a full waiting room ALL THE TIME. They create a corral of patients, and make them wait for extended periods of time, without concern. Wait, Leave or Reschedule, the choice is yours. They are not keeping a standard schedule, with appointments throughout the day, every 15 minutes. If they are, they are very BAD at keeping appointment times, within a reasonable wait time. This will be our THIRD ATTEMPT to obtain services, as there are NO OTHER Dental Surgeons in our area, that remove wisdom teeth. Town & Country Dental need to be corrected and taught how to respect the patient's time. FIND ANOTHER PROVIDER, if you can.

This dental office had one receptionist where I observed seven people waiting in line. When I went for just a cleaning, they tried to upsell other dental services before I could leave.
