She treats you like family, not just another appointment, and that's incredibly rare to find. I've had a long and complicated dental history, including over 11 years of orthodontic treatment. After moving to the U.S., I experienced serious bone loss and ongoing dental problems. I've seen many dentists across the country, and most of them focused on temporary fixes--adjusting, extracting, or patching things up without addressing the root cause. Dr. Daneshvar was the first to really look deeper. She explained that the foundation--my gums and bone--needed to be treated first. She walked me through multiple options, took the time to educate me, and approached my case with a level of honesty and expertise I hadn't experienced before. Her office is equipped with advanced, top-of-the-line technology, and you can immediately tell you're receiving high-quality, modern care. Recently, I went in with severe tooth pain. I had the worst experience ever Dr. Davenshire did two different crowns on my front teeth. The first one was beautiful and I went back to do the other side because the veneer fell off and she said I needed a crown. Well there was a divot in the crown and I told her about it and she said that's natural and it is more than perfect. Well I know my mouth and my teeth and I know how things feel. I also had a night guard made and another feeling three times with the night guard and it didn't stay in my mouth properly so I brought that back also to be corrected as well as ask about a feeling that I had to put in Over a crown that had a root canal and instead of like the other teeth, it being the matching color, it was dark gray so not only that I was charged $300 more than the first crown that I had on the front and it was only two months apart [[HIGHLIGHT]]to have someone discount what I felt as I had a second opinion done also and saying that it wasn't her work that she didn't do it on top of that and that I should go to another Dentist which I agree[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] but after paying the full amount in cash, it came to almost $1800 And to not have my needs met was very disillusioning [[HIGHLIGHT]]not only that her arrogant attitude was also insulting[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. I had crowns, a filling and night guard made, the crown had a idivot and it's on the front tooth in the past I had work done there and it was beautiful when I came back to tell her after I had a second opinion, I was told no the other one is bad and this one is natural And we are just not the right for you, never mind. I like the new Dr but she seems to upsell a lot. My son was seen in January, she informed me he had 6 cavities. We have since switched dentists, the new office did an exam and stated his teeth were "awesome" and he has no cavities. I'm not sure how there is such a discrepancy in treatment recommendations in a timeframe of less than two months. read more

I felt kind of pressured to go to a specialist outside of her office even though I have lived with what she was questioning for many years with no problems. What can I say? Outstanding is what! Night and day above some other dental offices we visited recently here in the desert. We worked with a wonderful customer service representative, Vanessa, who has been totally fantastic as is everyone we encountered or who has worked with us here. They take the time to understand what is needed, they are honest and upfront about the costs involved and IMO have gone above and beyond in meeting all expectations. Working with the staff here to get my elderly father a new set of dentures has been a pleasure. The staff has made the process easy to understand and have guided us through every step of the way. The costs are fair and included all the pre and follow up appointments. I really can not say enough about how great working with this place has been. Thank you! WELL...NO STARS is what I would give this Dental Group. Outright deceitful practices regarding what and what is not covered under your insurance plan. I asked more than once and to both the dentist and the front desk person, if my bi-annual REGULAR cleaning was covered by my plan. They both said yes. Upon my first visit I was not able to proceed with a cleaning. Why?? Who knows. I was told that they didn't do cleanings on the first visit. Who ever heard of this practice? First visits are usually routine exams with x-rays, oral test for cancer followed by a routine cleaning. Upon returning for my cleaning, I again was told that the routine cleaning was covered by my insurance. The dentist proceeded with the cleaning. WELL, I eventually received a bill from them detailing that I was given a deep cleaning and THAT was not covered by the insurance. THIS IS NOT THE SERVICE I requested, was not the service I was told was covered , nor was I told that I was receiving a deep cleaning procedure at the time and it would be an out of pocket expense. I have impeccable oral hygiene, have NEVER in all my 60+ years been told I needed a deep cleaning and I've never even had a cavity !!!! STAY AWAY form this dental group. Not only was the Dentist (Dr. Nadi), but also the office staff and hygienist (Karen), professional, friendly, caring and helpful. The office and exam rooms were cheerful, very clean and inviting. First Dentist I have been to that didn't try to 'soft sell' you; only recommended what was absolutely necessary. The worst experience I've ever had in my life. DO NOT GO HERE!!!! 1. The receptionist/clerk is rude and clearly not qualified to do her job. She called to verify my insurance and acted like it was the hardest thing in the world to do. Clearly it was because she wrote in my file that I had a $5 office visit copay when clear as day on my insurance card (which she used to verify my insurance stated "office visit $0 co pay"). Makes you wonder what they are doing with that money...?? This isn't the worst of things... 2. When I made my appointment the week prior (clearly with the same receptionist) I made my appointment for my bi-yearly routine CLEANING. When I arrived I was not properly greeted, waited over 45 min past my scheduled appointment time, (And I waited patiently) just to get in the room for them do X-rays, a 1 min check in with the dentist and THATS IT! After the dentist walks out the head clerk (I'm assuming.. She was in the room while the dentist did his 1 min check up) ask me to come to her office to schedule my next appointment. Im like WHAT in my head! I asked her; when am I getting my cleaning? She tells me that they do not do cleaning for 1st time clients!!! WHAT KIND OF .... IS THIS???! I have never in my life heard of such retarded rule. She presumes to tell me that they always tell 1st time clients that rule to insinuate I was told the rule and ignored it. Then she charges me $5 for my office visit. What a FRUAD! As I mentioned before the copay on my card says $0. I will be contacting my insurance company and taking whatever action is necessary in order for them to be fined for falsifying documentation. Who in their right mind would take time off of work and their busy day to go to the dentist just to get X-rays??? Horrible establishment! read more

The whole group at Parc Center Dental from Dr. Nadi, the receptionist, bookkeeper, hygienist are awesome! I've never felt pressured to have unnecessary work done. Other times I've gone in for a tooth I was concerned about, Dr. Nadi checked it out and said he'd be right back and when he returned to the exam room he asked if I had time right then to fill the cavity, Yessss! I had been seeing a different dentist in the Coachella Valley who said I needed all my teeth pulled and dentures. I didn't like that option and decided to get a 2nd opinion. That's when I saw Dr. Nadi who said I just a lot of dental work; no dentures in my future- yet. You won't be sorry if you go to Park Center Dental Group. Beware of all charges. Question every charge and consult closely with your dental insurance company. They have trouble understanding and following the costs as agreed upon under the plans. When I disagreed upon prices quoted to me, I was told I didn't have "real" insurance, that what I had was merely a "discount plan" and they were giving me a big "discount". Wrong! I'm a government employee. Trust me. We have exceptional dental insurance. After sending my insurance company my Parc treatment plan with the Parc Center Dental "discount", they very diplomatically, with emphasis...reminded me I had every right to change dentists immediately. I took the exact treatment plan to another recommended dentist...and guess what..they gave me exactly to the dollar....the REAL insurance price. I left Parc (along with those I referred to them) and went and saved myself $900 and had the EXACT same work done elsewhere. This is a dental office that you probably want to avoid. Dealing with office manager is especially problematic. She gives false information about insurance coverage such as telling you that your periodontal maintenance procedure is no longer covered, but she will give you a discount. Contacting the insurance company, you find the procedure is still covered. You have to be sure to get the AmericanDental Association procedure codes to check with your insurance company, because I have found that at times the office quotes exceed the insurance company's published co pays. On my last visit and I do mean my last visit, she changed my prophylaxis treatment with no co-payment to periodontal maintenance with a co-payment of seventy five dollar co-payment without consulting with me about this treament plan change. When I mentioned that have never had a copay for prophylaxis before, the office manager told me she was calling the insurance to tell them I was not wanted in the office anymore. When I moved into the treatment area that I just came out after my procedure with the dentist to speak to my dentist, the office manager actually grabbed my arm in an attempt to stop me. As I was about to get in my car, thinking this was ridiculous. I went back into the office and asked the receptionist to speak with my dentist, the office manager came over and locked the door dividing the reception from the office and treatment area. After wating a while, I menttioned to the receptionist that I needed to use the restroom who told the office manager about my request. At first the office manager looked at me and said no. I said that there might be a mess here. Then she unlocked the door so I could use the restroom. Finally, I got to talk to my dentist, Arsham, a nice young fellow. After expressing my concerns, he told me that Denise has been here a long time and we trust her and do what she says. I got up and shook his hand and said this my last visit here. He told me that it was his last day also. read more

DO NOT GO HERE! There are so many things wrong with this office. My main concern is that the place is FILTHY and without equipment. The office does not have water running by the chair. You must get up walk to the counter, put Listerine in a cup and spit through a hole in the counter that is stained, filthy and just gross. Has not been cleaned in a long while. There is not even a light box for X-rays and the dentist struggles to use whatever ceiling light he can find. The counters, floors and baseboards indicate no one ever cleans. The instruments are not covered and it just leaves you wondering. After being in this horrible environment the finance person comes in and tells you that you need to pay an unbelievable amount. Nothing like what your insurance says you need to pay. BEWARE!! Employees are more interested in entertaining friends in the office and others are complaining themselves. Also in the depressing and very dated waiting room there was a large cockroach set on a glass apple. I don't know if a client put it there or if someone thought it was a decoration.
