My new hygienist Jeremy is a jewel here in the desert! I was about to cancel this appointment and change to another dental place but he is just so awesome! Inland Dental is fortunate to have him. The doctor and nurse after my cleaning were also great very helpful and sweet made my Friday morning appointment nice. Checking out with the account manager to pay is always a good visit she is always very friendly and answers questions I have. Insurance department is terrible. They made me come all the way into the office when they didn't have my insurance- they called me the day before to ask for it and instead of calling me back to tell me they didn't have it they let me come in and waste my time. They don't have anything together and are super rude when it was their fault. Front desk staff are also rude. Only bright side about the place is the actual dental hygienist staff are friendly. read more

Scheduling is iffy at best been with office for over 12 years and in the last 2 years declining service always scheduled to have 2 cleanings per year now they only give one per year go on an on call list for cancelations never a call, hygienist saw a cracked crown about 2 years ago nothing done. Very frustrating frustrating when your elderly, guessing they don't care to bother with you. read more

I can only speak to my experience making an appointment and arriving to the office. The office is nice. Has a spa ambience to it. Convenient location and easy to find. I didn't actually get to be seen as I arrived for my 8am appointment and waited for 30 minutes. No check in with me. No one gave me a courtesy update about being seen, letting me know what the hold up is or that it'll be five more minutes etc. So I left. I thanked the receptionist for getting me scheduled but I'm leaving. I refuse to attack the office staff for incompetence as I have no idea why I waited for 30 minutes since I was scheduled for the first appointment of the day. Office may have had call outs that day, the dr was late, etc. My sister comes to this office and has never waited that long before being seen. So maybe it was a fluke? Either way, the process to make the appointment was painful. It was slow and repetitive. Haven't decided if I'll come back or not. read more

I'm a long time patient at Inland Dental. Maybe 8-10 years. And that should tell you everything you really need or want to know. Last week I went in for my 6 month cleaning. I signed in. Waited maybe 10 minutes. Yasi...a dental assistant with a Big Beautiful Friendly Smile came out to greet and escort me into exam room where she x-rayed me. It wasn't long before Doctor Don came in. A very nice dude with a voice so distinctive it belongs on radio. He checked the x-rays and then checked my mouth... everything lined up and I was ready for Rena my Hygienist for about as long as I've been a patient. Rena gives me an absolutely great cleaning. Even though we've been (together?) all this time, she always informs what she is about to do. She even showed me how to "tighten up" my gums. (You know the old saying: "It's not your teeth...it's your gums.") Of course Reina's method worked and it was easier than falling off a log. One more thing. Rena and I discovered that both of our Dads were Sports Writers. What are the odds? Do yourself a favor and get your next cleaning from Rena. That's about it. terrible customer service. Jeremy the hygenist was amazing. The rest of the staff is terrible. Requested a call from the office manager to lodge my complaint, no return phone call. Signed a paper letting me know my co-pay is $5, but when the person called me they demanded a $10 co-pay. My husband and I both had appointments an hour apart. We arrived 30 minutes early and I was taken in right away. An hour and half later I went out to let my husband know I was waiting for the dentist. My husmand is 87 and needed to walk around outside a couple of times and decided he didn't want to wait another hour so we left. The staff member that called me for my $10 copay said my husband just walked out!!! read more
