In fact, I got really lucky and he came the same day I called. He explained everything to me and got back to me every time he said he would. Called Greg out to find out problem with my spa heater. I had not used it in a long time and when turned on, it would stop heating. The day he came it worked fine. He took my $100.00 and said would go towards any repairs. My heater has worked fine since that day. So I called him and asked for my money back since there were no repairs to fix. He agreed to send me a check but was not nice about it, although it's been a month and still no check. He said he charged a 95.00 fee but that would go towards the repairs. I feel violated and ripped off!!! read more
