This review is for the Pharmacy and my experience with Frank...I know you have a policy that you can hold on to prescriptions for so long. I was told 2 weeks. Left me a message saying I need to pick-up today before 6PM orhe will cancel the order. I did pay online previous day so I can pick-up with my other prescriptions available the next day. The other lady staff was able to hold my prescription for an extra day or two when I called in previously but Frank will not even hold it for me for an extra day so I can pickup with the rest of my prescriptions. My conversation with him escalated when he started raising his tone and giving me indifferent attitude...I was just asking if he can hold it for one (1) day and he said he will not do that...I've never experience this with any pharmacy staff. They should be more compassionate & understanding to patients... Other staff is super nice...Frank needs to learn how to be one. If that's the way it is, then I don't recommend going to this pharmacy anymore... read more

Came in to get a greeting card and left with a positive experience and ice cream :) As soon as I came in I was helped by a young man and he sent me on my way to the greeting card section. Awesome icecream with awesome customer service! I have to say that this Rite Aid is one of the cleanest I've been in! The staff is courteous and friendly, and they genuinely care about you. Great service! The manager is awesome! I love how he can toss a scoop of ice team in the air and catch it with a cup, great entertainment for my kids! read more

This location is new and clean and has a drive thru Pharmacy. But with all of their choices of Ice Cream, they do NOT have ANY Sugar Free ice cream at all. Considering how many Diabetics there are now I find it puzzling why there is not ONE "No Sugar Added" ice cream flavor in the freezer OR in the ice cream counter!! I tried to get ice cream today but the iice cream server did NOT wear clean gloves. First of all he put his finger in his mouth to get a glove GROSS, then he used ONE GLOVE, touched money and then kept serving. YUCK we left ice creamless. WEAR TWO GLOVES HOW HARD IS THAT!!!! read more

I go here for my quick items (which sometimes they dont have in stock) but my experience is always good because of a young lady that works there with short hair and glasses, I really wish I'd asked her name she's always so sweet and helpful! The last time I was there she directed me to what I needed (sugar), which the store didn't have and she suggested I'd used a substitute (honey) I was making tea for a cold and appreciate her efforts so much! read more

5 stars for Andres all the way! I frequent all the rite aids around town because thriftys and every time I get ice cream the person helping me is so rude and rushy. Andres was so nice and engaged in conversation and wasn't trying to just get us out there, even though it was almost closing time. read more

A bald guy with a Rite Aid polo is standing in line at the ice cream counter. He's tapping his foot impatiently and when the woman in front of him takes a long time finding change, he rolls his eyes and sighs loudly. Turns out he's probably the manager. After he fumbles around and takes his sweet time finding change in his pocket, he takes his two scoops of ice cream and goes behind the counter to his office. There's no customers in the Rite Aid except for the line of people at the ice cream counter, but there's one employee lounging at the registers, one other employee hanging out at the photo counter(who uses this anymore anyways?), and of course the impatient manager enjoying his 2 scoops in his office. The one lady at the ice cream counter is taking her sweet time, and even though a line of people are waiting, she offers to let the lady buying ice cream pay for her other purchases there. Guess what, the lady is buying a salt shaker shaped like an onion and there's no price tag. So, with the line of people waiting, the ice cream lady calls overhead for a price check. No movement. Not a single employee budged from their busy lounging to do the price check. Meanwhile the ice cream lady is chatting with the onion salt shaker lady in Spanish. The manager walks right by eating his ice cream and pays no heed to what's going on. I had to wait because my son wanted ice cream, and more importantly, I needed my pineapple/coconut fix. A friend of the manager came by and joked about how he could help the store increase profit. "How about getting off your lazy arse and giving a crap so your employees will too," I muttered under my breath, and I write in this review. read more

Come here quite often for refills on my meds. Everyone in the pharmacy is always friendly and extremely helpful. They treat you like a family member. In addition, there is always great deals at Rite Aid on various food , cosmetic and household items. And you can't forget their great ice cream. They have it all! Highly recommend for all your needs. read more

I just left this store & was given awful customer service. Needless to say this is around the corner from where I live but I will never come back. Besides the store is dirty & disorganized. The Hispanic employee helping the Hispanic family at the film section needs to learn manners. He is step by step helping the family but when asked a question by myself if the system he saw me standing at for over a minute touching screen of which is broken is annoyed that I asked. Then after helping the family walks past me & the broken machine without posting a sign or asking if I need help. Completely unprofessional behavior. read more

More than one occasion I've seen 1 person running multiple registers and tonight because of that I belive I was shorted $40. I miss living next door to a Rite Aid. Granted, that meant buying way too much alcohol and having way too many scoops of ice cream on the regular, but now I find myself driving out of my way just to get to Rite Aid. Part of this is because they still have the same great prices for alcohol, but I just find them much more comfortable and than CVS or Walgreens. I don't know why. I just do. read more

This visit is only based on looking for some stuff I needed. I didn't need anything else from them so I cannot tell you if there are travel sizes available or if their pharmacy is any good or anything like that so take it for what it's worth. I can though say that the staff here, everyone, especially the manager and this younger woman, were all very nice without it being some cold insincere sociopathic happiness. The rite aid by my house is very depressed both in look and in their staff. This rite aid though is vibrant! This rite aid doesn't care if CVS or Walgreens has larger market share and I don't either! I'll give this rite aid another visit for when I need to get some cigars on the go again. It will not hurt my rating if they don't have what I want since what I want is something I don't expect from drug stores. read more

The pharmacy staff is slow and rude. I called in a prescription refill for an inhaler, a young man who sounded stoned gave me the nth degree about needing a refill. On an albuterol inhaler, of all things. When I arrived, the prescription wasn't ready. I had to wait 20 minutes for an inhaler. I go here because it's close, not because it's good. read more

They have got good working hours and usually open 7 am to 11 pm daily. These are pretty convenient and the manager was also very helpful!

I was in line to check out with 3 small items and a couple cut right in front if me the cashier said that they were first in line but the got out of lone to shop some more a then cut right back in line in front of me instead of say oh she just have 3 small items he said nothing so I put my items away and walk out and thank the cashier said said you just lost me as a customer I will never shop at rite Aid again .2 stars is being very generous they don't even deserve that read more

I used to like this rite aid but had the worst CS this morning. I went to buy an item which was pretty inexpensive. As I am handing out the exact change and were to take the item, the cashier held onto the item WITH HIS KNEE against the counter to prevent me from taking it, until he counted the change. As I said, it was unexpensive, so it shouldn't take long to even count that change. When he was done counting it, he released the item by removing his knee from the counter. That was just really rude. You don't treat customers like that. read more

I would've done the survey online but I misplaced my receipt. I don't do reviews but I was honestly really upset about my experience. First I went to Get ice cream and an old man named Raymond helped me and my sister out, he was very rude since the beginning, I didn't say anything but he came from register and didn't wash his hands or put gloves on, now that's very unsanitary. I've been here PLENTY of times and all the employees always wash their hands and use gloves and are polite. After we got our ice cream I went to shop around the store. I ended up buying a product that was $1.99 and the second item I purchased would've been half off so a total of $3.00 plus tax anyways I go to check out and what do you know rude ass Raymond checks me out and my total is $4.00 Even. At first I didn't think about it much until I got my receipt I noticed my total was actually $3.22 and Raymond added a donation of .78 without my knowledge. I'm not greedy it's no big deal it's just 78 cents YES but first off he never asked if I wanted to contribute and secondly you never know if I only had $3.50 in my account and those extra 50 cents would've been a $20 over draft fee. I never write reviews but he really needs to turn that frown upside down and smile. read more

I really appreciate this rite aid! Always clean, organized and fully stocked. All of the employees are so very kind and helpful as well. One in particular, Joshua. I was having the worst day when I came in to shop and use the restroom. Joshua had came up to me with his positive and uplifting personality and genuinely asked me how I was doing. He was able to help me with everything I needed in a timely manner and held a great conversation while doing so. I walked out of this rite aid with everything I needed and with a big smile. This rite aid is clean & i like the fact that you can get a lot of different things in one store! I go to their pharmacy to get medicines & Over the Counter products! I also love their beauty product sections where they have everything from cosmetics to nail polish! They also have lots of different kinds of food on sale - chips, chocolate, frozen stuff! I mainly love the memory this place brings along with the yummy cheap ice cream. I used to come here every week with my dad when a single scoop used to cost $.15! At $1.69 for a single scoop, the price has definitely gone up but it is still cheaper than almost anything else you can find these days. Friendly staff and a fun treat for all! read more
