It has now been over 90 minutes with poor communication and very little urgency from the staff. Customer service was frustrating, and no one seemed to care that people waiting for medications may actually be sick and uncomfortable. If you are really ill, this pharmacy will make the experience even worse. Honestly, I would recommend going to Walgreens or using Amazon Pharmacy instead if you want reliable service and less stress.

We did some small shopping and when we went to pay there weren't any checkers at any registers. After hunting someone down we paid and returned to the pharmacy. After waiting another 10 minutes they told us they had to call the doctor and it would be at least another hour. When asked why they didn't call the doctor hours before they didn't have an answer. First, no one called me to let me know. I found out by calling them before driving there. The person in the pharmacy told me other Walgreens may have it but he could not call them and be sure. So I spent 3.5 hours calling every Walgreens within a practical distance - average wait / hold time 30 minutes each. All told me they could tell me who MAY have the drug I was prescribed but would not call to make certain. I think this is pretty crappy customer service. Not sure if this is a policy but just sucky if you ask me.

I was at the grand opening with several celebrities present, as I worked at the Kaiser Credit Union across the street at the time Employees are generally helpful and friendly. Parking is available on numerous floors of the Target parking structure. Huge, indoor elevators make it easy and convenient to move from floor to floor. There are also escalators available. Restrooms are clean, and a Starbucks is located inside the store.

Everything was organized very well in any knew exactly which aisle to go to. I then checked out at the self check out, which made a lot easier. I was able to use my points and rewards. They're fairly easily redeem. I did come across a minor hiccup, but the team member was quickly there to be able to troubleshoot things for me. And a few moments later I was out of the store. It was very efficient shopping trip, which I appreciated.
