But today my review will focus on something else. Today I must say they were super heroes for my little guy today. Going to get vaccines once or twice is hard enough but trying to convince him to go get a booster took some effort. But we had a great lady who was so patient and she was such an angel. Today she was wearing a cape and got my baby son still enough to do that shot. He said he did not feel anything. And yes they give lollipops if you be brave. I believe anyone of all ages who do this is so brave. I enjoyed the care provided and the encouragement. If you want to go take your little ones in there for vaccines, it is a good place to go. It is a drug store but the staff providing injections have great bedside manners for children. I was definitely impressed.

The store has always been great for me, but the pharmacy is another matter. Had my annual physical yesterday and the physician sent 5 prescriptions. When I went to pick them up today, I was informed I could not pick up 2 until tomorrow. This requires a drive and an always long wait in line, at least an hour. I started in a pretty good mood and didn't complain. The aid went to get the 2 that were ready. I always grab a magazine to read since the wait is always long and I had enough time to look through the entire magazine - twice - before she came back. She said they hadn't had time to put the Rxs away yesterday so she had had a hard time finding them. She was entirely unapologetic about the abysmal service. Then I had to wait until the pharmacist came over and literally touched the screen. I pointed out they were not new meds so I shouldn't have to talk with the pharmacist and I had already waited a long time. She said (although I've been on the meds for years) it was new because the ND had written the repeat Rx yesterday. Then she SNARLED at me that she had had 8 things to do. Not even a modicum of concern, respect or courtesy. They don't deserve my loyalty but any other pharmacy is a long drive.
