True Symmetry Brewing is a hidden gem. My first time here, and I felt like I was immediately welcomed as family. I didn't try the food but really enjoyed the drinks, especially the Mellow Marsh (Porter) and Fairfield Fog (Hazy). For the Mellow Marsh, they toast a marshmallow that not only looks cool but gives the drink a little "sitting by the campfire" vibe. The Fairfield Fog was very sweet and fruity. Definitely would order again. The brewery also has a stage for live entertainment and a few pinball machines. The brewery is located in a strip mall with plenty of shops and restaurants. When I was here, the Maine Lobster food truck was outside. Who doesn't love a good lobster roll with their drink? That's a win in my book. Solid beer great atmosphere and vibe on the weekend. I've been here twice and the music they book is great. I had the west wind IPA to start and that was really good , crisp, and refreshing. What stood out to me was the rice lager. It was very tasty in a way you expect a good Japanese rice lager to be. A bit heavier the like a Sapporo or Ashli but still amazing in flavor and a local craft beer that beats the freshness of any import. We love to support our local businesses and TSB is one of our favorites. We love going to the monthly comedy shows - lots of laughs and very reasonably priced. We also enjoy the weekly trivia on Sundays, and dancing to the DJ or live bands on Fridays and Saturdays. There is a beer (or cocktail) for everyone. As someone with a severe gluten allergy - it's hard to find a brewery that has a GF option, but their glass skeleton seltzer (that you can pretty much enjoy with any flavor you like) is a great option for those of us who can't drink beer. The staff is friendly, welcoming and do their best to make your time there enjoyable. Even if a mistake is made (it happens, everyone is human), they always make it right. I just wish it was a tad bit colder - maybe it's because it's hotter weather now that the beer wasn't as cold as it could be. Who knows. But my Michelada I tried was a nice cold temp! Just enough spice, tajin, beer and flavor! True Symmetry is bigger inside than I expected, good for groups! You can use QR code to order beer at first and then go up to grab the beer after an ID check. They also have non-alcoholic drink options & snacks inside. By snacks I literally mean chips, bagged crunch pretzels, and candies haha. There's food options to order from the nearby neighboring stores, so you can use QR and order and some will bring it to you table (grab a number card for your table) or you can walk next door to pick up. A wonderful brewery with distinct beers and friendly staff. As a first-time visitor, the bartenders were very friendly and happy to help me select a tasting flight that would be to my liking. Trying the six-beer flight was so fun; the variety was good, and it's quite a bit of beer for only $12! My favorites were the Fairfield Fog (Imperial IPA- fresh and crisp) and the Monk of the Marsh (Belgian Dubbel- cocoa notes). The Nutty Disposition (Stout) I found to be a bit overpowering in its nuttiness and I didn't get much from the Perfect Tuesday (Brown Ale), but I enjoyed giving them a try all the same. The vibe of the bar is chill and open, and there's plenty of seating in quite a large space. There's also couches and a couple of arcade machines. I'm excited to come back for their live music (Fridays) and trivia. I believe there's also board games available, and the tables are painted with chessboards. I love this brewery. The male owner is so sweet. Unfortunately, his wife kind of ruined it for me. We were enjoying their comedy night when she walked up to tell us that we needed to keep it down during the comedy set. I'm so sorry we were enjoying the comedy so much we laughed and talked about how funny it was. We were not drunk or loud. She made sure to tell us she was the owner. I live down the street and always tell my neighbors how great this place is. I will think twice before recommending now. We won't be back for comedy unfortunately. read more

"Friendly Bartender + Ancient History Scholar" This is one of my favorite breweries to stop and visit in Fairfield. This is quite a large dining room, with tons of room. Even with social distancing requirements, you will not be cramped at all. They have a selection of about 18 different rotating brews on tap. Keep in mind they only serve their own home brew taps here. You can look in the window and see the operation of the brewery. The last time I was here, the master brewer took me a tour of the brewery. Absolutely spotless. They take great pride in the operation and cleanliness of the equipment. They regularly have a food truck out front. Today I ordered a burger and fries, to go with my pilsner. Great combination. Plus, quick service. Today, I had a wonderful time, as usual. Special shout out to the super friendly bartenders, Ryan and Hector. Good service, friendly conversation. So overall, another wonderful visit. Keep in mind that on the 4th of July they will have a big band outside! Here's the rest of the story: One of the friendly bartenders happens to be an expert on classical Rome history. We had a nice discussion on the second Roman triumvirate. I stopped by this place randomly to catch up with a friend. I don't particularly like beer so I didn't expect much but I was pleasantly surprised. Nice local brewery with a lively vibe. Lots of seating available. They don't serve food but have a menu where you can order food from La Gua Gua, which is a restaurant a couple of doors down and the food is then delivered to you. I went on a Friday night and they had a couple of live bands. It does get very loud once the bands start so conversations may be difficult. I wish they had a couple of other options besides beer. I'm hoping they would consider carrying some hard ciders, wine or mixed drinks. We were with a large group for an event (about 35 people) and not everybody was interested in beer. read more

Nestled away in a strip mall, this unassuming brewery is one you don't want to miss. With a wide range of options, there's something for every beer fan (lookout though, no ciders). I thoroughly enjoyed my experience here. The lady at the bar provided excellent customer service in recommending a strong beer and good food. It was a genuinely organic experience. Yes me being a black woman, I was thrown off for a second by the patrons in the white supremacist T-shirt (they don't move me bc I stay on my toes, I hold my own)... and that the the owner seemed to know them personally. The owner, I'm assuming he was, made his rounds, after fellowshipping with the white supremacists, asking people how their experience was going and thanking them for coming out. I commend that. Very personable. Makes customers want to come back. They have 2 food menu options. Both worth a look. I was impressed. Also, there is a outside patio that was perfect for social distancing. I decided to go with the food truck after their wide variety. I ordered the crab cakes, and babyyy, Let me tell you these crab cakes have passed the test. The flavor! Omg. They were not cooked long enough but I can not hate, when the flavors were hitting the way they were....Must try! We having a date night on a Saturday 7:30 pm. Overall the the ambiance service and drinks were awesome. The only reason I gave them a 3 star is that we were grossed out when there was a customer who had two full size Labrador dogs with him. He had one on the floor and the other sitting at the bar licking at a glass. I was disgusted that they allow dogs drink from the same glasses that customer drink out of. The bartender told us that this is a regular patron. I would hesitate to return knowing that a person can bring to big full size dogs and allow them to drink out of glasses. I hope the owner addresses this issue. Great place overall, but please leave your dogs at home! read more

This place is a hidden little gem and I prefer not to share this place with all NorCal'ers who like excellent beers! Actually, I do and I am! Staff is also top notch, good attitude, we are happy to be here, type of folks. No food but they have legit food trucks as well as Thai, Filipino and Jamaican food next door. Decor is an afterthought so If it could have a bit of a makeover, this would be "the preeminent brewery" for a multitude of reasons. For one, they have a great selection of beers. I would say there are Just as many as Heretic, which is their neighboring brewery. The beer prices are spot on for the area. Love this place, but we need a patio that is more updated and pleasant. It's also a very unassuming location so it was easy to pass by the first time I came. Nevertheless, I dig it and cannot wait to lift a pint glass and say, Cheers! Prost! read more

I've been going to TSB since they opened. As my preferences have changed throughout the years TSB has had something great to offer to satisfy my tastes. When I leaned towards a hazy IPA TSB has the Fairfield Fog. When I leaned towards a good michelada TSB has an excellent mix. When I leaned towards a West Coast IPA TSB has the West Wind. Most recently I started watching my sugar and carbs and TSB taught me the love of a good seltzer. TSB hands down has the best seltzer base I've had in the Sacramento and the Bay Area. TSB taught me not all seltzers are created equally. TSB nailed it with their seltzer the Skelton. Beyond the beer, the owners Jason and Chas are the best. You can feel the pride they have in their family-owned business in the atmosphere. TSB is family and pet friendly. There is always something fun happening at TSB, Trivia Sundays, Music Bingo Wednesday, and last Saturday of the month Comedy. In addition, bands and DJs and other special events. TSB has plenty of seating with the choice of high tables or low tables, and clean multiple stall bathrooms. TSB has partnered with local restaurants so there are some ordering and drop off options but you can bring in your own food as well. It's one of my favorite hang outs with my friends and family. Tucked away in a shopping center off the freeway in Suisun is this awesome brewery! We had heard wonderful things so we gave it a try! This brewery is pretty large! It looks super small on the outside but once inside it's got tons of seating, and you can opt for a cozy couch, bar, or table tops. Decor is rustic and the place is very cool. We were given a tour of the brewing area and it's pretty awesome to see how much work goes into making the beers here. They're all handcrafted by the owner, from start to finish. He's quite talented if you ask me. Making beer may seem easy but there is quite a lot of math and technical details that go into making a solid beer. I respect this trade very highly now! My solid fav was called Perfect Tuesday. It almost tied with Who's Bradinath? - Yup, those are titles to a couple of brews. Kids are welcome and they even have a space outside to play corn hole. We noticed a couple of parties being held here for the day and the space is so large it accommodated it all just fine. They have small snacks (chips, etc) but the day we visited there was a food truck outside and it was delicious! I wish I could recall the name but it had burgers and Philly cheesesteaks - all really good. First time visiting Fairfield / Suisun City. Decided to go for a walk from the hotel and found this cool brewery. Very clean and welcoming environment. They had a nice variety of snacks to add to the experience and the music selection was phenomenal. As soon as we walked in the door we were welcomed by who we thought was the owner. Jared took care of us the entire time. The pride he takes and enjoyment engaging with his customers is so genuine. Honestly one of the best brewery experiences I've had thus far. Totally unexpected. Not only did he know the area to suggest other places to visit, he provided suggestions on food, explained the differences between the brews. I got tasting or flight which was so much fun to try and very affordable. Although they didn't have hot food it was great the surrounding restaurants delivered to you or you could walk to pick it up. Plus there is a QR code for you to order. It's as just a nice export vendor date night or just to chill after work or whatever. I'm looking forward to trying the music bingo tonight. Jason, the sommelier/brewmaster, has such a passion for the art of beer making that you can taste said passion in every glass....so fkkn YUM!! His wife Chastity is [THEE] sweetheart.
