Service 5/5 Ambiance 4.5/5 Oh my, this place is a must visit. Very spacious and we set at the bar. Jason, the owner is lovely. I had an old fashion made with oak aged vodka. Pro tip, use the old age vodka with a coke, ginger beer or 7io I highly recommend

    Mellow Marsh and Fairfield Fog

True Symmetry Brewing is a hidden gem. My first time here, and I felt like I was immediately welcomed as family. I didn't try the food but really enjoyed the drinks, especially the Mellow Marsh (Porter) and Fairfield Fog (Hazy). For the Mellow Marsh, they toast a marshmallow that not only looks cool but gives the drink a little "sitting by the campfire" vibe. The Fairfield Fog was very sweet and fruity. Definitely would order again. The brewery also has a stage for live entertainment and a few pinball machines. The brewery is located in a strip mall with plenty of shops and restaurants. When I was here, the Maine Lobster food truck was outside. Who doesn't love a good lobster roll with their drink? That's a win in my book. If you're in Suisun, stop by True Symmetry Brewing for a bit. You won't be disappointed. Cheers!

Nice brewery with plenty of options to choose from. It's located in an unusual spot and hidden too. There are food menus to order from local businesses and they'll deliver food to you. I only came for some beers though.

Nice local brewery located in Fairfield area. They have a good variety of craft beers and several I tasted in a flight were good. The beer-tender was friendly and welcoming. I would consider coming back. Don't be off put by the strip mall vibe. It has a nice large comfortable environment

    Comedy night so much fun!

Went to see a comedy show here. The comedy show was reasonably priced.. This place has comedy nights, trivia, and live bands on certain nights and a great vibes. They have beer and mixed drinks and you can bring your own food in of your choice. If you're in the area go check this place out.

    And they are dog friendly.

I absolutely love going here. They have fun things going on most of the week. Live music, game night, line dancing, and order food from surrounding restaurants. Jason, and Chastity are simply the kindness owners.

We visited this place after the airshow, from the moment we walked in they make us feel welcome. The staff are super friendly and very accommodating. They don't sell food, but they allow you to bring your own. The place has a cool vibe, they have live music, and the music was good. It was people dancing, and having a great time. We tried different types of beers, and different types of IPAs and they were all great. We even purchased some to bring home. We would definitely stop by next time we're in the area.

Lucky Horse (Filipino -style pale lager)
    Destiny B.

Came in here just to "look" and ended up getting Lucky Horse, which is a Filipino-style lager. They had me at "Filipino" lol. It's 8% and was only $7. By no means am I a beer drinker, but I could not resist and it was too good! I was not expecting the place to be this big, but it's so spacious and the employees are really friendly/nice.

Micheladas made with beer #8, SO GOOD!
    Angelica L.

They have a Filipino lager!!! & sour beers, which I LOVE. It's so hard to find a brewery with sours & this place offered 3 so far. I enjoy the options!!! There's so many different beers here. As a girl who's picky and new to beer, I feel like there's plenty of options here compared to other breweries. I tried the sour Where My Peaches At, perfectly balanced. I just wish it was a tad bit colder - maybe it's because it's hotter weather now that the beer wasn't as cold as it could be. Who knows. But my Michelada I tried was a nice cold temp! Just enough spice, tajin, beer and flavor! True Symmetry is bigger inside than I expected, good for groups! You can use QR code to order beer at first and then go up to grab the beer after an ID check. They also have non-alcoholic drink options & snacks inside. By snacks I literally mean chips, bagged crunch pretzels, and candies haha. There's food options to order from the nearby neighboring stores, so you can use QR and order and some will bring it to you table (grab a number card for your table) or you can walk next door to pick up. I like the concept! Supports the other businesses! There's some pinball tables inside, a stage for live music, and a couple TVs inside too. Every day they have some sort of event going on, from bingo to live music. Staff are nice and friendly. It was a Wednesday afternoon when we came, I'm curious how weekends looks here though. I'll definitely be back! Thanks True Symmetry!

    Tasting Flight
    Lily T.

A wonderful brewery with distinct beers and friendly staff. As a first-time visitor, the bartenders were very friendly and happy to help me select a tasting flight that would be to my liking. Trying the six-beer flight was so fun; the variety was good, and it's quite a bit of beer for only $12! My favorites were the Fairfield Fog (Imperial IPA- fresh and crisp) and the Monk of the Marsh (Belgian Dubbel- cocoa notes). The Nutty Disposition (Stout) I found to be a bit overpowering in its nuttiness and I didn't get much from the Perfect Tuesday (Brown Ale), but I enjoyed giving them a try all the same. The vibe of the bar is chill and open, and there's plenty of seating in quite a large space. There's also couches and a couple of arcade machines. I'm excited to come back for their live music (Fridays) and trivia. I believe there's also board games available, and the tables are painted with chessboards. I love the vibe of this place, and I'll definitely be returning!

"Friendly Bartender + Ancient History Scholar" This is one of my favorite breweries to stop and visit in Fairfield. This is quite a large dining room, with tons of room. Even with social distancing requirements, you will not be cramped at all. They have a selection of about 18 different rotating brews on tap. Keep in mind they only serve their own home brew taps here. You can look in the window and see the operation of the brewery. The last time I was here, the master brewer took me a tour of the brewery. Absolutely spotless. They take great pride in the operation and cleanliness of the equipment. They regularly have a food truck out front. Today I ordered a burger and fries, to go with my pilsner. Great combination. Plus, quick service. Today, I had a wonderful time, as usual. Special shout out to the super friendly bartenders, Ryan and Hector. Good service, friendly conversation. So overall, another wonderful visit. Keep in mind that on the 4th of July they will have a big band outside! Here's the rest of the story: One of the friendly bartenders happens to be an expert on classical Rome history. We had a nice discussion on the second Roman triumvirate. I am not making this up!

Super personable, great energy, and made the whole experience feel effortless. I ordered the peanut butter and jelly burger--smash-style patty with bacon, peanut butter, jelly, Tabasco, and pickles--and wow... one of the most unique and satisfying burgers I've had in a long time. It hits that perfect balance of savory, sweet, and nostalgic. I asked Paul what he would pair with it, and he absolutely nailed it. He introduced me to "Chimp My Ride" from Solano Brewing Company, a rich stout with chocolate and peanut butter notes that complemented the burger perfectly. It honestly brought back that childhood lunchbox feeling in the best way possible. Within minutes, I knew I'd found exactly where I wanted to spend a hot summer afternoon. The atmosphere strikes the perfect balance between neighborhood tavern and craft beer destination. Vintage bicycles hang overhead, dozens of rotating taps line the wall, and the energy is lively without ever feeling chaotic. Whether you're catching the match, meeting friends after work, or simply escaping the summer heat, Rustwater has that welcoming vibe that makes you want to stay for another round. Following the bartender's recommendation, I ordered the Chicken Ciabatta from the specials board with a side of crispy tater tots, and it was absolutely the right call. The sandwich arrived beautifully presented on a perfectly toasted ciabatta roll with just the right amount of crunch. Inside was juicy grilled chicken layered with smoky bacon, melted provolone, crisp lettuce, ripe tomato, and a flavorful pesto mayo that brought everything together without overpowering the fresh ingredients. Every bite delivered a wonderful combination of textures and balanced flavors. The tater tots were exactly what great tavern food should be, golden, crisp, and light on the outside with a fluffy interior. They became downright addictive when dipped into a combination of ketchup and a Ghost Hot Sauce that once they are out they are out adding a slow-building kick that complemented the crispy potatoes perfectly. As I enjoyed a cold pint from their outstanding rotating tap list, Spain put the finishing touches on a 2-0 victory over France, sending them to the World Cup Final. Great soccer, an exceptional craft beer, and a fantastic lunch, it doesn't get much better than that on a scorching summer afternoon. Rustwater has earned its reputation over the years, and it's easy to understand why. Friendly service, an outstanding craft beer program, elevated tavern food, and an atmosphere that invites you to linger long after the final whistle. If you're looking for one of downtown Fairfield's best spots to enjoy creative tavern fare, explore an ever-changing lineup of craft beers, and catch the big game, Rustwater Kitchen & Taproom deserves a place on your list. I'll definitely be back to see what's on tap next, and without question, those crispy tater tots will be making another appearance on my table with the ghost hot sauce, if still available, due to the company going out of business.

On a visit back to the area, a friend I used to homebrew with for years introduced me to an actual craft brewery with, technically, a Vacaville address. While it's a good distance outside of town, it's still close enough to be someplace to go around Vacaville that's more interesting than the town's repetitive corporate chain dining & big box retail. It's a great spot to grab some quality brews. There's plenty of parking. There's inviting spaces, both indoor & outdoor, for sitting & relaxing a while. The outdoor area is quite expansive. The menu has some consistent favorites, but you'll see new items fairly consistently. I especially enjoy "Hazy on the 80" and the "Scottie Rippen". Inside seating is somewhat limited but it's cozy and there are seats at the bar as well. Outside seating is plentiful and awesome on a beautiful day. Plenty of covered areas as well for the not so pleasant days. Kids and pets are very welcome. There's a playground and grassy area. It's also spacious enough if you just want to be around other adults and not be bothered by all that type of hoopla. There is a rotating carousel of food trucks and live music. Met by Hailey who was also our server. My wife chose the Chinese Chicken Salad, it was hearty and good. I ordered the Pork Chop. This dish was AMAZING! Very moist, great flavor, excellent sauce. Mashed potatoes had the right amount of sour cream. I even liked the green beans. This was a delicious plate of food. Hailey was a great server. Don't hover but seemed to be there each time we wanted her. Nice interior, loved the mural.

I've been craving a red meat and I knew I shouldn't expect much from a restaurant in Fairfield/Suisun, it's just not a culinary area. And I was right! The steak was just OK and for some reason they topped the red wine demi glaze in the to go container which of course, and then spread into the mashed potatoes and green beans. The sauce would have made the steak better if I had more of it. They should consider putting it into a container instead... food for thought.

The tap selection is ok but it's a small space and they have a a limited amount of taps considering the tight space, but they also have can and bottled of different types. I'd like to give them 6 stars but the unpredictability of the food truck being present is not in their control. Still TRY IT, you'll like the vibe and the beer! Unless you think you're royalty.

Earlier that evening, we had stopped at the Filling Station for drinks and did not experience any issues. The bartenders were friendly and kindly helped us. When we returned after dinner, several of us were seated outside while a few coworkers went to the bar to order additional drinks. While we were waiting, an unknown male walked directly toward our group. He approached the only male coworker seated with us, placed both hands on his shoulders, leaned in, and said something into his ear. The man then walked away. After the man walked away from the table, we asked our coworker what he said, and he told us, "If you leave another empty glass on my table, I will kill you." My coworker appeared confused and stated that he did not know the individual. As the man walked away, another coworker and I stood up and asked what had happened. The man continued walking away without responding. At that point, two women who were nearby began arguing with members of our group. During the verbal exchange, one of the women pushed my coworker. Prior to this interaction, the same women had instructed my manager to move over on the bench as soon as space became available. Following the verbal and physical confrontation initiated by the other party, a bartender from the Filling Station directed our group to leave the premises. The other individuals involved in the confrontation were not asked to leave and remained at the venue. Our group complied and walked across the street. From that location, we observed several patrons and staff from the Filling Station pointing in our direction and laughing. A short time later, we observed one of the bartenders walk to the unknown male's parked vehicle, move the vehicle to a parking space adjacent to the Filling Station, hand the keys to the male, and the male then drove away. Law enforcement responded to the scene, and a police report was taken.

We had an our dogs so we were able to sit outside in a like a makeshift patio. We don't sit inside so I wasn't able to fully see, but I do love that the have they doors that go up so you can get the breeze from the outside. I ordered their peanut Thai hamburger with fries, my partner ordered the chipotle steak salad, and my friend ordered the chilaquiles. the food came out and it looked good. The burger was ok, wasnt anything amazing. The salad, was bland, with like Taco Bell cheese and the steak is all chopped up and pretty fatty. My friend really enjoyed hers and it had a kick to it. They both ordered the packed Bloody Mary which is $3 more and all you get is a piece of bacon... Very skimpy either way their fries to, they were good, nice and crispy. Don't get their blue cheese dressing, it's so watery. Would we come back, probably when I want a beer and looking for an appetizer. It's a bit on the expensive side to. The only true great thing was our server, Jordan, she was awesome and attentive.

It does not matter the brand. I don't drink beer and I don't like the taste of it. I am not a fan of beer. Yecch! Ugh! So there! Ha! Even though I have this dislike for beer, why am I on this tour and what is up with the 4 star rating? Just because I have a negative opinion of beer, it does not mean giving a bad rating such as a one or two stars. I am being objective of Anheuser Busch. The tour is interesting and, of course, I love their Clydesdale horses and their beer commercials during the holiday season. To see the facility, all of us are required to wear ear plugs and clear plastic goggles as a safety measure. The decibel level in the facility is high and the ear plugs are for our protection. One of the buildings has these humongous steel kegs (72 feet long and I didn't hear the height of these kegs) for storing the beer. The building is four story high. Temperature on the first level is 50° and 36° on the 4th level. There is also a metal container with beechwood chip. We have a choice of keeping it as a souvenir or returning it. Our group is divided in two groups, 25 people in each group. One group goes on the tour of the facility while the other group goes to the tasting room. I am in the second group. Tasting room, here I come. I choose a bottle of mango rita to try. It is a tad too sweet. I only have four small sips because of the sugar level. I leave the rest of that beverage on the table. When the first group returns from the tour, they go to the tasting room. The second group goes on the tour. Our two tour guides are pleasant and articulate in providing the history of Anheuser Busch. Their service is superb and they are informative. The gift shop is nice place to visit, but I did not purchase anything.
