The crew cleaned up every day, Sean directed traffic around some major equipment, disruptions were negligible, and the wall turned out beautifully. We had bids that were lower, but I felt confident that Sean was the right person for the job. In this case we definitely got what we paid for and more.

Francisco ordered a chimney cap within my budget and his team reconstructed the chimney so we are now water safe. It took awhile due to back ordering of the cap, plus had to wait out all the rain (which went on and on and ON), but he was very communicative giving updates via text periodically. He charged me less than what he estimated in the end due to the delays and also the actual job taking less time than expected, which was much appreciated. His two crew guys were very friendly as well, I was out gardening the day they installed and they even offered to help me shovel mulch (they could see I was struggling - LOL).
