They seem to be very professional and knowledged, I ended up going with another company that was willing to do the grounding exactly as the permit requested rather than having them come out again if the permit was rejected again. That's the part that made me go with a different electrician.

Nick was the first to respond within minutes...at 8 o'clock at night! We FaceTimed him (after seeing all of his five star Yelp reviews) to show him our problem, and he gave immediate advice, which we followed. He said he would be out first thing in the morning. He was! We had to replace a few circuits that were fried and decided to do a full breaker box maintenance (to prevent this from happening again) because it probably hadn't been serviced...ever...in 25 years. Nick went far over and above expectations. He threw in upgrading a garage outlet while he was here and put in a whole house surge protector at a very discounted rate since we went with the full breaker box maintenance package. Our breaker box now looks and works like it is brand new. His work comes with a two year warranty! Nick was extremely personable and honest. I added him to my contacts because we will be contacting him with any future electrical issues. In short, there is a reason for all of the five star reviews, you will rate him with 5 stars as well when call him for service, I guarantee it!

We hired this company to repair a water leak and replace our water heater. While the leak itself…read morewas eventually fixed and the job did ultimately pass every city inspection, the process took about a month longer than it should have and cost us real time, stress, and lost work -- issues we feel other homeowners should know about before hiring. Work began July 5th with tank removal and drywall demo by Collen S. and his partner. The next day, they repaired the leak by replacing about 6 feet of PEX line, and a subcontractor patched the drywall. About 20 minutes after the patch was done, Collen S. told us the new water heater install was good to go. We specifically asked whether a permit was needed -- for both the leak repair and the water heater install -- and Collen S. and his partner told us twice that day that it wasn't. We requested one anyway. That turned out to matter a great deal. On July 14th, Collen S. gave us only about 30 minutes' notice before the inspector arrived, even though we had asked him to give us a day in advance so we could request time off work to be present. The inspector arrived anyway, and when we asked directly, he confirmed that both the water heater installation and the PEX line replacement had been done without the required permits -- meaning both jobs were effectively illegal until they could be properly permitted and inspected. This flatly contradicted what Collen S. and his partner had told us twice on-site. The next day, we called the company's manager, Steve, and raised three concerns: the contradictory permit information, the last-minute inspection notice, and our request for a different crew going forward. On July 21st, a new tech, Michael, introduced himself, and the City of Eastvale inspected the drywall repair. The city did not approve it and required the wall reopened for a mold check. Michael returned that same day to reopen it. On July 27th, the city inspected inside the wall, confirmed no mold, and approved the space to be patched and the water heater reinstalled. Drywall repatching happened August 3rd, and the final inspection closed everything out August 6th -- roughly a month after the leak repair began. On top of the permit issues, we were also pressured more than once to buy add-on services unrelated to our leak. Collen S. showed us "dirty" pipes at least twice in what felt less like genuine advice and more like an attempt to play on our emotions to drive a commission-based sale of a whole-house filtration system. He also pushed a full home re-pipe on separate occasions -- again, unrelated to what we'd actually called about. To be fair, the leak repair itself was solid, the city inspectors were thorough, and the job ultimately passed every inspection with no mold found. But getting there cost us two additional days off work -- one for the re-inspection that was only necessary because permits weren't pulled correctly from the start, and one for the wall re-closing after the unapproved drywall job had to be reopened -- plus significant back-and-forth to sort out miscommunication that should never have happened. We're hopeful the company will work with us to make this right, since the repairs themselves held up -- it was everything around them that fell short. A crew not knowing (or misrepresenting) basic permit requirements, and using emotional pressure tactics to upsell unrelated services, are things we don't think any customer should have to tolerate -- and we'd encourage this company to address both with its technicians directly. Because of the permit miscommunication that left our repairs technically illegal for over a week, the last-minute inspection scheduling, the repeated upselling pressure, and the extra days off work it all cost us, we cannot recommend this company.

Someone came out and handed them tickets and then once the tickets were handed out they were told they could leave and come back. Of course the boys left and then returned at 10:30. They had numbers on the tickets and when getting in line to purchase the needohs people were allowed to go in and make Needoh purchases that didn't have a ticket. Which was confusing and on top of that the order of the tickets were not being honored. It was very disappointing. Did they get Needohs yes, but was this event also unorganized and not well thought out 100%. I get that things happen and in cases like this people will be disappointed. It's also okay for Ace Hardware to admit, yeah we messed up. A side note, the Needohs were up priced, they were about $12.99 and the quality of the Needohs were not that great. A lot of inconsistencies and then looking into it more they aren't on the retailer list. All of these things can just be small mistakes and that is all fine but the event itself just seemed unorganized. Not the best experience. I heard they did sell out on overpriced Needohs, good for Ace Hardware.

I've used his services before I can't believe I haven't wrote a review yet. I had an issue with my lights in the hallway and in the living room when I would turn the light switch on one light will turn on and then a couple seconds later the next light will turn on. Gabriel was able to troubleshoot the problem over the phone he came out the following day to look at it. Pros: Quick response, I didn't feel like he was trying to nickel and dime me or over sell a product. He was very friendly and he was really cool with my dogs. And this guy is fast! I never even saw him take a break. And he cleaned up after he was done. I don't know how many times I've had somebody do some kind of work at my house and they leave paper or some kind of trash behind. Not this guy. Cons: I guess the only con is that he starts early on the weekends and I like to sleep in wanted him there at 12 but he said for the job that he needed to do it was best that he got there at nine see complete within the day. Which I totally got. Conclusion: if you want somebody honest theawon't try to take you for every single penny, clean, efficient this is a guy read more

I am so pleased to write this review. I received a very reasonable estimate to have my kitchen ceiling, fluorescent lights changed to LED dimmer lighting. Mr. Rivas was able to make time for me a week before Christmas. He prepared the kitchen with plastic coverings. He is knowledgeable and professional, and a very nice man too. He answered all of my questions. He completed the work in a few hours, took all the debris with him and left me very happy with my new, brighter kitchen lighting. If you have worked with construction people before you know its hit or miss. either you get a good company but they charge you so much its hard to recover, or you take a chance on a lower price company and there work is just okay.
