I got my husband's order taken care of. I still needed a minute and finally decided on my sandwich. And this is when things really started to go down hill. We stood at the counter waiting to pay. Waiting, waiting, standing there like a couple idiots. The young gal behind the counter let some other customer cut us off and pay for some random drinks. And then we just stood there. I asked the gal if she was going to ring us up and she said no. "Go sit down and you pay when you get your food". Well, that would have been nice to know if someone would have told us that in the first place. We finally paid for our order, got our food and a table. Once we made our way there, we waited a bit longer and then ordered a bagel toasted with salmon cream cheese -- and then back to the original line we were in to order an iced coffee with oat milk. Service was okay... not the friendliest (as others have said, perhaps a bit overwhelmed or shorthanded?) and the bagel and coffee were also just okay.
