    RE: Beyond 5-star service!…read more In early spring, our family returned to our newly build home for the second time to find an extremely cold walk-out basement and continued breathing/health issues. We received a referral from Structure Tech inspection firm to contact Tom with ENVIROWORLD USA, turning out to be an absolute blessing for our family. Our home was impacted by the Weyerhaeuser toxic floor joists in a newly constructed home that required us to stay in a hotel for over four months due to formaldehyde levels making the home uninhabitable. The basement required complete renovation of the basement joists to fix the product omitting lethal levels of formaldehyde. Once completed, our basement was 15-20F degree difference from the other levels on the home, Air Exchanger problems, HRV core missing, subcontractors not responding to our phone calls feeling hopeless with no-responses from our builder and suppliers who created the problem. Additionally, the formaldehyde was "fixed", but my four-year-old daughter continued to battle with respiratory and otolaryngology issues daily, inner ear infections/ongoing sinus drainage due to bad air quality in our home. Tom from ENVIROWORLD USA not only fixed our cold basement but turned our homes air quality to hospital grade levels with HEPA Home Filtration System, delivered the experience of the exact same temperature across our entire three floors, and Steam Humidifier. Tom has always made us feel as his number one priority and have never experienced this level of customer commitment in my lifetime. Not only is Tom the most experienced and knowledgeable Indoor Air Quality and HVAC expert, he is extremely passionate for the work he does and delivers results with everything promised and more.     Had an issue with another company that installed the unit and didn't trust them so looked on here…read moreand found Enviroworld. Called them on a Friday at 7 at night expecting to leave a message but the owner, Tom, was available and answered. Told him the issue and he took the time to talk with me and understood my concern. When he looked at the mini split unit, he diagnosed the Freon was low. The unit was installed in May and he said there was no way that it should have been gone by now. Thought that the company, who apparently has good reviews, put in a small amount to begin with. That company suggested that a part was the issue and that it would take hours to fix. It's hard to find honest contractors but feel Tom has the owners best interest at heart and will use them again.

    I recently bought retaining wall blocks, brick pavers, gravel, and sand from them -- about $1300…read moreworth. ISSUE #1: They delivered the wrong color retaining wall blocks. When I questioned the driver, he insisted they were the correct color. So I installed them. I needed a few more, and when I went to pick them up they brought me the correctly colored ones, so I asked that they come and pick up the installed ones (which I uninstalled before they came, but I did not haul them out to the driveway) and replace them with the correct ones. ISSUE #2: The same driver that insisted my blocks were the correct color was sent to pick up the wrong-colored blocks. He needed to go into the backyard to collect them one by one. I was not home at the time, but when I returned, the gate through which he had to pass 30+ times was sprung (i.e., it had been forced to open further than the hinges were designed to open, thus bending the hinges so that the gate would no longer close completely). Though I did not see this happen, there is no other person who would have been at our house that day, let along going through the gate. I informed the business that this had happened and they said they'd send someone out to take care of it. A week later, I was tired of waiting to be able to close the gate in order to contain my twoLabradors, so I bought new hinges and fixed it myself. A few days later, when I returned the wooden pallets to the business (in order to get my deposit back for them), I mentioned that I'd like some consideration for this. ISSUE #3: The "clerk" at the register adjacent to the one I was at spoke up and said "That's not the way it works! I'm one of the owners. I spoke to the driver, and he said the gate was open and he didn't touch it." I said "So, my claim is totally discounted because your driver said he didn't touch the gate." He said "yes". I said I'd had multiple problems dealing with them, and he said dealing with my order had been a total disaster, and directed me to leave in an aggressive tone. I must say that all of the other employees that I had dealt with were very helpful and friendly -- noticeably so (ignoring the fact that the driver had been dishonest about his mistake). However, this part-owner's very aggressive and unfair approach totally soured me on this business. UPDATE: After I emailed the part-owner (who was the offending party referred to above) indicating that I had posted this review and a similar one with the BBB, he treated the issue with the type of attitude that a customer should expect. He reimbursed me for the cost of the new hinges plus $20 for my time to replace them. His emails to me on this issue were much more civil than was my one encounter with him at his business.
