They answered the phone right away, and…read morethe time between me hanging up and me having the keys back in my hand was less than 20 minutes -- service was friendly and fast and super affordable at only $30. I absentmindedly locked my keys in my car the night before and called a few places the following morning to have my door opened. The first place I was able to get a hold of told me it'd be a one hour wait and at least $100, but in the meantime, I called Jensen automotive and within less than 10 minutes they were at my car and less than 10 minutes after that, my keys were in my possession. Not only that, Ron the person who came to help was nothing but positive and polite. It was clear that he was actually there to help rather than just received a payout. Get this: the quicker, friendlier service was also the most affordable. The last time I was locked out I paid 120+. Today it only cost me $32 because of Jensen Automotive. Couldn't recommend more! Turned what looked to be a day ruiner to just a minor inconvenience.

Showed up today and was told my appointment was at 2:30, despite having two emails to the contrary. Bottom line, you have been warned. After my vehicle was inspected and work completed I am adding additional information to my post. I feel that their service/evaluation was thorough, and their communication throughout the process was exemplary. They are going to do follow up work on my brakes and I will see how that goes. I understand that anyone can have a bad day, and I think they deserve a second chance at a first impression based on how they handled the scheduling error, and their word-of-mouth reputation.

I needed a temporary tailpipe repair. They could have put a…read moresleeve over the existing tailpipe and muffler rear pipe. Or cut out the pipe ahead of the muffler and install a new piece of pipe to the new muffler, install any muffler on hand and re connect the tailpipe. But NO. They said no "original type muffler was available anywhere. So they refused to weld a sleeve behind the muffler and make a temporary repair as I'm leaving for several weeks. They also suggested removing the catalytic converter and installing a straight pipe . Not acceptable to me, as I'd have all kinds of warning lights on the dashboard. I returned to the house where I'm leaving my truck, my friend's neighbor has a welder and some exhaust pipe. I cut a piece of pipe to make a sleeve cut it length wise to expand it slipped it in my exhaust pipe and welded it up. 30 minutes later a superb repair. It'll be good until the muffler goes bad
