There was a slight communication barrier, but he was kind throughout the service. Unfortunately, the workmanship was not what I expected, especially for a pedicure priced upward of $60. I left with polish residue on the front and sides of multiple toes, and several nails were filed unevenly/crooked. While I appreciated his kindness, the final result felt rushed and lacked the clean, detailed finish I would expect at that price point. The lady doing my toes was so sweet & was trying to work with my chipped toes. The French tip almost seemed impossible because of my toes but I knew that coming in. Lauren (owner) overheard our conversation about my chipped toe nails, & kindly offered her help. She stepped in & was extremely thorough in making sure they looked "perfect" and to her standards. Her attention to detail was heartwarming. She also took the opportunity to lovingly help mentor her staff and guide them on how to work around my broken nails. I even paid for upgraded services, including extra massage time, lotions, and callus remover, yet the entire pedicure was finished in under 50 minutes. There was absolutely no soak time before or during the treatment, and my heels actually looked worse by the end. And when I pointed this out, Lisa began cutting the skin on my heels with cuticle clippers. I had to ask the front desk to translate that I did not want my skin cut. I highly recommend skipping the upgraded pedicure services, it's not worth the extra cost. And if you're looking for a relaxing experience, I wouldn't recommend Lisa for a pedicure.

I was happy with the service, (regular) polish lasted over a week, and still looked good. My daughter's acrylics turned out just as she asked but chipped the next day. She called the salon and was squeezed in at the end of the day (perfect because she had to wait to go until after work). Not only was her nail fixed, the nail tech redid the polish on all of them because she realized the polish she had used wouldn't really last very long on the tips (glitter). Additionally, I said I wanted pearly white color on my toe nails, similar to my fingers. The lady didn't understand, nodded her head and painted them normal white. On top of everything, there was a loud person on FaceTime basically screaming into her phone the entire time. It was not a customer, maybe a friend of an employee?
