We were at Sutter Health Park for the Giants Fan Fest today and the On Deck Shop was open. Unfortunately there weren't any great sales going on. This would have been a good opportunity to get rid of last year's products and to make way for this years gear. People love deals and this would have really gotten then into the store. Instead there was no line to get into the store and it was nearly empty. Everyone was at the park for autographs and all the free stuff that was being offered by the Giants. I do love going to the On Deck Shop. There is always so much great stuff in the store, if only they were more reasonably priced. I love the sparkly tops. I do have a few jerseys that I wear proudly. I have a Willie Mays Jersey and a couple of other Jerseys. I'm most proud of the Willie Mays Jersey. It's a classic with the off white coloring. You can see it in my picture, other they you can't tell who's jersey it is as I'm facing forward. I would love to get another one of one of the current players, but they are way too expensive. I also realized that they are hot to wear in the summer. When it get into the 100's you don't want a jersey on as the material is too think. You'd be better of wearing one of the tank tops or t-shirts they well in the On Deck Shop. I wore a jersey today with a black long sleeve top under it as it was a chilly day. As it turns out it was a perfect spring day. A high of 61, perfect jersey weather, not to hot and not too cold. Maybe next year the weather will be just as good and I'll be able to wear my Jersey without the black long sleeve top under it. read more

Very clean store with friendly and knowledgeable staff! It was my first time going, but they had great discounts available. I was even able to get an all-cotton shirt for around $16. They have a lot of options for any price point, so just be sure to take your time and explore the racks. I ordered a cap on 4/24/25 and paid for priority usps shipping. It's now 5/13/25 and it's not scheduled to be delivered until 5/15/25. The worst customer service as in there is none. Do not order anything to be delivered unless you don't need it for 4 to 6 weeks. I wouldn't be so mad except I paid for three day shipping WTH?! read more

Attentive staff and tons of RC & Giants gear. I hit this place up for a hat (they have fitted caps, which for some reason can sometimes be hard to find) and a sweatshirt before heading out to a Giants game. They also had some vintage-style Solons and SF Seals shirts, which I love. read more

Date: 6/18/2019 12:15 PM 99° Hot and sunny I could only stand the heat for about 15 minutes, so I exited the "outdoor kitchen" of Raley Field. Being in the shade helped somewhat, but the coolest place to be was the On Deck Shop. It's air conditioned and an amazingly cool atmosphere. The shop was filled with cool Rivercats merchandise - tee shirts, caps, mugs, plushies, rally towels, etc. Even the employees were cool and helpful. Can I say totally cool, dude? How about totally awesome, dude? Enough of that! I'm being silly with this cool business. There I go again with the word cool. LOL Browsed briefly and even took a selfie. It did not take me too long to buy two tee shirts and two rally towels. I don't have any Rivercats gear except for a cap that I won several years ago at an Oakland A's Fanfest while singing take me out to the ballgame with people around me. I wished I could have stayed longer in the shop, but my next stop was to get lunch and brave the hot weather. The rally towel came in handy. Wetted the towel with water and placed it behind my neck to cool down. read more

The Rivercats offer lots of different food selections. But their DINGER HOT DOG is GROSS, TASTELESS, and the CASING is UNCHEWABLE! And they cost $12.95! The Service was par for the course and EVEREY check out asks for a TIP. But the venue is great and the Sacramento Downtown skyline is nice to view from the 3rd baseline seats. read more

If you're a fan of the Sacramento Rivercats, then this is probably the only store locally where you can find Rivercats swag. Even better if you're a Giants fan because they sell Giants gear here too since the Rivercats are the Giant's minor league affiliate. They have a great selection of hats and t-shirts along with other knick knacks. They are opened during games and non game days, as well as during the off-season. read more

Total BULLSHIT! I came in with 3 other people. One of them being my daughter who's birthday is today. She and I both had our purses with us. Walked in got purses looked through, no problem. Had a beer bought garlic fries and dipping dots. Already have spent well over $200. Wanted to smoke, left my party got hand stamped. Walked the dam block down the street. Came back to go back inside to celebrate my youngest 18 yeah 18th birthday with her. To be told I CANT GO BACK IN WITH MY PURSE!! That it is to big.... I tried to explain that I have already been inside, that my party is in there and (SORRY FOR MY LACK OF RESPECT ) the bit$h at the gate won't let me back in. So now I'm stuck sitting by myself in a area I don't know in hopes of getting a hold of someone. Way to follow the fucking rules River cats crew. Happy Birthday to my baby girl I guess huh?!? The Rivercats shop has something for every Rivercats/Giants fan. It is well laid out with a section for Men, Women and Children. The staff is nice and helpful. It gets super busy on game days. I usually go there on non- game days so I can take my time shopping. Park in the green lot closest to the entrance to the park. Would be 5 stars if they had longer hours but, I understand it's not as busy in the winter. read more

I love going to Rivercats games! But the on deck shop is a little less than satisfactory. The prices are high (to be expected), but the shop is laid out in a confusing fashion. And they generally only have 1-2 staff at any time, so on a busy game night there is hardly an opportunity to ask a question. The staff are very pleasant though, so that's a plus. read more
