We've been coming here for years. Love how everything in there is easy to find. Friendly staff. They are always happy to help and answer questions. My daughter has a long and narrow foot. So finding the right shoe for her is ALWAYS difficult. When we were there this last time, she literally tried on about 7 pair of shoes. I wish I could remember the guy's name who helped us, but he was and always is awesome. Made a call since I live 40 min away. Called and gave specific shoe size and name so I wouldn't get to this place and be told they didn't have what I was looking for. Arrive and ask for shoe that I requested. Bigger set guy sitting down on computer barking orders to the other girl working, to check in the back for shoe. Girl came back and informed me the shoe was not in. I proceeded to ask the bigger set guy that I had called to avoid what had just happened. He begins to argue with me that I asked for a different shoe that they had in stock. I told him that was not so, he continues wanting to argue and I walk out. Horrible customer service. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ‼I bought a Spain jersey and noticed there were two holes in the back due to when the employee took of the security tag. I went back to ask for a refund and spoke to the MANAGER on the phone since he was not in store. He told me he could only give me store credit since their store policy says no refunds, even though the jersey was damaged by the store . I got another product but I was unsatisfied since I had no other choice but to chose something else. I'm from out of town so it was either settle for something I didn't need or stay with a ripped jersey. Very unprofessional. Also noticed some of the adidas jerseys looked like knock offs (fake) jerseys. So, I am a soccer coach and have been coaching youth sports for over 20 years now. I buy tons of sports gear, especially soccer equipment, shoes, balls, you name it for the upcoming soccer season. I have 3 young boys who all play soccer and every year we have to get them new soccer cleats. This year we got cleats for my youngest and he picked out a Puma shoe. While we were there the salespeople did not really help us, never really gave us any suggestions, made us tie the shoes and left us to figure it out alone. Horrible customer service, lazy employees who were on their phone the entire time. The reason I am writing this review is their Puma shoe for my youngest boy was horrendous, it gave him a severe blister on both ankles. He wore it one time at soccer camp and was in tears the entire week because of the blister, his ankles were raw meat, very sad. I called the store at least 6 times with no answer, no one picks up the phone, I also left two messages to see what we can do. Can you give me a store credit or something, show us that you care about us as a customer? As a coach, I spend at least $1,000 a year on gear and equipment and the teams I coach, sometimes more. Is it worth pissing off a customer, I guess so? While I was there today the lady could give two craps and was on her phone texting as I was complaining, unbelievable and could not believe it. She went in the back for 2 seconds to talk with God who knows and says there is nothing they can do, you wore it, and it is yours, tough luck! I mean at least work with me to show that you care, like give me a store credit or maybe on my next purchase you get 25% off or something, anything. Like I said they didn't care at all in what I had to say. I hope it was worth it because you lost a customer, and I would never refer anyone to your store. I coach 3 teams and have around 60 families who need gear. Good riddance. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I bought a pair of cleats from here, once i tried them on they were a little small so i tried to bring them back in 2 days later. They wouldn't do anything to help return or exchange or give store credit or anything! They said it explains it on the receipt, but you don't get the receipt until the purchase is already final. I didn't even know the cleats were on sale when i bought them. You should make people aware before buying something that you will not accept any kind of return. Myself and my two daughters visited the store at the end of July as Soccer was scheduled to begin in August. I figured since not a major sports store that the prices would be higher however to my SURPRISE the prices were comparable to what you would find online and you receive GREAT customer service. We worked with SANA! She was great! This is the first time my daughters have played soccer so we obviously needed help. Sana exceeded my expectations! She assisted the girls by helping them find socks, shoes and shin guards that fit them properly. She was super patient and offered us a promotion they had running that I had no idea about. I also recently made a trip to the store to pick up some socks and again I received great customer service! I will definitely be returning! Soccer City is my go to Soccer store!! I am never coming back to the store again. Their customer service and return policy are horrible. I came after my husband bought cleats for my son. Upon the recommendation of an employee who sized my son, my husband bought size 12.5 cleats. This surprised me because my son normally wears at least a 13. But I deferred to the store's recommendation. The reason I went in was that my younger child needed cleats as well a couple weeks later. I got her sized and and then happened to ask if they could resize my son. They resized him at a size one, which is 1.5 sizes larger than the 12.5. I explained that my son had just been in a couple weeks before and was sized for a smaller size and asked for an exchange. I wanted to bring back the 12.5 in exchange for the larger shoe. I was told no, only if the shoe had not been worn. I explained that my son had worn it for 2 games but they were still in great condition, and all I wanted was an exchange to correct the sizing mistake. The employee got an attitude with me and said she didn't know what employee made the recommendation and essentially it wasn't the store's problem. She also began speaking Spanish about me to another employee, whom she left to help me. I started off working in customer service years ago and my 1st manager taught me, correctly, that the customer is always right. In this case I made a reasonable request and was not only declined, but declined rudely. I will never return and encourage all others who value customer service to avoid this store like the plague. read more

I have been purchasing soccer equipment at Soccer City for the last 6 years for my daughter & son. The prices are very reasonable. The $10 ball vouchers we got from NFA this year was so much preferable to the crappy Admiral soccer balls the league issued the previous season. Awesome new soccer store in Natomas. Needed new cleats and have been buying the newer version of the same boots for years which I can no longer get in the US. The manager of the store was very helpful, giving me recommendations and assisting me with trying on multiple pairs and sizes, etc. Best part - they matched an online price I found. Can't beat great, in-person customer service and getting the same prices you'd find online.
