We've been paddle board camping for the last 3 days and read the great Yelp reviews. They did not disappoint. The folks understand service like no body's business! They had places to charge our cell phones and we're happy to fill our water jugs and put them in their freezers for us. They were happy to mail some letters we had and offered to drive us to the store down the road when we asked where to buy some fruit. When we said no but thanks, they drove down to the store and bought us fruit and wouldn't take any money for it. The little boy Drake bought the fruit with his own money. He just said "pay it forward."

Had it with a side of sweet potato fries with an optional cinnamon sugar, YUM. I also had a cup of beans with sausage and cornbread and onion fritters. Kim, the owner, even gave me the pigtail. This is no run of the mill greasy spoon place. It has hometown feeling all over it.
