The staff is polite, the work is done quickly, and they are significantly less expensive than many other glass shops. This time, I had two shattered side windows (just some of Richmond's delightful vandals having a good time). They got my car in quickly, replaced the windows, and even vacuumed all of the shattered glass out of my car! The receptionist is well organized, gives you all of the information you need, and is sweet and professional at the same time. The waiting area is clean, and they offer coffee and snacks. One time I took a car in because the rear view mirror had broken off (nothing to do with their work'!), and they fixed it for free. This shop will be my car glass place from now on: pleasant employees, excellent prices, and great service.

Windshield was replaced…read more Notified before pickup they could not due to calibration because they did not have updated software. I would need to take it somewhere else. The estimate had been based on doing both. They did not breakdown cost in estimate. Mind you there are safety features aligned with the calibration. Called around got estimate from Nissan. Told them how much it was and I expected it to be deducted from estimate. Long story short I walked away with an unsafe vehicle and an additional cost to get vehicle right. They should not have attempted the job if they could not do the whole job. This was just messy! I would not recommend using them for any replacements without guarantee they have what is needed to do the job. Additional time and money and putting someone in unsafe vehicle is the outcome. Beware.

I took our truck in for another windshield replacement, which was scheduled by phone. Nita at the window made check-in easy and quick. My daughters and I settled into the sprawling waiting area, complete with desks, vending machines, and complementary coffee and water. I LOVE LOVE LOVE that there was no TV or Muzak blaring, just peaceful calm. I was impressed with how quickly my truck was taken back and the work started. Caleb brought my keys to me when it was done and went over the restrictions till the windshield sets. It looks fantastic. He's friendly and professional, just like Nita. There was a billing error I caught via exit text, and Nita immediately corrected the issue and resolved it within a minute of my bringing it to her attention. She provided a print receipt as reassurance. I really appreciate the extra mile. And I think it's a good value, too!
