First off this place is by far rude AF. The sales text me and harassed me because I decided not to get a car this day they couldn't give me the proper information for the financing company for the car nor a solid monthly payment. I looked at five cars that day one had ripped seats and a cracked window another one how to check engine light with ripped seats another one had cigarette burns in it the other one the alarm wouldn't stop ringing and one had a check engine light on and tags were expired the guy told me that they would fix the check engine light before I take it that day. After I decided not to buy it the guy that didn't even help me text me and started harassing me they offer you Uber rides to the location but they don't specify if you buy a car or not they would pay for it but before you go they tell you they're going to pay for your ride and they don't. It has gotten to the point that I block this number now because he continues to message me make sure you're careful when you go here and don't give out any information to these people unless you want to be harassed read more

Great all around experience. Manny took great care of me. I spotted what I wanted and drove out from Pasadena to see it. I laid all my cards down and said look my credit is f'd up and this is what I have to put down($2k). I was looking at a low mileage 2012 SUV for $11,995 and he made it happen. There were a couple lil things nothing major on it and he offered to make them right if we closed the deal to which we did and he kept his word. We were in and out in 2.5hrs and I picked it up 2days later and everything was handled. Highly recommend, this by far was one of my best car buying experiences through a dealership! read more

Im doing all of you a favor......Do not go to this place. It is a scam. THEY SELL FAULTY CARS. They used to be Jims Auto, they've changed the name for whatever reason. They act like they do good business, but in reality they target people who are desperate. They are very disrespectful, and I honestly hope someone shuts them down. DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE HERE! My wife and I came here as first time buyers , hoping we would be taken care of. But the owner Joseph , is beyond rude and unhelpful. We put 1500 down on their 2009 inifinti g37 , they tell us "it'll be ready for you in the next few days". Two weeks go by and they tell me it won't pass a smog check do to it's computer system being locked. Then they tell me they replaced my catalytic converter , all without informing me I'd be waiting. DO NOT COME HERE! We bought a BMW it's been a week and they have not given us our contract, they had us sign the contract and after we signed it they gave us a list of everything the car needed to be fixed. They didn't even let us test drive it. We took it to BMW and the car has oil leak, brakes don't work, they also gave us the car with 0 oil. So far we've paid 800 to get this car fixed. I called to see if they can pay for everything that we have put into this car and manny said "well that's what you bought" They make you write a good review don't fall for their trap. HORRIBLE dealer, going to court to get my 3,000 down payment I gave and have a few people that are going to court with me to speak in regards to this dealer.
