The owner had sold the truck that Monday night to another party!!! The bank, my husband, and myself had attempted contacting the owner several times on Wednesday from the time they opened until I finally had them answer the phone when I hid my number, he tried to say that he had never heard anything from my husband or anyone however I have the emails and phone records to prove it. They will appear to be honest and forthcoming at first however their true colors will show shortly. I am very disappointed and hope that no other family has to deal with the lying and betrayal of this establishment.

Nick sales person is unethical and lies to get cars sold, Andrew finance manager unethical had to reprint paperwork twice because I told him things were not matching two different prices, two different rates and he stated "the numbers just looks different on paper" no you are being fraudulent and manipulative hoping I wasn't paying attention. General manager also unethical repeat calls at least once a week since tine of purchase no response of return calls. I purchased a red 2019 KIA Sportage in Orlando, Florida and was almost paid off until I got a call from Matt Castrucci by the Dayton Mall Area, to come in to get a new car and trade in my 2019 kia sportage in the summer of 2024. A person's name was given to me for an appointment to see, and I went there and Rudy has greeted me, and gave me to someone else and not the person whom I am there to see. I was given a 2025 Kia Sportage that look like the same car I just traded in and plain, and I did my research online with them and multiple kia dealership about that same car, and found out they over charged me. So, I complained to them about it, and they didn't want to take the car back, but later on they did, after another kia dealership was going to switch me out. They switched me out in Feb/2025, and the person who sold me the first car was going into my car taking things out without my permission, he went through my car and found the paperwork of the car he sold me first, then handed it over to Rudy, and it upset me. Then I notice things were missing out my car, and when I confronted them about it, they don't know nothing. The car they sold to me next, was what I wanted, but! I didn't know they didnt provide me with GAP insurance on this new 2025 kia sportage prestige until 2026 of April. My car was hit by another driver who was at fault, and the car is now, which is totaled, I went to matt castrucci, and they told me i didn't have GAP insurance through them. I AM HURT, LOST, AND WITHOUT A CAR, AND WITH A REMAINDER LOAN IF ANY, I HAVE TO PAY OUT OF POCKET.
