I will start by saying I love it being a stationary food truck camper right in front of their brewery. It's a great idea and fun vibe. But eh. I had high hopes for this place as I've heard great things but the line is always long when I'm in the area or I've already eaten elsewhere so I hadn't gotten to try it until now. They were definitely busy and my order went from 10-15 min to more like 30 minutes to prepare. I got the Crispi Patty Melt with the veggie patty and it just didn't slap like I hoped. The flavor was kind of bland and it was mostly just drenched in sauce. Knowing how much others like it, and as much time as I spend in the area, I will probably try it again in the future but order something else on the menu. read more

I was in the neighborhood about a week ago and while I was waiting for my appointment, I pulled out my phone to find a quick place to grab something to eat on my way back to Pooler and I ended finding Crispi! Really happy with the results. Now this is a small food truck sitting directly outside of a brewery on a side street and a pretty quaint central Savannah neighborhood so don't be surprised if you drive by looking for the wrong structure. The day I pulled up, the Brother working the counter was tending to a couple of orders and clearly looked bothered. I found out later that he was a Boston Celtics fan and just recently heard about the Jaylen Brown trade so of course he was upset, but nevertheless, he gave me great service! He hooked me up with a patty melt and then a double and I have to say both burgers were really tasty. A coworker told me that if I was in Starland, then I needed to stop by Crispi burger for a crunch wrap, smash burger. We were popping in and out of a couple stores when all of a sudden Crispi was right in front of us. We didn't want to ruin our dinner, but decided we could split one as a snack since we still had a couple hours before our reservation. Plus, it was the perfect time to take a break from the heat, have a bite, and sit upstairs at the brewery to cool off. As was recommended to me, if you see this food truck, you definitely need to stop the contra. It wasn't a line so we were able to pull up and walk right up. The owners were helpful and we prefer pretty quickly. Cute food truck and signs were very understandable and you got to add on or take off what you didn't want on your burger. This could very well be the best burger I've ever eaten in my life. We were visiting the area and I saw some reviews for their burgers so I had to swing through and try it out. I've had a lot of great burgers but the crispy edges they manage to obtain on their burgers were way over the top. I wish I had stayed in front of the grill to watch and see how they created such a masterpiece, so I could attempt to create it at home. It's both a blessing and a curse I don't live near here, I'd be there several times a week and also likely 300lbs. I'm amazed the line wasn't down the block for something this good. Went there yesterday with wife around 3 pm. No one in line at food truck and no one in food truck. Sign on food truck window said that it was too hot and to order online. Walked upstairs to Two Tides Brewery. Two bartenders and only two patrons at bar drinking. I said I needed to order. I was told: Go back downstairs and order at food truck. I told them no one was at food truck. They told me then to just order on line; they can't help; no in-person ordering. When put in the order on line - even though there were no other customers in-line or waiting, online platform said it would take 30 minutes to make two burgers. We left. ZERO customer service and 30 minutes to make two hamburgers in a food truck when we are the only two customers is a joke. Too hot in a food truck - that has a ductless AC attached??? Cry me a river.
