Holy crap does this place suck! 1. I took my bike in for service, I was told it would be done over the weekend, and when I went to pick it up, I was told to bring it back. When I did bring it back it took 2 weeks to replace a rubber fuel hose, and it was done as I showed up to pick up my bike. 2. I bought some bags from them for $800 (similar ones were selling online for $200-350), They broke within 3 days. I went to take it in for warranty (at the same time my bike was being left for 2 weeks), and I called 3 times over the 2 weeks to make sure that they look at it so it can be warrantied, they didn't. When I went to pick up the bike the broken one was still there and they said parts didn't deal with it, take it to service. Service said they don't deal with it, take it to parts. So I took the bags off the bike, dropped them off for a return, they refused saying it's not their policy to take back product, but they will warranty it. This was in April. It's now August, and they STILL have done nothing. I've call HD corporate customer service 3x now, and nobody can figure out what's happening with it. I've been told it's been ordered 6x now, 3 from parts tech, 2 from manager, 1 from corporate customer service rep, but still no proof of that happening. I want to return this bike because HD seems to not know what the F they're doing and can't do something as simple as order a stupid replacement part! Quality -0 Responsiveness -0 Responsibility -0 Care about their customers -0 Competent -0 I would give negative stars if I could, but that's not an option here. I won't be recommending HD to any friends or family, and I won't be purchasing my next bike from HD, I won't be buying any other parts or accessories from them, and I won't be taking my bike here for service. read more

Talked to John over the phone and put in for my financing online He said " You're good to go " This was a big question I had due to the 3 hr drive to their location. I was looking at a 2014 Road Glide. My friend was also looking at a bike also. John told him "I will have the bike ready and waiting for you to take a test drive when you come down." Upon arriving to Riverside Harley after a 3 hour drive We found that NOTHING in the store was priced. ONLY new bikes NO used bikes were priced. The bikes we were supposed to look at were not there. We could not tell which bikes we were supposed to look at due to the fact that all the bikes were mixed together with no pricing. So our salesperson, Steve, took us over to the warehouse. The warehouse has 10 to 15 bikes in various disrepair, such as the first thing we were greeted with, a Road King with a towel sticking out the bottom of it and a puddle of oil the size of an apple pie. We found my friend's bike( with the preview certified sticker on it) only to find that the battery was dead and it was dirty. This should've clued us in on what we had gotten ourselves into, an unprepared, lying dealership who will do anything to get their customers to come down and buy something. After 30 minutes of waiting they were finally able to get the bike started with the pre-certified sticker on it and it had a knock? How does it have a knock if it's pre-certified I said to myself. Then we went on to the bike that I was interested in I kept inquiring about the price and they would dodge the question, I can't get a hold of this person or that So I can't give you a price they said. Finally they came over and told me to fill out some additional paperwork for financing when they came back with the price of the bike and the ridiculous finance offer that they were offering me. I'm taking to consideration that the bike I was interested in also had the certified card on it When I touched the stop light where the plate was located, it was ready to fall off, there were scratches on the bag, which the salesman licked his finger and said this will rub out it's just a contact mark. I knew the depth of the contact mark. I knew that it was not going to buff out. In the sun, I was able to see more things: the tired look at the bike, the badges missing the cracks in the saddlebags, the areas where you can tell that the bike had been tipped over on both sides. I asked them do you know the condition of the bike? Have you looked at the cosmetics of the bike? Is there any wiggle room in the price? They were asking $17999 for a tired used 2014. They came back with yes we can take $1000 off making the bike $16,000 to my dismay. As I continued on with the sale trying to get a better price, they came back with an increased down and monthly, after being pre-qualified before I left home I told them this is not what John and I had discussed over the phone. I was very specific on the price I wanted, the down payment I wanted and the monthly payment I wanted. They told me John had nothing to do with it His only job was to get people in and that they would talk to him about doing things like this but nevertheless it was what it was. Riverside Harley Davidson's salesman, phone recruiter and the financing department are terrible to deal with. I came down there with two other people: my friend and I planned on driving two Harley's home and a 3rd driver to bring the car the 3.5 hours home, we decided to leave. The salesman was not very helpful, he wouldn't tell my friend when the bike's knock would be looked at by service. He did not ask him if he wanted to call after it was looked at. He did not even give me the price of the bike that I was looking at. Honestly I don't even know if that's the bike I was looking at. He never bothered to look any deeper as I asked him specifically for the bike that I had saw online. Even or 3rd driver was trying to buy a pair of gloves and he could not find a price on those. So we left. I thought Harley Davidson dealerships have to be the worst places on earth to shop for anything. And who knows maybe it was just the color of our skin yes I will throw that out there. Thought I'd stop by one more time to take a look at used bikes as I am still considering Harley. Salesman less than interested in selling. Realize when I ask why there are no prices, your answer "because then we're stuck with that price,"cuts both ways. He stated that prices are posted only during red tag days. I seem to recall just the opposite. He indicated that Road Glides are $40k bikes and the used ones were maybe a couple of grand cheaper because they don't sell high mileage bikes. If you like waiting 6 weeks to get a back tire changed on your motorcycle then this is the shop for you. I got it back today with a dent in the rear fender, my phone mount was broken and a piece was missing from my front forks. The customer service at this shop is a fucking joke...that's putting it lightly. They don't give a shit about their customers!! Every time I've taken my bike or my wife's bike there we've got them back in worse condition than we dropped it off in. I had to make a huge scene today in front of other customers just to get them to repair or replace the stuff they fucked up. I live 5 minutes from their shop and I will never set foot in there again. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE, Mary claimed to have the bike i wanted. she said they had 2. That was on a Wednesday, I told her i would come test ride / buy Saturday. That Friday she called to confirm that i was coming, i kept asking to confirm the bikes there. The whole time she said they were there. Saturday morning i grab checkbook and headed that way 1 hour away. When i got there they said indeed they had the bikes but one was going to auction and not for sale. The other was "wrecked"! REALLY!!!! So unprofessional, Mary never even came down to apologize. The whole time they tried to sell me a different bike... make a sell at all cost. I will say the floor salesman was great young kid knowledgeable and even offer got them to repair the bike so at least i could test ride. Nothing but love for that guy. Learn to ride, is a great program offered at Riverside Harley. The instructors are excellent and patient, specifically David A and Ian . Both were very knowledgeable and patient with new riders. Once you finish the program, you're welcome to come back anytime, for free, and ride on the last day of any course for additional practice. All you need to do is register ahead of time. Probably the worst customer service in the service department. Not only did they keep my husbands bike for a year and when we got it back stuff was missing on it. There was a dent that they won't fix and the custom caps at the end of the forks were missing along with the end caps on the pipes.. We gave them a second chance with my bike. Stayed there for over 6months for a starter. When I got it back, my bags were rusty and wouldn't open properly, my motorcycle tools I keep in them were missing along with some other stuff.. every time we have taken our bikes here we are disappointed and every time they say they will make it right, it turns out in disaster. Don't bother bringing your bike here, especially if you have any sort of money in it or cherish your bike. They obviously don't care about you or your bikes.. read more

If I could leave no starts I would. This store department store is horrible. There are a couple reviews that support and validate my same concern. Why are service people being hired to work on VERY EXPENSIVE bikes when they have no idea what they are doing. My husbands 2023 bike has been in the shop 3 time to fix an issue. The bike was delivered and the issues is still there and not resolved. We have called and ask for a manager and were told someone would call us back. This is now going on 3 weeks. Obviously they don't care. But they do a good job selling you a bike at an over inflated PRICE. I'm emailing the CEO and Owner of the store maybe we will get resolution. Service Dept. is horrible. i had an appointment- needed assessment for a wobble issue. I was told it would take two days. multiple calls and blowoffs and showing up in person--never a return call ---two weeks and 900. later, the issue was never resolved. same wobble. told I needed new tires too, due to age. wasn't going to buy them there! I was NEVER going back there again- I bought new tires- my new mechanic said " was your wobble issue ever resolved, because your rear wheel bearings have seized completely, and I can't see how replacing the front bearings would have solved your issue--- he takes video to show me the bearing issue. He asked me if I power wash my bike.... no! never! however, when I picked up my bike from Harley my seat was soaked! I asked, what happened here?? "oh, we washed your bike!" well, arriving home soaked through to my choneys was a real tick-off to say nothing of how I feel about hosing my bike down! I'll never buy a bike or have service done at this store. when I was looking for a bike there several years ago the salesman left me in the middle of inquiry- so they don't need my business. read more
