I got it back today with a dent in the rear fender, my phone mount was broken and a piece was missing from my front forks. The customer service at this shop is a fucking joke...that's putting it lightly. They don't give a shit about their customers!! Every time I've taken my bike or my wife's bike there we've got them back in worse condition than we dropped it off in. I had to make a huge scene today in front of other customers just to get them to repair or replace the stuff they fucked up. I live 5 minutes from their shop and I will never set foot in there again. Learn to ride, is a great program offered at Riverside Harley. The instructors are excellent and patient, specifically David A and Ian . Both were very knowledgeable and patient with new riders. Once you finish the program, you're welcome to come back anytime, for free, and ride on the last day of any course for additional practice. All you need to do is register ahead of time. Probably the worst customer service in the service department. Not only did they keep my husbands bike for a year and when we got it back stuff was missing on it. There was a dent that they won't fix and the custom caps at the end of the forks were missing along with the end caps on the pipes.. We gave them a second chance with my bike. Stayed there for over 6months for a starter. When I got it back, my bags were rusty and wouldn't open properly, my motorcycle tools I keep in them were missing along with some other stuff.. every time we have taken our bikes here we are disappointed and every time they say they will make it right, it turns out in disaster. Don't bother bringing your bike here, especially if you have any sort of money in it or cherish your bike. They obviously don't care about you or your bikes.. read more

Why are service people being hired to work on VERY EXPENSIVE bikes when they have no idea what they are doing. My husbands 2023 bike has been in the shop 3 time to fix an issue. The bike was delivered and the issues is still there and not resolved. We have called and ask for a manager and were told someone would call us back. This is now going on 3 weeks. Obviously they don't care. But they do a good job selling you a bike at an over inflated PRICE. I'm emailing the CEO and Owner of the store maybe we will get resolution. Service Dept. is horrible. i had an appointment- needed assessment for a wobble issue. I was told it would take two days. multiple calls and blowoffs and showing up in person--never a return call ---two weeks and 900. later, the issue was never resolved. same wobble. told I needed new tires too, due to age. wasn't going to buy them there! I was NEVER going back there again- I bought new tires- my new mechanic said " was your wobble issue ever resolved, because your rear wheel bearings have seized completely, and I can't see how replacing the front bearings would have solved your issue--- he takes video to show me the bearing issue. He asked me if I power wash my bike.... no! never! however, when I picked up my bike from Harley my seat was soaked! I asked, what happened here?? "oh, we washed your bike!" well, arriving home soaked through to my choneys was a real tick-off to say nothing of how I feel about hosing my bike down! I'll never buy a bike or have service done at this store. when I was looking for a bike there several years ago the salesman left me in the middle of inquiry- so they don't need my business. read more

I am now getting hit with fees from DMV because of this and on numerous occasion they refuse to fix the issue. I also purchased a bike from them that has had nothing but problems since I got it. Bike got into accident January 2022, took it to this dealer to repair. Technician didn't do great job doing inspection on bike for insurances claim. Got bike back in 2023 February notice rpm gauge wasn't working. Dealer ordered me a new one. Service advisor Mike G, of course tried to charge me $80 labor for the RPM which is very unprofessional, knowing my bike just got out of an accident. Took my bike home that night the traction control light came on, and a red light came on, on dashboard. This will be my 3rd time seeing these guys this year about my bike. I truly wish I can take it to another dealership to repair, but they should repair my bike 100% so it's safe to ride. In addition to the insurance claim I spent $600 on t bar installation, and the pictures i attached will show u how piss poor job was done on my bike. I been trying to contact the service manager, Raymond will not return my call, it's been 2 weeks. I keep calling lady at the front desk keep leaving messages. Very unprofessional. Customer service manager out on maternity leave, like it's a clown show at this point? Who is gonna contact me on repairing my bike? Someone in management. It's sad. I live all the way in Newport Beach and I have to ride all the way to riverside on a bike that's probably not safe to ride. I do not recommended this dealer. I just wanted to say that I have always wanted to take the motorcycle training course and when I found out that Harley-Davidson had one and we got to ride Harleys which is my dream bike I signed up immediately!! I went through the whole two and a half day course and these instructors were fantastic. They answered every question we had even if they were repeated questions. They never made us feel like we were terrible or stupid even though this was new to all of us. I have never had so much! I had Dave and John for my instructors. Brian is the manager of the program and he is the one that you will be communicating with to sign up. They are all so nice so welcoming and you are always welcome to come back and ride anytime as long as they have an extra bike for you. My friend and I road in on our Harleys to Riverside Harley Davidson on Saturday. I seen a bike I've been looking for, snake venom, a 2021 road glide. I spoke to the sales rep. He gave me some information on it, which end up being incorrect. The next day Sunday I arrive. Interested in purchasing this bike. went to my sales rep that I met on Saturday he was busy so he gave me to another guy who had me fill out paperwork and other documents and tell him I want to test ride the bike. The bike would not start. The battery was very low had a trickle charger on it. It took 30 minutes for them to decide to put a new battery in it. Another 15 minutes for a test drive. Very nice bike really liked it was very interested in purchasing it. They had me fill out more paperwork and talk to the sales manager, Jarad, who discussed some minor details. I told Jarad I have an Ultra Classic which is in excellent condition, super clean a lot of upgrades. 3 hours have gone by and my sales guy kept coming to me saying it will be just a few minutes. My friend and I had plans for Cinco de Mayo. These guys did not seem interested in selling me a bike. So I left. This place was not even busy!!! Then I received a call from that evening from, Melissa. She anted to know how my experience was. So I let her know. She was shocked, (yeah right!) She said she would have Jarad call me. Leo was our assistant sales manager guy and he too was a sweetheart. David the finance guy was super chill, professional and very helpful. A true straight up dude.
