To Start off I was requested to Bring my 2 year old Glide down for an appraisal. As I was thinking of selling it as I was not able to continue riding it due to health reasons. I got the Bike in 2023 and it has less than 500 Miles on it. While I was at the dealership. They sent someone out with me to do the appraisal. He almost dropped the bike getting on and off it. didn't engage the kickstand fully and laid it on the engine guard. He then went inside and I never saw him again. An hour and a half went by. My Id was gone and nobody new what was going on. Finally two hours later. A salesman came over and offered me 8k for my bike. a 40k bike for 8k..... Now I am not against anyone trying to make money. But I did notice they had bike similar to mine on the line for 28k. I owe 18k on mine. I simply wanted them to pay off what was owed and I would be on my way. Something I verified 5 ties before going down there. Now, To tell me you want to give me 8k and then request I give you 11k more to pay it off. So you can put it on the line for 28k. Is absolutely ridiculous. Calling someone 3 times a week to bring the bike down and guaranteeing the customer you can accommodate what they want due to the low miles and good shape of the bike. to turn around and give a complete slap in the face. Very poor integrity for a a dealership. If I could give less than 1 star I would. read more

I had a terrible experience in the service department and no attempts to reach management were ever honored. Instead, I feel like our sales guy is afraid of me or just concerned because I asked him to connect me with a manager (which never happened). He's otherwise nice. I just wanted my service department concerns heard by someone who cared. Also BE AWARE - each of their bikes have a dealer mark up that other dealers won't have - by law they have to disclose it so it hangs from the bikes - check the dealer mark up before you buy. So 2 weeks ago I bought a 2026 street glide limited along with that I purchased the VIP package which is not cheap. Before riding off on the bike I noticed that my left fog light wasn't working. I brought it up to my salesman Edgar. By the way Edgar gets 10 cause he is awsome. He told me all the techs are gone for the day and to set up an appointment. 2 weeks later I go to my appointment to get the light fixed. When I check in the service noticed that I am already at 1000miles on the bike and if I want to go ahead and do the 1000mile service. I said sure thing I didnt purchase the VIP package for nothing. 4 hours later I see my bike is lined up with the bikes ready for pick up. When I check in to pick up the bike they tell me that unfortunately the light is toast and that it is on back order until September (WTF) . I was like ok did I atleast get the 1000mile service done. He says unfortunately we didn't have time to do it. So I was there 4hours and nothing was done but a half-ass bike wash. After getting the bike home I noticed that there was a plug disconnected from the light that wasn't working. WHICH I DIDN'T NOTICE BEFORE. I PLUGGED THE LIGHT IN AND BAMM THE LIGHT CAME ON.. SO 1 OF 2 THINGS, THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS FULL OF INCOMPETENCE OR THEY DID NOT EVEN BOTHER CHECKING IT. WHAT A WAST OF TIME HE SERVICE DEPARTMENT WAS. I wasted my money on purchasing the VIP package. They did not fix my light that was a simple as plugging it back in. I did not get my 1000mile service. After getting disconnected from the sales manager, I was speaking with, I called back and was treated extremely rudely, silenced, and repeatedly told to stop speaking by this individual. After to going to 5 locations not only were they the most customer friendly but also every rep from the sales girls in the merch section, the finance team, and the motorcycle sales men were so kind and caring. I regularly go there for my parts. They're knowledgeable and very helpful. Now the service dept on the other hand is the worst I've dealt with. Had a straight forward repair done to my rear axle. Was supposed to be a week maybe 2 because they had to order the parts. It turned into almost 2 months and I had to hound them weekly to get my bike finished. I went to this dealership after seeing a used 22 CVO for sale. When I got there, the bike really wasn't what I hoped it might be. However, my wife knew I was looking at a secondary bike and urged me to look at the soft tails (she's the best!). I spoke to Seth who was really helpful and answered my questions. We talked about the pros and cons of the Street Bob vs a Lowrider S. Long story short, I went with the Lowrider S and couldn't be happier. During my interactions with the Riverside HD dealership personnel, my wife and I also had the pleasure of working with Jarad who helped us with the financing. He went out of his way to get us what I believe to be a great deal with the special promotions they had running. My dad and I went in on Saturday to window shop motorcycles, as I was looking to upgrade from my Street Bob in the near future. I didn't know how near that future really was because I left with a 2024 Street Glide that day! I was approached by Shade shortly after we got there. He was so kind and patient with me. I didn't make it easy for him, but he stuck with me basically the whole day. I got to see literally all of their new and pre-owned bikes. Sat on plenty. The amount of inventory they have is absolutely massive. Probably over 500 bikes on location. I had only had the Street bob for about 6 months, so I knew I was pretty underwater on my trade in. But they gave me full market value on it without even seeing more than a couple of pictures. Shade and the sales team looked for every available rebate and incentive to make my dream a reality. I had to go with a 2024, which didn't leave me with a whole lot of options on color (seeing as most of the '24 glides were pretty much all gone). Unfortunately, I wasn't able to get the Onyx pearl white that I wanted, but they did source a Vivid Black Street Glide for me which I fell in love with and am very happy with. And let me say they really tried their best to get me the White Street Glide, even searching other dealers out of state! Go in with a dream and an open mind and these guys can work miracles even for this broke kid! read more

I bought a new Tri glide in December 2024. The list price was lower than I bought it for. They sold me service pan, extra warranty plan, I got a passport book with coupons which I paid for, service coupons exc. What I'm saying is that this dealer service dept is not very customer service related. First time I took my bike for the 1000-mile service I waited 2 hours before they even took it to back to start the service. (I called a few days for an appointment) Anyway I was 5 hours waiting with an appointment???? Next appointment was for the 5000-mile service, same thing this time was there for 6 hours with an appointment. They said the rack had another bike on it? Well then why did they schedule me to come in at 9 and not later when the rack was empty. I asked that and the said they were sorry. Also, when you check in for service, they send you a text number to check on you bike or any questions, that's good but they have never called me back with 7 texts messages and 5 voice mails??? I'm not happy with their service but I'm stuck because I prepaid for the service when I bought the bike. It took me 4 months to get $1,200 back from them for the GAP insurance when I paid my bike of after financing it for 3 months, I can't even imagine how long it would take to get the service money back???? read more

I have livestreams of new and preloved Harley Davidson shirts online. I went to your store about a month ago to buy attire for me and my daughter. I wanted to wear a Harley Davidson tank top to go with the theme of my livestream. I dealt with CJ and had a beautiful experience with her!!! She is nice, humble, a genuine person, beautiful inside and out, and with great customer service!!! I dealt with the blond female manager at the register and she didn't seem as nice. Too serious for my liking and not as friendly. But because of CJ I felt at home. If anyone goes to this specific store in the day time, ask for CJ. You won't regret it. 2024 LOWRIDER ST purchase I originally logged onto Harley- Riverside's website to browse and narrow down the bikes I was interested in. This search was super helpful because unlike like other websites, their site was up to date on inventory. I decided to visit the dealership in person and ask for a test drive. As soon as I arrived, I was greeted with courtesy and respect. Ryan my sales rep introduced himself and asked how he could help. I told him my purpose and my intentions for the visit and he immediately offered a test ride. To make long story short. We ended up making a deal that same evening.
