Very friendly staff! Currently there is some remodeling going on but the work is done after hours so the relaxing atmosphere stays intact for customers. Nice calming music and I love the cloud painted ceiling. My pedicures have been very good here. All the nail techs I have had the past 6 months are very talented and can creates most any design for adornment. I also have been getting my hair shampoos and styling done here too. Great pedicures... the deluxe options (typically $45.00) are an hour, include the full pedi, exfoliation, mask, wrap, paraffin and of course the massage with hot stones. Love the milk and honey and the green tea. These are my two favorites. Don't go for the $5.00 upgrade as that just includes a snack aka crackers and one of those scented heat up packs you put on your neck. No thanks. Yes, they've got water, box wine (if you're into that), and now frozen margaritas. Everyone is friendly, they've got lots of options... best pedi at a nail salon in Arlington that I've found. I stopped getting my nails done here though as they'd only last about a week and a half... So, I go somewhere else for that now. However, still love their pedicures. read more

I'm a loyal nail client. Every 2-3 weeks for a full set and a pedicure every other time. I only see one nail tech for my full set, his name is Johnathon. He is so talented. Never had a broken nail, nothing is ever uneven, and he never tries to talk me into something I don't need. I always schedule my next appt (I'm a hair stylist so pre booking is very important to me). He's so accommodating if I'm getting a pedi and he'll start soaking my nails while I get my toes worked on (which I'm sure is not ideal to work on hands at a pedi throne instead of a comfortable nail table) so that I'm not here for hours. He's quick and consistent. I've had a couple different women do my pedicures and it's been perfect every time. They have a large selection of luxury pedicure options and I always opt for the 1hr one that comes with 20 minute leg and foot massage, parafin dip, and hot stone massage. My feet are spoiled! I'm standing all day 5 days a week and I prefer open toed shoes and I can always confidently show off my beautifully manicured feet! It's a quick 12 minute drive from my house in hurst to this salon, and I'll be coming here exclusively from now on. read more

Yay I think I found my new nail salon as my usual one broke my heart. My friend suggested this place and they open at 9:30 am! I walked in and was amazed on how HUGE and clean this place is. I am so surprised they had a stand filled with OPI nail polishes alone to select from. I first picked a dark pink color and was seated for my pedicure. The staff that was going to do my pedicure was very friendly. I wanted to change the color of the nail polish to a darker color and she had no problem going to go select a few that I can chose from. I selected a dark purple color instead. I got the tropical paradise pedicure which came with a massage and hot stone massage. The massage was perfect. I felt like the employee was taking her time and not rushing to get the job done. My pedicure was perfect and she didn't hurt me like my regular place that I used to go too. They do offer wine, drinks, and water. I will return as I had a good experience! read more

I love this place. I live at least 15 miles away and still drive here (past at least a three dozen other nail places) for all of my pedicures. They are so friendly, I've never had to wait, they do excellent work, they have a ton of different lovely types of pedicures, they take their time with you and their prices are significantly less than other places. The interior is clean, the massage chairs are wonderful and the ambience is great. I leave every time amazed that I got such a great experience for so little $. read more

I've visited this place a few time mainly because I would go with a friend of mine and that was our "girl time". However, there were a few things I noticed. 1) the cleanliness and sanitation of this shop is questionable. The last time I went the guy, assuming the manager, was washing his dishes in the sink that you use to wash your hands during your manicure. I decided to find a new shop because my nail tech's work started to become very sloppy and she would try to clip my cuticles with a cuticle cutter, that she dug through her drawer to find, that wasn't sanitized- again, cleanliness and sanitation is questionable here. 2) the pedicure massages (well pedicures in general) aren't that great. They are good if you just need something to hold you over. 3) they give you fruit during your pedicure but I've witnessed them grab it with their bare hands and put it on the plate. Not sure if it's actually washed prior. I wouldn't eat it. There are definitely better shops in the area. read more

I have been going to this salon on and off for 7 years and normally get pedicures only. As of this year I have started gel nails and dipped nails. They do great pedicures and gel nails yet can not seem to do the dipped nails correctly. Both times I have come back to have my nails fixed. Today I actually came back 3 different times and one of my nails still looks messed up. And the third time I was there today they also got a lady soaked in water from the pedicure station. Needless to say I walked out after the failed attempt to get my nails correct. Never again please teach your technicians some patience and skills especially with new techniques. My son decided to take my wife to get nails done for Mother's day. Bianni Pedi came highly recommended by a friend of my son. We entered the establishment and were totally ignored by two employees and finally greeted by a third. My wife and I would share a quiet moment together while receiving a manicure. My wife reviewed the colors on the wall while my son and I sat down. Maybe five minutes later another customer entered the establishment and was immediately greeted and by two employees...they offered her suggestion of services and other nail terminology I did not understand. Perhaps two minutes later she was escorted to a pedicure chair, all the while the gentleman running the water for the lady glance over the wall into my eyes. I immediately removed my name from the list and began to write my review. My son questioned my handling of the situation...I advised him that I don't spend my hard-earned cash anywhere I'm not treated with what I seem as respect. I also explained that I entered the establishment looking for unfairness. Maybe it is due to my age and prior experience, but whatever my triggers are, I pray my son and stay focus and innocent. Maybe prior experience with other individuals may have cause both the employees and me to look for trouble with each other. How can we break this cycle of prejudice / pre-judging others based upon their looks? I've been before to get my brows waxed and lashes extended. Always been a happy camper. Went in today and decided to get nails and a pedicure, along with the brow wax. I got the basic pedi. The girl used a hot stone to do it, and kids I have to say, that and a glass of complimentary boxed wine works better than Xanax. Very relaxing, and the results were awesome. For $25.00 I really don't see how you could get a better pedi. I also got a full set of acrylics. While not as relaxing to have applied, they do look awesome. I just got a new ring and wanted to show it off. Goal accomplished. My brow wax was even and spot on, as per usual. No matter who does them here they always take the time to trim them and make them come out even, and that's no small feat, given that I'm a genius who decided to shave my eyebrows back in 8th grade & they never grew back the same. They twist and turn and pretty much look insane unless someone does a good job waxing them. They have yet to disappoint or make me look like a crazy person. Yay! May we just go back tomorrow for my lashes, a deep condition and a hairdo. And of course, more of that outstanding boxed wine. read more

The only reason I'm giving them 1 star was because my pedicure was nice. This place charges to shape your nails wouldn't be a problem if you were told that upfront. I was charged $5 because I wanted coffin shaped nails (never seen that before) again wouldn't have been a problem if I was told beforehand. Then they also charged because I had two colors (an ombré effect) again wouldn't have been a problem if told beforehand. Finally the guy says he knows how to do ombré which was further from the truth needless to say it came out a mess and he refused to fix it. My first time here so as soon as I walked in, I enquired about the cost of a pedicure. I was summoned to the nail polish wall to select a color of my choice. I was asked to take a seat and soak my feet in the foot bath then was handed the prices in the style of a menu book. After she handed me this 'menu book' that was turned to the pedicure page, she was standing right in front of me which made me feel rushed to make a haste decision as I didn't get to fully look at all the pedicures listed (and there's many to choose from). There's a quick description of each pedicure that tells what areas are focused on and that was what I wanted to know at the beginning when I walked in. I took the $35 deluxe as it was the first that caught my eye (I felt rushed) however; my nails were sooo long with nail polish on from Aug 2015 (yes my toenails were in THAT condition) however; the lady whose name I did not ask spent a considerable time cutting, cleaning cuticles and the clearing out of ingrown toenails (my main problem when it comes to my feet). After the nail technician was done, my thoughts from when I walked in to how I was greeted definitely changed. She spent a great deal of time on the nails and keen attention to problem areas without me not having to tell her about these. Will be visiting again! read more

Came in today for a set of dip nails, since I couldn't make it across town to my regular nail shop before they closed. Worst damn decision of all time! I'm not the one to ever complain, or ask someone to redo my nails, but today was the worse my nails have ever looked. The nail tech was sweet, but could tell she didn't do them much, or often. She had that not so confident look on her face. Long story short, my nails look like SHIT! All lumpy, different lengths, and shapes. I am a natural nail mani/pedi lady. Initially I thought I'd found a new go to place. The manicurist was nice and tried to engage me in conversation often. My nails looked awesome when I left. Another manicurist did a cute design on my toenails. It was the next day where it went down hill. The skin above each nail began to peel and apparently my cuticles werent pushed back. It looked as if I hadn't had my nails done in years. I've never had this happen before. I definitely will not be able to return to this establishment. read more

I'm always a walk-in (on a summer Saturday afternoon the wait can be up to 25 minutes for a walk-in), but they sit you in a massage chair with a complimentary beverage and start your soak as soon as possible, so it doesn't seem like you're waiting for anything :) The nail techs are always friendly, and make polite conversation. Depending on how fancy you want your pedi, prices go from about $20-45 (scrub, lotion, hot stone massage are standard), and a little flower or other adornment (with crystals) is an extra $5. I LOVE THIS SALON! The pedicures are always amazing and not rushed. The massages are thorough and satisfying. My nails always look amazing whether I get a full set or just designs on my regular nails. I often get the glued rhinestones and they last forever! Other places fall off in a week and my latest set stayed on for almost a month! They waxing is done quickly and always well done. They continue to fix everything you are completely satisfied. I've came here for years but the 3 times I've been disappointed. The last time I had a pink and white fill and they used a different color then the previous time so it left a very obvious line. When I said something the guy doing my nails blamed the last shop that did my nails when I told him I had my nails done there he said well you need a new set the acrylic is too old. My set was less then 2 months old. They did not even offer an apology, a discount or even ask if I wanted to polish them. I decided to give them a second chance and went again today. I went in for a pedi and wanted to take my acrylic nails off and put gel over my natural nails.I had had my set on long enough that my natural nails were as long as my set. Bianni Nail Salon is definitely the place to go! I travel for business and have pedicures throughout the country. This was by far the best experience. I called in advance and was able to get in without an appointment. I did feel bad for showing up just after 7pm, as they close at 7:30pm (Monday evening). However, I was greeted as a welcomed guest and was not rushed at all. This is a larger salon with higher than normal standards, the massage chairs were newer, the establishment is clean and well kept and the person who worked on my nails did a wonderful job. I made an appointment a week in advanced for 10 am on a saturday for me and three of my friends we were prepared to easily spend $500 in services ..when we got there I noticed it seemed all the manicurists were full but when i signed in I noticed that all were walkins so we first sat in the waiting area for 10 mins then they ran water for us we sat in waited an additional 30 minutes..after being incredibly frustrated my friend went to speak with someone there unfortunately the owner or manager was not there we then decided to leave at the terrible customer service when we told them of our unhappiness the woman "in charge" wanted to argue the fact ofall the walkins not understanding the concept nor point of an appointment and reserving our spots so we decided to go down the street to World Nails in Lincoln Square I called in to say we we're coming and they had a chairs ready and got started on our pedicures in a matter of minutes ... read more
